The PT/OT programs are fantastic and should be a serious consideration for short term or long term rehab.

Fantastic experience: Hi I'm Dianne.. I was a patient years ago, I just couldn't get over the new look in the lobby area. It was a beautiful and it had a warming welcome effect. I like the new sign in center. The Hostess is a very professional and a pleasant person. She is very patient and understanding. The Center is more spacious. The furniture is the right fit for the Center. . Jack is still working to help the patients to achieve their goal of overcoming obstacles and hurdles that physical therapy can throw your way. The goal is to work has a team to get the patients back home to their love ones. God bless you all and I pray lots of success in the years to come.

Fantastic experience: I have lived 47 years in Greensboro and have never heard of this "rehab center". Everyone: hardworking, sensitive, responsible, timely, informative and the list goes on !! We are sincerely pleased with everyone: doctors, nurses, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, nurse practioner, general staff, cafeteria staff, receptionist, physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc, etc. My wife (Sylvia Anderson) is in room 121. Short term based on all the medical i formation !! We would strongly support your organization to anyone and everyone. We count our blessings for you !!

Fantastic experience: We had church service from The Evangel Fellowship Church.The residents enjoyed theirselves.We sang,did crafts,had snacks and an elder (Elder Mike Lewis) did communion with them.It was a good day.

Fantastic experience: My Mom had fallen and broke her hip. She has Alzheimers and can be a challenge at times Guilford health has been giving her physical therapy and occupational therapy. The people there are so nice and helpful. She just started there and so far it has been going excellent under the circumstances A+ Thank you Guilford Health Care

Fantastic experience: My Dad is a current patient at the Guilford Center. We visited from out of town, spent several days at different times of the day and were ALWAYS greeted by very friendly staff. The staff was attentive and professional. Someone was in to clean his room every day. The facility was clean throughout.

Fantastic experience: I went to GHC to visit my mother who is a resident there. The nurse who came to dispense mess was.sweet, caring and attentive to my mother's needs.

Fantastic experience: My father was at Guilford Health Care a little over a month before he passed away. The nurses and cna's in the rehabilitation wing did an excellent job of caring for my father. My sisters and I couldn't have gotten through this difficult time without the help of Pearl, Charlene, Miranda, Tasha, Sam, and the nurse that got him dressed for dialysis I apologize for not remembering your name. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the center several times and the staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. It is always very clean, the therapy gym has very nice equipment, and patients are well cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: i chose this place because of the reviews and i'm really glad i did. the first nite/day was rough and i felt alone. but after meeting the different staff and starting ot & pt i felt right at home. i look forward to therapy everyday. they really work with you and encourage you to push yourself everyday. they motivate and care about you as an individual. i would definitely recommend meeting other people in your therapy class and making friends. seeing other people's progress is motivation and being someone's cheerleader is even better. i haven't done many activities but there is plenty to do at any given time in the dining hall or sunroom. i would advise people to have patience when calling for a nurse. they are taking care of more than one person so don't get upset if it takes them a minute to get back to you when you ring your call bell. you want individual care from the nurse and so does everyone else.

Fantastic experience: My brother is in rehab here are Guilford Health Care Center, thy have really impressed me with the rehab program it is outstanding! They had my brother up and working out the day after his arrival to evaluate his strength and has got him working out up to 6 days a week as my brother in pushing to get better. His Physical therapist, Occupational therapist, and Speech therapist have all listen to what he needs and have him on an amazing regiment. Thank you all so much for caring, it shows in your faces and they smile on his face is priceless!

Fantastic experience: After a severe injury Guilford Health Care was recommended to me. The care and treatment here by the PT and OT staff has been A+++. The staff is very friendly and give you the confidence you need to keep going in your treatment. The nursing staff is attentive and go out of their way at times to help out in all situations. The administration goes out of its way to get to know you. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for serious rehab in a very inviting environment

Fantastic experience: I have been with the company for over 17 years. This is my second home. I would not dream of going any where. I have been given the name of "MAMA B" and it is because of the fact that I love to take care of our residents and staff. When I leave at the end of my day I feel like I have given my best but cannot wait to get back the following day. Our staff here are awesome. The residents know our name and they know that we are here for them they have even got nicknames for some of us. I will love this place forever. Our company is top notch. Fantastic experience: Guilford Health Care provides patient centered rehab. They care not only for the patients but about the patients. They have programs unique to their company (Jump Start Meetings, Recovery Map and workbooks, etc). I would recommend everyone come to Guilford Health Care for their rehab needs!

The staff displays genuine care for each resident on a personal and individual level. The Management team offers an unionfied connection to assure residents, family members, and staff receive adequate support which benefits all in ensuring we deliver the best care possible.

Fantastic experience: I have had the privilege of working for Guilford Health Care Center for the past 8 months, and I am very proud to be a part of what we do at this facility. It has been very apparent since my first day that there is an atmosphere here that puts patients first, and everyone is invested in the success of the patients that we have the opportunity to serve. One of the many things that seems to separate GHCC from other facilities is the teamwork and communication between each of the departments. The nursing and CNA staff works with the rehab team to be sure that we are doing the best to meet the needs of each patient and this allows the patients to achieve the best outcomes possible. I love seeing the housekeeping, laundry and dining services teams encouraging and supporting the patients throughout the day. Our parent company, Medical Facilities of America, provides tremendous support to the our team and has created an atmosphere that allows us to focus on patient-centered care each day. I particularly enjoy being part of such an exceptional rehab team that is composed of exceptional therapist that are also simply amazing people. My teammates have excellent clinical skills, but their genuine passion for seeing patients succeed and return home safely is what sets them apart. I love being a part of this team.

Fantastic experience: Guilford is one of many skilled nursing facilities in Greensboro so what makes them so different from the rest? It's the 5 star care the patients receive not just from nursing and rehab but with every interaction with any team member. Truely taking the notion of treating patients like they are your family member and turning them into family so By the time they leave both the patient/family and staff members are sad the time went by so quickly.
