Fantastic experience: I normally don’t do the review thing but when you are sending a love one somewhere that your not familiar with and to have a staff make you feel like your family I want to thank Mr. Desmond so much for easing my mind. I looked at the reviews before hand and came to take a look before I agreed from what I’ve seen it’s definitely doing a 360 compared to the reviews. Fantastic experience: My uncle got discharged on Friday, and we are grateful that he was able to complete his rehab stay with this facility. Although there are many bad reviews, I do not share the same sentiments as the others. From when he was welcomed in, up until he discharged everything went well. The staff was pleasant, and the administration team was hands on themselves and made sure he was always okay. My uncle even spent the Thanksgiving Holiday there, and the building was fully staffed despite it being a holiday. It seemed as if they took time to make a home like Thanksgiving meal for the residents, and I also witnessed staff being fed by the management team which was heart warming. My Uncle turns 83 tomorrow. He is the oldest living member of my family and I am grateful he is still here with us.

I am content and happy with the team that I work with and am grateful for the community we have and the residents we serve. To all, remember, you are loved, you are worthy, and you are important!

I am forever grateful to all the staff.The staff is always really very friendly and not face friendly just because you go there to meet your loved ones. Plus the facility is always clean everywhere!

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at this facility for 2 weeks of rehab. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The therapy I received was second to none. They took care of me and helped me regain my strength to go home and encouraged me to get back to walking. The staff was kind and attentive to my needs. They treated me like family. My room was spotless and always cleaned/cleaned .. Thanks everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! They really care and treat every resident as their own family! Fantastic place to work as well! I've been here about 3 1/2 months and they care about me and my team and appreciate us! The remodels are absolutely gorgeous! The rehab team are amazing at what they do and seeing how far they get people really amazes me! The nursing staff do their best and are awesome at what they do, much respect to them! The housekeeping crew keeps the place looking and smelling great! And the Maintenance department does a great job keeping everything in working order! What a fantastic place! Definitely one of the best in Buffalo! Would send a family member here for rehab or full time nursing! 10/10!
