Fantastic experience: My appointment consisted of a brief visit for x-rays and a consultation on shoulder pain. Dr. Chandler struck me as a smart, capable, and straight-forward physician. He gave me options for treatment along with an optional prescription. I also had a very positive impression of his physician assistant, Amber Porterfield.

Fantastic experience: John Graves and Jim Bethune are a great team of Dr/PA. I’ve been going to them for years and always got me back on track. I have had left knee surgery for torn meniscus was back to work in 6-8 weeks and shoulder repair of a rotator cuff and bicep tear was a slow start in therapy, was back at my preschool job in 4mths.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adair is always pleasant and very thorough. He takes his time to answer all questions and concerns. He explains the issues in terms that all can understand and is proactive in recovery. Highly recommended. If the need ever arises for me or my family, he will be my doctor.

Fantastic experience: Guilford Orthopedic is my go-to place for all things bones! I can highly recommend their conservative approach to surgery if it is at all avoidable. I’m never been disappointed with my care there since my first visit in August 2017. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: My experience over the past year with every single person at this medical office has been nothing short of outstanding. The only drawback is occasionally wait times can be longer, but that is because Dr Dalldorf takes time with each patient and listens to their concerns, and I have personally benefited from this. He is the most personable and caring doctor I have ever dealt with, and the surgery he performed on me has been an unqualified success. Also I can apply exactly the same attributes to his PA, Andrew Nida. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for orthopedic care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Guilford for 8 years now for back , shoulder, hand and knee troubles from arthritis. I have always received the best of care with the best of Drs and Nurses. They are informative in a way you can understand, they take the time to make sure you understand and care about you as a person not just another patient. I have seen most of the Drs there at one time or another and Dr Dumonski did my back surgery and I've seen him for neck injury after a fall. . Dr Rowan has taken care of me for my knees since 2008 , which at some point will need to be replaced but in the mean time I have been getting Supartz injections which have helped to delay surgery for now. He has also taken care of my shoulders for arthritic pain and my collar bone. The staff there is always helpful and caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with any orthopedic problems. They also have a physical therapy department that works closely with the Drs so you get the proper care you need to relieve your pain or rehab after any surgery. 2023,Aug I woke up on a Sunday with shoulder pain , left shoulder. I called Guilford Ortho and got an appt with Dr McKinley. He check out my shoulder. Seems it's arthritis , fluid and inflammation. He recommended a sling to give it a rest, steroid shot and Meloxicam anti inflammatory. He is very thorough and explains everything very well. He recommended I see Dr Chandler in 3 weeks for a recheck. Dr Chandler had replaced my right shoulder a few yrs ago due to arthritis..

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient f GO for at least 20 years. I am greeted kindly . Dr Daldorf has been my primary physician.Other physicians Wu, Adair, McKinley have provided me with services. They are kind and caring . The physician assistants, and medical assistants are great

Fantastic experience: Always had a good experience at Guilford Orthopedic and Dr. McKinley is great. Always listens, diagnosis the problem, explains everything well and gives options. At 70 and still active lifting weights and cardio, he helps me over come any nagging pain or injuries so I can continue doing what I do. Highly recommend Dr. McKinley and Guilford Orthopedic.

Fantastic experience: Dr McKinley has been great. He has provided my oldest is sports physicals and looked after broken toes and broken wrist in our journey. This was his last high school sports physical..I have my youngest who now moves into that spot and I am hoping we can continue to have Dr McKinley watching over him .

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley is an awesome doctor! He gives me a shot in each hip that always helps with the pain. The shots last approximately 6-7 months. Then I go back and get the shots again. This works best for me. I am very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley is fantastic. I cannot stress this enough! My brothers and I have been using this practice for our various sports injuries for years; there have been plenty of them. I've found that this practice is elite because they are exceptionally competent and very personable. The office and interactions with staff have a very small-town feel, and this place provides better care than you would expect in a larger city. Tl;dr - these people are awesome! I care about my health a lot and I have complete trust in them.

Fantastic experience: My visits with Dr McKinley have been absolutely wonderful. I went to see Dr. McKinley for knee pain in both of my knees. I knew at some point during one of my visits I would receive steroid/gel injections and I am terrified of needles. It turned out that I would receive steroid injections my first visit. Dr. McKinley talked me through the process to help me feel less nervous and very much at ease. I was prepared for the the worst but I barely felt a thing. I highly recommended Dr. McKinley. He provides excellent care by being very knowledgeable of his skill, explaining your condition and the options you have, he listens to your concerns, and he answers all of your questions. I am a very satisfied customer

Fantastic experience: Virtually no wait time. The office is very efficient and organized. Dr. Graves is easy to understand and does not seem to be in a hurry. He explains and answers questions in a relaxed informative manner. I feel very confident in his abilities.

During my last visit, I waited less than 5 minutes before I was seen and Dr. Dolldorf answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. McKinley for the first time for steroid injections. He is a highly professional, skilled and very patient physician who really took the time to discuss my condition without making me feel rushed. He was focused on me and was empathetic. We discussed two areas where I had the greatest pain and decided those would be the injection sites. Both injections were in tightly arthritic small joint spaces and with his skill easing the needle into the tight space I had no discomfort and immediate relief. His demeanor placed me at ease. He was respectful to me and also to his staff. Everyone at this practice has been very kind.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Guilford Orthopedic for 20 plus years but first time seeing Dr Adair. He is very professional and was genuinely interested in my recovered after surgery. Happy he is with the group as my ortho doctor for the last 20 years is retiring.

Not only does he 'know his stuff' medically, he is attentive to your concerns, listens to and answers your questions, and clearly explains your condition and what options you have. You will know (and be able to feel!) that you are in able hands.

Fantastic experience: Wait was reasonable and clinic was very busy. Dr. was very professional, friendly and gave me good insight on my situation. News wasn't good, but hoping the shoulder injection will stave on surgery for some time.

Fantastic experience: Though I never saw Dr. DALDORFF I still felt that I received professional medical care by his PA. He was very congenial, put at ease very quickly, asked appropriate questions re: my concerns, and I left feeling I had a productive appointment and that my time was well spent.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley was knowledgeable of my previous visits for the shoulder issue. He listened & was willing for treatment at a slower pace according to my wishes. He knew exactly what to do, and I was better within a short time. At the check-up visit, my shoulder is 80% better, but was having trouble w/my left knee. His treatment was excellent & according to my wishes.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dallforf is the second orthopedist I’ve seen for my hip pain. Dare I say my experience with Dr Dallforf was wonderful. He listened and was very kind. He even gave me a Christmas light up bracelet. He asked Dr McKinley if he would do a steroid injection while I was there for some pain relief. dr McKinley was happy to help me as well.

Fantastic experience: Great Practice!! I have been going to the practice since 2008. Services for my knees, back and foot. I finally at the age of 52 and of course had to loose the weight (weight bearing 30lbs it took a minute ) was able to have my right knee replacement by Dr. Daldorf and Andrew (PA). Surgery went well but I have a lot of weaknesses in the leg itself prior to surgery we are trying to work out. So I can have the left knee done. But overall great doctors and staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dalldorf took excellent care of me and determined I did NOT need a total knee as others had said. After arthroscopy, meniscus repair and chondroplasty one week later I’m almost 100%. Super doctor and 8 highly recommend him. Billing department was horrible. Four days prior to surgery had to pay $1900 they underestimated after being given my insurance info and was threatened with no surgery would be done. No excuse for that issue at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr daldorf is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I was brushed off by another ortho before coming here and he didn't make me suffer useless treatments before trying Injections and surgery. He listened to me with everything and I never felt rushed. I'd go here next time for sure. Especially over emerge ortho.

Fantastic experience: Dr Daldorf is great! He showed me my X-ray taken yesterday and said there is anything to worry about. He had Andrew give me a long overdue shot of cortizone (my fault for waiting so long) and his feel great!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Dumonski several months ago for a badly herniated lower disc. We tried a few rounds of injections but they did nothing. I had very bad sciatica in my right leg (numbness pain and pins and needles). He suggested a microdiscectomy to remove the herniation so we decided upon that. I had it done a couple weeks ago and immediately when I woke from the anesthesia the pain was totally gone. Very easy recovery, healing was a breeze, and they explained everything they were going to do in detail. He’s a wonderful Dr.and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The nurses were amazing as well. I can’t thank him enough for did. It’s like he performed a miracle on me. Two weeks later and the pain from the surgery is gone. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me.

Fantastic experience: This place is my first choice for any orthopedic need. My family has been going here for years. The doctors we see pay close attention to us. They explain to us what is going on, give us their recommendations, give us our options and let us decide what is best. Our doctors have been Dr. McKinley, Dr. Chandler, Dr. Adair and there was a new Physician Assistant (I hate that I can't remember his name, but I absolutely love him.) who helped me. They are all wonderful...very personable and professional. I loved it when Dr. McKinley spoke to my son about a decision he had made that caused a broken bone and my son agreed (so did I). We also get our sons' sports physicals done here if we can't get to their pediatrician. Dr. Chandler and Dr. Adair thoroughly explained surgery procedures to us. The Physician Assistant did all he could to me to try to find out was what was going on with my foot.

Fantastic experience: Although it's been years since I've been there, I will always have great memories! Everyone that had a part in my care was the best! They treated me as a person and showed concern for everything I was going through! I couldn't have asked for a better place to meet my needs! (They were many!) From PT, surgery, even to the shots in my knees! I'm blessed to have been a patient there!

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Dr. Dalldorf and he was very professional, listened to my concerns, answered questions, and provided a plan. His PA Andrew was the exact same way, I would like to mention that Kelli his medical assistant was wonderful, very caring, professional and it shows through her work. Lisa the radiologist technician was extremely nice and made you feel comfortable all while taking x-rays. The check in/out process was seamless and those individuals deserve to know they are just as professional and nice as the rest of the entire staff. Great place!

Fantastic experience: Love this place - fastest and best X-ray ever! Love the doctors - I've been there for several different issues - they are pleasant, intelligent, caring, and thorough. Dr. Chandler's resident is outrageously good - and so is Dr. Chandler (shoulder specialty) - I felt a pretty immediate sense of trust (and I don't do that easily). I'd say I am cautious, take the time to educate myself about medical issues, and can tell an *&^%# doctor from a great one :=) This entire operation has its act together. Great choice for anyone! I was there previously for a back brace - it was a great help (crushed vert) and saw a different doc - specialized in back issues- one of the staff even offered to have me come in for an adjustment (gratis) if needed. Fantastic experience: I called for an appointment on Thursday, and the phone was answered on the first ring by a live person who was courteous, friendly and able to set up an appointment for the very next day., even giving me a choice of times. Check in was fast and friendly. I met with Dr. Graves and his PA, got X-rays and discussed my options and decided on a course of treatment. I sure wish all medical offices were run as well as this one! A+++

Fantastic experience: This was my very first visit to the practice and I met with Dr. McKinley. When I walked in the staff was amazing and highly professional. I was greeted properly and treated with the utmost respect from the front office to the back office. My Doctor provided me we an explanation to my current condition and provided options for improvement. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I could immediately identify that he was one of those doctors who are passionate about what it is that they do, which I respect greatly and look for in any doctor who is treating me. I was able to get a cortisone shot which immediately supplied relief to the are and allow me the ability to move forward with therapy until I make a decision on my next option. I am truly grateful for my doctor and the entire staff for making my first time visit an amazing experience.
