Optimal Therapy: An Affiliated Company - Lake Mead

Positive experience: The office staff is friendly & they actually call you back when they say they will! I thought my daughter's appointment was much faster than it should have been. The therapist only worked with her about 15 minutes & she was done. Maybe because it was only her 2nd visit. I'll update next week after her appointment.

Fantastic experience: I’ll just say I’m 33 I’ve got lupus&scleroderma, arthritis+++ gone to this specific location not just because it’s perfectly close to my home but the staff, they’re my favorite for sure (next is Boulder City! & Specifically the COTA Kris B!❤️‍ ) When I started years ago I was constantly in& out of a wheelchair on disability. First with Tavin’s help & now Tim’s help (as well as all of the bundles of awesome: the PTA’s!❤️‍ ), not only have I’ve gotten out of my wheelchair completely and stopped walking like a hunchbacked ancient person, I’ve started working for the first time in 10 years! Tim just keeps up fixing me up by fixing me up with the perfect exercises tailored specifically to me (-with every patient of course!) & my needs, even if it’s just that 1 appointment I need altered for that day if I’m at an extra pain level. The Gatekeeper aka Aesha at Reception is forever a great joy to see when I enter and she always ALWAYS brightens my spirits when I come in, especially when I am not feeling the best that day! My go to location because of the healthcare champions!❤️‍ Thank you all so much for helping me stand up on my own two feet, (without assistance!!!! !!)! And for standing upright period, so I am no longer staring at the floor when I stand& walk! Oh! Yeah the walking too! ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: I've done physical therapy at Optimal Therapy for a while. The physical therapists and the techs are very compassionate and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have great experiences here. From Ieesha at the front to Timothy, Jacob, Garrett, Trevor & Nakia......they have made it their mission to do their best to help me on the road to recovery. I have made great progress thanks to these dedicated people. In my never to be humble opinion, if some- one is not happy with Optimal Therapy it's because they didn't put in the work. Sure, it hurts.....it's an injury! I have personally witnessed people's lack of commitment.....it is not due to the lack of help and instructions by the staff. My many thanks and gratitude goes to Optimal Therapy!

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I have had since relocating to Henderson. The waiting room is small, but very clean, the restroom is immaculate (this was impressive, it made me feel comfortable knowing they are following Covid protocols) mask are required and the staff all wear masks, they offer parking in a small lot that is shared with a few other merchants. The staff is excellent from the front desk to all of the Therapist's. They are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable as well as professional. My Therapist were Tavin and Justin and both were expectation, again I was impressed with their customer service. I never thought I would look forward to Therapy visits :)
