Fantastic experience: Possibly the best PT/OT gym I’ve experienced. Staff is super friendly and Encouraging. Kristen helped me out with getting my knee back into shape and is so caring and understanding. My knee is healing up nicely thanks to her! The location isn’t too far from the Rail station which makes it very convenient to get to my appointments on time. An excellent service

Fantastic experience: Best place for PT in the whole of western New York. Unfortunately have had many many rounds of PT for past injuries and Excelsior staff are phenomenal! From receptionists to doctors, and all the staff in between, they are simply THEE BEST!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Excelsior's Downtown Buffalo location twice now and I can't say enough about how great they all are. The reception people, all of the therapists, everyone I worked with was wonderful. I was assigned to Sam over a year ago when I had a bad sprain and I thought she was great. When I got done with that injury I had my knee replaced and I went back to Sam because she's the best! The atmosphere there was so nice. It really seemed like the employees all got along and their camraderie really passed on to the other clents, so the other people working out around you were also very kind and friendly. The encouragement I received got me back on my feet Twice! I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Excelsior for over a decade. Their facilities have a great ambiance and are clean and comfortable. My physical therapist Sean at the downtown location on 6/16/21 was great! Stephanie and Neddie were also. Excelsior Orthopedics services are top notch. Their customer service staff, physicians, nurses and physical therapists are professional, caring, and attentive. In my opinion, they are the best in WNY. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone!

She understands my goals and works with me to help me achieve them. It is always easy to get an appointment and Jenna always makes me feel like a priority!

Fantastic experience: Convenient location, as I live in the city. Parking was a breeze - almost always got a spot on Court St right next to the entrance. Great team - everyone is very upbeat. My therapist (Stephanie) was attentive, encouraging and if she was working with more than one client, there was always someone available to help me out, keep an eye on me. Equipment is immediately cleaned after each use. Completely positive experience.
