Avenue at Warrensville Care and Rehabilitation Center

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and a beautiful facility. The therapists got my sister so much better she could go home after her accident. Staff were very sweet to us. Nice expeirience.

Fantastic experience: The Avenue of Warrensville is filled with lots of loving and caring people. They have worked hard to remove agency out of the community to be able to offer a high caliber of service in all departments.

Fantastic experience: I am a healthcare worker. It’s always challenging working at different facilities you have never been to before. However I’d give this facility 5 stars from the one day I was there working. The staff were all friendly to me, management I came into contact with were also very friendly and able to spike a conversation. Unit manager Lauren was very very helpful. You don’t see management in every facility helping, so it was refreshing to see the team work.

Fantastic experience: Kinda shaky in the beginning. Through proper communication with each department. We’re all on the same page. It’s hard to be vulnerable when you’ve been independent your entire life. I’m pleased with my level of care here, and I see the potential in this place. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care. It starts with the chain of command. Administration cares wholeheartedly! I can also see the effort put fourth in finding, as well as hiring a team of care assistants that care as well. I’m hopeful for what’s yet to come on my road to recovery. Thank you! Your hard work and effort hasn’t gone unnoticed by this resident.❤️ Felicia Day

Fantastic experience: Saw some of the negative reviews and I disagree. Recently had a loved one here and they had a very nice experience. Maybe they have been trying to improve. My loved one was treated very well by staff, liked their room and enjoyed the food, nothing was raw. If they need, they will be back in the future.
