Austin is a Las Vegas native and he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Chicago, IL in 2015. Austin played football in college at Southern Utah University where he suffered injuries that required surgery on his shoulder and knee. These experiences helped him to relate to his patients since he has been through the pain of surgery and the recovery process. He knows from personal experience that with adherence to the proper rehab program, patients can return to their prior level of function. Austin enjoys working with all types of patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and also has a love for sports.

Rachel was born and raised in Maui.  She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2014 with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been working in her chosen profession for over three years and has helped numerous patients return to a healthy active lifestyle. When she is not working with patients, she enjoys spending time with her family.

I've been to other places and I have to say these guys are the best Victor and Joe PT and their have assistance are amazing I push myself to go even though it's painful at times. But they take such care and consideration in each patient that you don't want to disappoint them and you love to go and see them. I would strongly reco mmend them.

There has never been a team more deserving of a 5 star review! I'm very appreciative of the way they have treated me. Although they are busy, they always find a way to make me feel looked after and they are always accommodating. The approach of this office seems to be all hands on deck. Every staff member from the front desk to assistant physical therapists and physical therapists take the responsibility of making sure you're looked after. If you're need of some therapy this is your place. Just try to come with a good attitude and put in some work.

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
