Fantastic experience: My family member Is currently at Englewood health and rehabilitation center .the staff are great really carrying to the residents and familys.

Fantastic experience: Englewood Health & Rehab has the best staff in Fort Wayne! From the nursing staff to therapy, housekeeping and laundry, activities and dietary, it is amazing to see not only the residents so well cared for, but the resident’s family members as well. They go above and beyond to provide quality care to exceed each resident’s unique needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing long term care, rehab, or memory care!

Fantastic experience: As I walked through englewood’s doors, after feeling devastated that I’m not able to care for my parents’ health needs at home, we were met with extreme kindness and a high level of medical professionalism that immediately gave us hope and a feeling of peacefulness. I can tell my mom and dad feel safe and happy! I am grateful we can focus on being a family instead of trying to provide healthcare that I’m not qualified to do! It warms my heart to see my mom laughing again and interacting with all staff in a positive manner❣️ Thank you to all Englewood Staff - you all are now a new branch of our family tree for sure❣️❣️

Positive experience: I have been here a year now this month, transferred from ashton creek. I am the dietary manager here an I would have to say was one of the best decisions ever made. its a smaller facility so there is a closeness to all of us from staff to residents. really like a family here.

It's a wonderful place to bring a loved one that needs care like rehab speech, physical therapy and maybe long term care they are awsome when it comes to everything like that I am really really impressed with the care they give my wife and I know she is safe and looked after the with care and they really do care about her. The staff is wonderful and outgoing I would recommend you check them out they are a really awesome team and they will treat you and your loved one as one of there own family. A+ FACILTY

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law is currently in rehab at Englewood. Here is her review: When I needed to move from Lutheran Hospital to a rehab center, my family was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Englewood was extremely clean and well maintained, and Ryan was so friendly! He gave my family a tour and answered all their questions. Then when I was transferred from Lutheran, Ryan and the nurses and aides and PT staff were all truly kind and welcoming. Thanks to Jack and the amazing PT group, I am now an outpatient. I come back to Englewood three times a week for my sessions, and it is always a pleasure to return! I will forever be grateful to the entire Englewood staff for their dedication and persistence.
