Fantastic experience: I feel very well taken care of (after having a stroke) by all of the wonderful staff here. I absolutely recommend this facility for anyone recovering from a stroke.

Fantastic experience: The team here is AMAZING!!!! From the housekeepers to the aids, nurses, Dr.’s and managers. Everyone was so caring and sweet to my mom, “Mrs. Anita”, and treated her like family. My mom suffered a bad stroke and was dealing with memory loss… the staff was so patient and loving with her. We really do appreciate everyone from the bottom of our heart!!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: My goal when I first got here was to get home by Christmas, and I am going to! I really liked all the friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring staff here. Those words don’t even do it justice but I really felt like I was part of a group and it was a team effort. I think everyone here works really well together. I recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience with TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital was incredibly pleasant. I never thought I would ever have to attend an in house rehabilitation hospital but life throws you curve balls. I have to admit I was scared to death. The staff was amazing and made me feel at ease. From the nurses, nursing assistants, PT and OT staff, dieticians and those taking our daily food orders. Everyone was great to work with! I still have work ahead of me but I feel like I am way ahead of the game by my stay here! Thank you to everyone who helped me with this unexpected “blip” in my life. I highly recommend Tri Health!

Fantastic experience: My stay at TriHealth Rehab Hospital was wonderful. The staff was amazing. My therapists Jo, Eden and Shannon made the experience so much better with their great attitudes, professionalism, and kindness. The nursing staff and the aides were amazing. The menu was not a typical bland menu. There were plenty of food & drink choices. I would recommend this place to anyone needing rehab therapy. Keep up the great work TriHealth Rehab… should I ever need your services again, I will return, but I hope I don’t :)

Excellent physical therapy program and the therapists did so much to help my husband gain strength after a long illness. Fantastic experience: My experience since coming to tri health rehabilitation has been the most positive and healing journey since my personal health crisis began over six months ago. I have felt supported and challenged each step of the way but safe and encouraged. I am so grateful for the recommendations to come to trihealth rehabilitation hospital and that I was fortunate enough that they accepted my insurance allowing this healing journey. It is my hope that anyone who truly needs physical and emotional healing get the opportunity to experience something as truly amazing as this has been for me.

Fantastic experience: I'd recommend this rehab because the staff is helpful and friendly and they just go above and beyond! I have never been to a rehab place like this before where they are willing to do anything it takes to help someone. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing everyone is super friendly. I had to come here for rehab after I was on a vent from covid and was unable to walk . I leave tomorrow and feel fairly confident I can do my normal task I would love to give a shout out to Melissa and Kelly they push you but hard work pays off as you start to feel stronger

Fantastic experience: Excellent care, the staff was so professional and courteous of my specific needs. Shout out to Candice Johnson, Karen French and Liz Reilly for kicking my butt and getting me to where I needed to be. Great patient aides, Kimari, Bri, Summer and Larry. Bethany is an inspiration to all. Jen and Ja'Mya made group therapy exciting and fun. If I had to write one complaint it would be that there is no recreational room for patients to hang out and get to know each other, weekends can get quite boring.

Fantastic experience: My overall experience here has been a 10 out of 5! I definitely would recommend this facility to my family and friends because this place is the bomb! I have never been treated so well in my life, everyone is so friendly and so caring and I know they actually care about their patients. they are there on the spot ready to take care of things and they are always friendly. this is the best place! Best doctors ever, best nurses, best therapists. The entire team is personable and professional! I have been treated like a queen. I am a germ freak and everything here is spotless and so clean, I haven't been afraid of germs at all. The staff bends over backwards to get me anything I need as soon as I need it. I just want to praise and thank all of the employees and managers here.

Fantastic experience: I would most definitely recommend this rehab to anyone especially for patients like me that have had an amputation . The staff is very encouraging and i like that they were always cheering me on.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility - everyone from docs to therapists to nurses to aids could not do enough for me to help me in the healing process. A special shout out to Joe, Kylie and Ryanna but actually all the therapists need a shout out! The only downer - the foods needs big improvement - they need healthier choices. The important thing however is the medical care and that is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! There are nothing but angels working here. They helped me so much when I was here for rehab after heart surgery back in March. They taught me how to do everything safely so I could get back home and back to being very active in my church.

Fantastic experience: The TriHealth Rehab Hospital is an exceptional rehab facility. It is clean, well maintained and set up with the rehab patient in mind. The medical staff and the therapy staff work well together to make sure your medical needs are met, while making sure your therapy brings you out stronger and more independent the day you leave. A special shout out to Sarah and Barb who took the time to check in with me and see how I was handling everything.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this place to anybody because I love the staff here! They treat you like family here! I am going to miss these guys. Every therapist I have had has really worked with me. I loved how in group they help the people that needed more help than the others do also. Everyone is helped as much as they need to be and the staff works with everyone as individuals. I loved cheering all the other patients on because we are all here to get better.

Fantastic experience: I will recommend this to anybody they were awesome helpful and friendly all the stuff we're. Emilee my PT therapist and Tara my OT therapist was awesome overall all the therapists that I had was awesome and friendly and helpful and the Rec therapist Ryanna was awesome in her job she is the only one who her department and she tries to eat everybody she even did groups just so we have some fun and our PT or OT groups were awesome fun and awesome and the nursing staff was great I was on the second floor.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely without a doubt, recommend this rehab facility to anybody who needs it based on my experience here, because I was pleasantly surprised that it was way more therapy than I expected! It has been a wonderful, pleasant experience, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The therapists, the nurses, the aids, they have all treated me so wonderfully, and they really put their heart into what they do.

Fantastic experience: Everybody is SO nice here! My therapists were positively wonderful! My OT Kylie is the best ever!!!! I really feel that these people Genuinely care. No one was pseudo-polite, they all were emotionally supportive and helpful. Like little cheerleaders!!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this inpatient rehab hospital because of the EXCELLENT care I received here! They have all been very professional and that is all I ask. You can’t ask for better courtesy from the staff here and the dignity and respect are right up there with it. The flavors of the food here are excellent, don’t judge a book by its cover! Taylor and Lee really worked me hard in therapy, but that is what I am here for!

Fantastic experience: My husband was in your facility twice and both times came home walking. People thought it would be impossible, but your therapists made it happen. Now, he had Covid, double pneumonia and antibiotic resistant pseudomonas. He is 75 and was put on a ventalator, then trach and has managed to beat the diseases and be liberated from the vent. It is really a miracle. Select will probably be removing his trach in a few days. He has been capped for 4 and stable. We are hoping for another admittance to your facility and I'm confident your therapists can have him walking with a walker. I don't want him anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Everybody was kind, sweet, friendly and even loving. In some cases. All staff were very attentive in making sure I had everything that I thought I needed. The cleanliness here has been outstanding. That was the first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked and how everything felt clean here. I thought the meals here were delicious. I didn't have anything I didn't like. Everyone was excellent I . I don't know how it could be any better

Fantastic experience: Excellent throughout. Clean premises, courteous staff, skilled friendly rehab therapists who knew what to look for and target weak areas, good organization in keeping the same therapists with me during most of my stay so they got to know me, and positive results obtained during my 13-day stay. I came out in MUCH better shape than when I went in!

Fantastic experience: My experience at the TriHealth facility in Cincinnati was highly positive. My mom spent a few weeks here after having an unexpected stroke earlier this fall. Everyone we interacted with was upbeat, knowledgeable, encouraging, proactive, and considerate. . The entire facility was clean and well cared for, which stood out to me upon my arrival for a tour. I'd rate the therapists, doctors, nurses, and aides with only 5/5s, they were diligent in asking us about our goals for her time there. They worked towards them diligently with professional therapy and doctors, therapists, and care coordinators who advocated for her to get the most out of her time with them. After our experience with Trihealth, we highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical or occupational therapy.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the TriHealth facility in Cincinnati was very positive. Everyone I interacted with was experienced, positive, encouraging, and considerate. I rate the therapists, the Doctors, the nurses and the aides, all with only glowing 5s. The entire facility was clean and well cared for. They asked me about my goals and worked towards them with professional therapy and Doctors that listened and responded for the very best results that I could hope for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical or occupational therapy in the region.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend this place because of the very kind, professional staff. it is very clean here. I have been very pleased with my care here and the therapy. The rehab here has helped with making me safer doing things like getting in and out of the car and picking things up off the floor. I am glad I increased my endurance.

Every therapist has shown up at the right time, they don’t miss a lick and they like my jokes. Nursing care during the day and at night has been wonderful. Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience at TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital with everyone possible! I was recently discharged from the hospital after having surgery on my sacrum and spine. I came to TriHealth to receive rehabilitation before returning home. First of all, I have never been inside a building full of Angels in my entire 46 yrs of existence. Everyone there, from the custodians to the Doctors, act is if they were on assignment from God to make my daily experience there the greatest thing in life. Everyone was just so kind and courteous to me, treating me with such constant care and concern. Even the kitchen staff made me feel so welcome and cared for it was just unbelievable! Secondly, I received treatment from whom I believe to be some of the best Occupational and Physical Therapists in the business. Not only did they teach me valuable skills and exercises that would promote strengthening and safety throughout my healing process, but the also made me feel as if they genuinely cared for me every step of the way! There wasn't one moment where I felt like any member of their team was there simply for a paycheck. The entire time I felt like they were there for myself and the other clients. Lastly, the warm, friendly atmosphere inside of this place is conducive to healing in itself, not to mention the cleanliness and comfort as well. The people working within the walls of this facility set the standard extremely high in terms of rehabilitation. They absolutely love their jobs and it's undeniable from the time you're admitted until the time you're discharged. I would never think of recommending anyone other than TriHealth!!!
