Fantastic experience: I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews for companies but after my experience with G & G I knew I had to. I have had two knee replacement surgeries and working with the people at G & G changed the recovery for my second surgery. Everyone not only has a thorough understanding of the recovery process, they know how to treat people to their core. My recovery time was cut in half compared to my first surgery and I looked forward to each and every therapy session as I knew afterward I would be making huge strides in my recovery. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed showing up for my physical therapy sessions. This team PT's really care about the outcome of their plan for you. They ease into strength building, stretching, movement without hurting you. They have all the goal metrics and work with you to achieve them, giving explanations, listening to you about how you are doing with the exercises. Highly recommend them, they'll fix you up.

Fantastic experience: After a knee replacement, I started PT with Glinn and Giordano. I was feeling somewhat apprehensive not knowing what to expect and not really feeling like moving my leg around. That pretty much changed when I got on the table and was given exercises to start on my first day. After being in the helping field for over 40 years myself, I can say it’s difficult to be professional and still be a warm caring person. Each and every staff person did just that. After the first day, I looked forward to each scheduled day after even though I knew it would be rough. They provided me with the desire to reach their goals which became mine. I would love to write my experience with each person but it would be a book! I can say that this group of people are there for you. You see your doctor so rarely but PT is more often and this is where you would want to be. I was actually sad when I graduated! Thank you so much to all of you!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff works well together in service of their patients. They are knowledgeable and concerned with progress and well-being of patients. I was amazed at how well they all adapted to specific patients, and particularly were able to manage my relentless attitude. Should I ever need PT again, this is where I will go!

Fantastic experience: GG is the place to go for pt. They are very attentive and courteous. I had a bad experience at another pt place years ago. GG level of service is so far above I can’t even compare the two. They know exactly the exercises you need to help with any physical condition. You will finish with positive results. Scheduling never is an issue either. The staff makes going to therapy not a burden at all. My experience has been very pleasant and I recommend going there if you need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant in doing physical therapy when my Doctor ordered it, but now I’m a believer in it. This company has some of the most seasoned, experienced, kind and trustworthy staff that always makes me feel welcomed. The physical therapists all work together to ensure quality of care, the support staff ensure proper form and are ready to help at a moments notice, the receptionist is always quick and able to find time during my busy schedule. They put your best interest in mind, willing to work with you for all of your needs and have a special human touch that is hard to come by these days. I am recovering from a spine surgery, and I have the fine folks at G&G to thank for it. They regularly clean and sanitize all equipment especially during a pandemic, which makes me feel safe. It’s a communal environment, so you don’t feel lonely when doing your treatment. I have nothing but kind words towards this place, and I am fortunate to come here for my treatment. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be, than here for my treatment. The high marks they receive are no accident, you can’t go wrong here.

Fantastic experience: I had been to another physical therapy place in Bakersfield before coming to Glenn and Giordano Physical Therapy and was “told” to do exercises and then left alone to do them. Coming to G&G was refreshing. You are always greeted warmly. Alexis, the secretary is charming and gracious. All of the PT staff work together to keep you on track, reminding you to stay in the correct position, fine tuning your posture and making sure you are working the right muscles. Brian and Jason are informative and encouraging, and able to answer all my questions You are not left alone, you are an integral part of the team working to get you your life back. I had PT before and after shoulder surgery. I know the positive attitude of the staff has been helpful in my recovery. And talking to others here who are at different stages of recovery has been very helpful. I have also been a nurse for 45 years and highly recommend G&G. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Every single time without fail I am met with very pleasant staff, they know my appointment time and they have already set up my workout area, they always ask if there has been any issues since my last visit and they alter my work out accordingly. Fantastic experience: I started PT for my knee replacement in June 2020 at the G&G office on Flushing Quail Rd. From the first visit I was very impressed with the friendly staff nd their professionalism. I was first greeted by Alexis at the front desk with a warm smile and a welcoming warm greeting; she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was quickly escorted to a table and introduced to the office supervisor, Brian Monroe. It just so happen, Brian was an ex-football player from West HS where I began coaching "many moons" ago. It was nice to see him again and glad he was doing so well at G&G. I was instantly impressed on the attention and his outstanding staff gave me each time I would come in for physical therapy. As the weeks passed, my knee improved and I got to know the staff pretty well. Many times I would have a different a different PT help me with my workouts. Brian, Kourtney, and Sydney were all excellent and pushed me to the limits each time they worked me out. I want to give a special thanks to Jason Ament! Jason supervised several of my sessions and he always took the time to talk to me and take a personal interest in my life. He made me feel like part of the G&G family and we shared many stories and laughed a lot together; he was truly amazing! Five months later my knee has improved immensely largely in part to the outstanding staff at G&G! I'm not going to lie, there were times I thought I would pass out from the various exercises, but that is what got me to where I am now. I also want to send a shout out to Alexis; Alexis works at the front desk and organizes appointments and tons of other responsibilities. What I loved about Alexis is, she would do whatever was needed to be done. (Getting ice, telling me what exercise I was on, setting timers, etc.) Many of these jobs were not her responsibility, but she would just do them to help out to make sure things ran smoothly. Fantastic experience: G&G PT folks are the best! I’ve been going there some 3 months now for low to mid back pain, bilateral elbow pain, (that was often waking me up most nights), and bilateral knee pain. I’ve had many days of feeling 100% and look forward to a pain-free life once I’m released from G&G’s care. Their staff is compassionate and have the integrity to hold me accountable for my part in my care and I really appreciate that. I never realized I could take care of my pain through simple exercises and stretches, but what a difference! The staff runs like a well oiled machine. They all get along well and work as a team to not only do their part, but help one another out in making sure the patient has the best of care.
