Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this facility for physical therapy. From the front desk staff to the physical therapists themselves are so professional and kind. Special shout out to Natalie N. And Michael. They were super helpful and proactive with all my problems as they came up. I have all the tools to live practically pain free! I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant, peaceful, and helpful employees and environment. They are helping me with my elbow after having a tendon debridement and reattachment surgery.

Fantastic experience: My wife has been here off and on for the last three years. I'm hoping this time helps relieve some of her pain as she was reading about dry needling and was never offered this. She's in daily pain and when she's done healing with yet again another surgery she will be back. Never complaints on how anyone treats us. I did my total shoulder replacement therapy here and I'm good.

Fantastic experience: After my son sustained a knee injury, he required therapy after surgery. I cannot recommend Optimum Performance Therapy enough. Their staff was always pleasant and greeted us when we entered the facility. My son started off with Adam at their Jefferson office and finished with Andrew at the Ash Center. Our two therapists were the absolute best. They worked my son hard, listened to him and encouraged him along the way. Thank you to Adam and Andrew for getting my son back on the soccer field!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Jefferson location are great! I was honestly horrified of physical therapy, but both therapists I've had so far are awesome (Caitlyn&Adam) and have put my fears to rest. I've already started seeing progress, and have had very, very minimal pain due to PT. I always feel welcomed, and have great conversation during my sessions! I feel 100% confident in their hands. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of physical therapy!
