Fantastic experience: Remember the times where Doctors actually cared? Not spending 15 minutes on a patient and leaving? Well, Advance Physical Therapy is that place. Dr.Jala, Vinny, Alex, Kelley, and Susie care about everyone who comes through the door. I began as a Carpal Tunnel patient and I’m receiving treatment for being in a car accident now. Everyone making sure that my car accident is handle, legally, properly. As well as providing Physical Therapy needed to regain my leg strength. They’re great! The care that they provide is top notch! You won’t regret becoming a patient!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently I have been battling a ton of sports injuries including knee, hip, and overall leg pain and the staff member I’ve been seeing, Vinny, has been very attentive and is great at his job. He diagnosed all my issues and worked on them with me and included tons of steps for after care I can do by myself at home which was additionally supper helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience!!! Very friendly and knowledgable staff that was extremely helpful in helping get my shoulder strong enough to get back to work!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy. Thank you again for all you do!!!

Fantastic experience: I have no complaints! These people are so dedicated at what they do. They’re so caring and understanding. I came in once with both my littles one, and my 18 month old was throwing the fit of his life, the receptionist at the front desk both were so helpful, and ease my embarrassment! Not quite sure if her name, but one of them even offer to carry him and comfort him!!!! Honestly, I have NEVER been anywhere where that was a thing. It’s quite embarrassing, on my part, because I had to cancel many times due to my kiddos and I being sick, I have forgotten to call and cancel, they have call to check if I was able to make it and were understanding of my situation and offer rescheduling options. As far as treatments go, the ones I was able to complete at their facility has been of a lot of help. They have a massage gun handy and a massage chair, that offers muscle relief, after and before an exercise. I have notice improvement with the exercises given there and with the instructions given to do at home. You can do as much or as little as you’ll like, but remember this will benefit you! Also the thing is, you have to be consistent. Especially if you’re not able to attend an appointment, at least do the ones appointed to you do to at home for your convenience. Anyways, to summarize, I highly recommend them as they truly care for their patients and it definitely shows!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are easy going, warn and friendly but as well sorry professional! I suffered a complete tear of my right rotator cuff and feared a long drawn out, painful experience and I'm amazed! In just three sessions I've regained 60% range of motion, experience less pain and no longer worry that I may not fully recover from this injury. I actually look forward to getting there and working with these fine people as often as I can because I'm confident that in their care I'm going to get through this and be myself again.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently in therapy here for my back and hip and never thought I’d be able to preform any exercise until I came & I have to say this is the most I have ever been able to move my hip since my injury with thier help . All of the therapist are great I feel comfortable with every one & I always feel welcome . I feel I get so much out of every session. Very pleased

Fantastic experience: I chose this location since it was closer to where I live and offers parking . I have been here few weeks now - front desk ladies are so helpful - my initial evaluation was great - I felt that I was given one on one attention plus they were willing to make sure that I started my PT exercise slowly! PT staff always ensures that each exercises are stated correctly. All the staff I have encountered so far - have been professional and attentive ! I actually look forward coming to PT now! Open communication and good follow up are keys to success!

Fantastic experience: Here's the deal: Jala, Vinny, and Ron are the absolute best. They are attentive, professional, helpful, considerate, and comprehensive with their rehabilitative services. I arrived discouraged after breaking fingers in my dominant hand and they coached me through a strengthening and flexibility program where I now have nearly full mobility, thanks to the APD-Buffalo team. I feel grateful and appreciative of their consistent encouragement as well as creative exercises so my hand could heal. Fantastic experience: My husband has been going to them for a lower back injury. Vince has really been amazing with him and I can see a difference in my husband’s injury every day. The whole staff there is very professional and friendly. He has been to many places for therapy over the years and I have never heard him praise anyone more than he does Vince. Fantastic experience: I must commend the crew at the Main St location of Advance PT for their cordial attention and providing me with a good regimen of exercise in the space of 30 to 40 minutes. Fantastic experience: Today at Advance Physical Therapy Dr Jala and all the employees went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door . Dr Jala took her time with me ensuring to help to take away my pain from my right arm. Dr Jala was very patient and knowledgeable and began treatment and I began to feel better immediately. Dr Jala gave me exercises to take home. I highly recommend Advance Physical Therapy the team is amazing!! I will be back !

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for treatment for a few weeks now and I am already feeling a lot better. The therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide effective workouts that will challenge you a bit and facilitate your body's recovery. They also have a variety of other techniques that they use to provide comfort to painful areas, like gua sha and cupping therapy. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I recently have been getting knee and shoulder treatment at Advance Physical Therapy and have had positive results in a fairly short timeframe. Vin has been super kind, helpful and knowledgeable, pinpointing exercises that have strengthened muscles around each of my problem areas. Along with that, the laser treatment has helped expedite the process and has allowed me to bounce back quicker for summer activities. Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Advance Physical Therapy! I am a college student who is interested in pursuing physical therapy and I was welcomed into the office to shadow the DPT and PTA’s this summer. I have learned a lot of interesting techniques and had exposed to patient care while observing here. It has been awesome shadowing here and working along side passionate healthcare workers who are always finding the best possible care plan for anyone who comes in. I have enjoyed my experience here and look forward to continuing shadowing this summer!

They were able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly when I had back pain, and scheduled the follow-up appointment around my work schedule. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Advance Physical Therapy! Needed to get in ASAP due to an acute, painful neck issue and they got me in right away. I'm no stranger to Physical Therapy offices, but how this team works is great. Everyone was relaxed, and I got to work with all the physical therapists. Everyone was knowledgeable, but they each brought their own vibe to the day. I also liked that we mostly did the same exercises every time I went in, as the consistency allowed me to really feel how I was improving. And the few times I needed to take it a little slower they adjusted with lighter bands/weights, more stretches, and extra manipulation. I saw how they interacted with their other patients, and it was always friendly. I'm glad my neck healed up, but I was definitely sad to say goodbye to the team! If you are having acute or chronic issues, I would highly suggest this office.
