Victor earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX in 2016.  His career began in Alamogordo, NM where he was mentored in the McKenzie and Mulligan Methods to treat cervical and lower back pain. He is fluent in Spanish and certified in Dry Needling. Victor joined PRN in February 2020 and is now a clinical owner and director in our Henderson location.

Victor is an avid exercise enthusiast and enjoys all things outdoors.  In his free time, you can find him camping, hiking, and traveling.  When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  His biggest achievement was losing 100 lbs in a span of 10 months.  He is still a food enthusiast and enjoys trying new cuisines.

Tyler’s passion for physical therapy began back in middle school following a sports injury. His education started by attending Pacific University where he pursued his undergraduate degree in exercise science. While at Pacific he also played football, rugby and wrestled. Following Pacific University, he attended Rocky Mountain University in Utah in order to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Tyler recently graduated in May of 2023 and is excited to begin his career in the field. In his free time Tyler likes to lift, watch sports, play video games, and spend time with his wife.

I love the people at Kelly Hawkins on horizon in Henderson.I get to see the same people all the time. The patients as well as the staff. Victor and Joe are amazing and I usually work with Cassandra who's the assistant. Carmen is at the reception area and she's always friendly and polite They even have a bowl of candy there if you want to sweeten the experience. It's so homey and if you have to go through the pain of physical therapy it's easier when you work with such wonderful people. They really care and have concern for every one of the patients. PAIN RELIEF AFTER FIRST VISIT... This PT center with Victor Carrasco has a high standard of care and expertise. I was able to find relief from my constant pain of an injury during my initial visit. Victor and Carmen have been an absolute pleasure and great to work with. They are very respectful and professional, which adds to the fact that they are very caring. The main therapist Victor made my experience horrible. He accused me of lying about how much pain I was in more than once. He only speaks to you in a condescending matter and caused me to leave in tears the last time I was there. I refuse to go to a location that treats people that way. Very surprised that this is who is responsible to lead this location since he is so unprofessional and rude. The other employees are great but Victor needs to taught on customer service and professionalism. Causing someone more stress when they are coming for treatment is not the way for someone to heal.

The staff are wonderful. Victor is arrogant and doesn’t listen to patients. He treated me like an old ignorant person. I am old not ignorant! I am an RN with 43 years experience in Las Vegas. I worked critical areas and management and opened the first outpatient surgery center here years ago. I also worked with Kelly Hawkins.He was a great physical therapist and a nice person.I have had therapy in other Kelly Hawkins facilities with great results. I have found another physical therapist.

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
