Fantastic experience: OPS has been extremely useful to me. I’m a D1 runner at PFW and went through some big injuries such as a femoral stress fracture and insertional Achilles tendonitis over the years. Both times I received amazing help from OPS which got me back to collegiate running in a healthy and timely way through the use of exercises and the AlterG treadmill. I’d like to thank all the PT’s I had as they all worked together to work around my schedule. Most importantly, I’d like to thank Mark Walden for being the PT that helped with my running form and was the one who guided me through both injuries. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the inns and outs of what I needed to do and what was causing the pain. I felt as though I was in very comforting hands and was able to trust Mark and the care he provided. He went above and beyond to help with other form problems and weaknesses which strengthened me and allowed me to continue running at the collegiate level. I couldn’t have done it without him and I certainly can’t thank him enough! I highly recommend OPS for anyone dealing with injuries and especially Mark for runners!

Fantastic experience: I had my last session today with Mark Walden as my physical therapist. I must say I will miss our weekly sessions. I had fractured my patella and had to go to therapy to regain my strength and mobility. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Mark. I knew from our first meeting that I had a good one. He was able to articulate my concerns and describe the pain and challenges I had with my knee when I couldn’t find the right words. Somehow he knew exactly what I was going through - it was pretty amazing. Long story short, Mark is knowledgeable and a very obvious expert at his profession. My time at OPT was well spent and would highly recommend OPT to anyone in need of PT. And if possible, definitely ask for Mark. You’ll thank me later. Also, I would like the add that the front desk personnels were very helpful, professional and kind. The facility is beautiful and clean. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back if I should ever need PT again.

Fantastic experience: Teresa was my main therapist for my knee; she was an absolutely amazing physical therapist. She was empathetic in her approach and had fantastic rapport; I felt like she truly cared about my PT and made sure we were focusing on the critical issues of my knee. I also worked with Kelsey, Matt, Eli, and Kershna when Teresa was out, and they taught me other ways I can work on my PT at home. All of the Physical Therapists, along with the front office staff are knowledgeable and caring with their patients. I highly encourage you to contact them if you are needing a good physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: After Dr. Nelson gave me a knee replacement, I went to OPT for therapy.i was impressed withe the facility, the reception personnel, and especially my therapist, Theresa. She was firm, and skillful, and encouraged me along in my healing process. I would recommend OPT to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my experience. Kris was my physical therapist. He was able to pinpoint the cause of my knee pain and came up with a great treatment plan. I am now pain free and able to enjoy running again. Kris is a very friendly guy and also very knowledgeable. We had great conversations during my sessions. In fact, everyone else in that office was nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: For many many years I have been to the chiropractor, pain management and suffered so much! I have been to several other PT in Ft Wayne. Nothing and no one has helped with my cervical and SI joint pain like this facility. Mark & Krishna have made a tremendous difference in my life! Fantastic experience: My ACL physical therapy went extremely well with the help of Mark Walden. Mark was able to help me improve significantly in the time he spent with me. I want to thank Mark and all of the OPT staff for helping with my recovery. I’m beyond grateful and can’t wait to get back on the soccer field.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working through my recovery with Andrew Hartje. He was amazing to have as my physical therapist! From the first day on he was able to help me set goals and find a way to strengthen and stabilize my shoulder so I could avoid a second surgery. My shoulder is feeling better than it felt after my first surgery. I recommend anyone who lives an active lifestyle or wants to improve their current health position to seek out Andrew for their therapy!
