Fantastic experience: The best!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Throughout my forty years of life having a rare disease and seeing many physical therapists, I have never had an experience like my time at Earnest Physical Therapy. Being used to a variety of different types of therapy centers and having my fair share of therapists, I feel confident in saying that EPT has transformed my entire thought process of therapy AND the plethora of modalities that are available for pain management. My expectations were far exceeded, first and foremost by Spencer and his genuine and caring professional manner. If only all of my doctors spoke to me with the same care and concern, explaining why we do things and what they do to help our body, etc. Also- a massive shout out to Freya who holds down the front end, making scheduling a breeze… not to mention, always beaming with her wonderful smile when I walk in the door! In addition to Spencer and Freya, Renee, Scheccid and Rylie make my mornings at Earnest Physical Therapy by far the best parts of my week. On top of getting my body moving and feeling better, they both are so encouraging, while ensuring you’re doing the exercises correctly and preventing further injury, regardless of your individual limitations. The atmosphere is light and positive, yet intimate- never feeling like there are too many patients and not enough therapists, as I often have at other practices. They gently push you to heal and grow, physically and mentally, while making sure you don’t overdo it. In turn, it fuels my own desire to continue to get stronger at home, doing as many of my exercises on the days I don’t get to see them as I can- which I know is something a lot of PT patients can struggle with. I have honestly never felt as cared for and motivated to keep getting better, as I do, today. Since having the entire top half of my spine fused four years ago, and not being able to move about naturally, I have not felt “normal” or comfortable in my body ever since. However, thanks to Earnest Physical Therapy, I no longer feel like a stranger in my own body… and that, my friends, is priceless.

Fantastic experience: Spencer Earnest Oh my, where to start… This fella is humble, helpful and caring. He’s family oriented and always accommodating to each and every lifestyle choice. Spencer is very upfront, respectful and never presents with a biased opinion. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his clientele and staff are happy, healthy and thriving. I absolutely adore his efforts and constant communication. You’ll never leave without a story, laugh or a smile I highly recommend this clinic and personnel for all of your skilled Physical Therapy needs… Even if it’s just for an updated exercise regimen

Fantastic experience: Mr. Earnest and his team are fantastic! They took care of me pre & post knee replacement setting me up for a successful recovery. Booking appointments with them is a breeze, they worked with my insurance, answered any and all questions I had, and they would always go out their way to make me feel welcome. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old son needed PT on his baseball pitching and tennis arm. Spencer and his staff were great! Very knowledgeable, did all the right things, because now my son is back to pitching and playing tennis pain free! We are so grateful to Spencer and his great staff! Front desk is great to work with too. All around great experience!

Fantastic experience: Spencer has worked with both of my elderly parents for over a year. Since my mother passed away, he continues to work with my father at his assisted living facility. Unlike other home health providers and outside clinics my parents previously saw, Spencer created a personal plan for each of them and went out of his way to see them where they lived when they couldn’t see him at his clinic. He is extremely caring and visited my father in his rehab facility after a hospital visit and regularly checked in with us on how he was doing. He is wonderful at motivating his patients to do the work necessary to get better. He has also helped train the assisted living facility staff in making safe transfers for my dad. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him and his assistant, Koree. Highly recommend them both.

Fantastic experience: As a medical provider (orthopedic PA-C) and a patient of Spencer's, I can't recommend Earnest PT enough. He has helped me and my wife get over some tough back injuries over the years. Spencer is thorough and takes the time to understand your injury and then treat accordingly. I have walked out of his clinic pain-free after some sessions, which seemed unfathomable to me at the time. He also has a great staff working around him. From a provider standpoint, Spencer's and my mutual patients have experienced similar outcomes and have benefitted from his knowledge and expertise. I will keep sending patients his way because I know they will be in the best hands. 5 out of 5 stars from me!

Fantastic experience: I was having much trouble with my lower- back, and Dr. visits didn't help, but thank the universe I decided to see Spencer. He helped me more than any Dr. has. Not only did he help me out of it, he educated me as to know the cause. What I learned from this will help me for the rest of my life. Spencer is a warm and friendly professional with a ton of knowledge and experience and what I saw is a man that genuinely wants to help people. I can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Spencer dealing with a bulged disc. Him and and his team accommodated to what I can and cannot do, but also pushed me to do better on every visit. Even after PT he had offered to still work with me when needed. Definitely, has gone above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: After 2 months in the hospital, I came home bound to a wheelchair, riding RTC para-transit, and living in a makeshift bed in my living room because my bedroom was upstairs beyond my ability to reach. I wondered if life would ever be the same again. Then I was introduced to Spencer Earnest. He worked me hard and with his never quit attitude, he got me to push myself more than i thought i could. With his help, i was out of the wheelchair and using a walker within 3 weeks, driving my car within 5 weeks, and completely free of mobility devices at 2 months. With his help and encouragement, I have been back to work since the beginning of September 2022 and life is pretty much back to normal for me. Spencer is the greatest and I highly recommend him for anyone with physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: My foot was very painful months after breaking it. The needle treatments I received have completely stopped the pain. Friendly and helpful staff. This will always be my place for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Spencer Ernest greatly improved my husband's leg weakness and balance. More importantly he saw my husband was discouraged and disheartened. Spencer was able to turn his attitude around. My husband then saw it as an opportunity to work harder. Spencer definitely knows how to work with the whole person. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Spencer is professional, kind, thorough and a great educator. I had PT with him and he has really helped me with dry-needling. When I first saw him I was in so much pain. However, the PT and needling really did help me. If you ever need PT you will not be disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: Life changing! I cannot even begin to tell you the difference that Spencer Earnest has made for my quality of life. He has helped me with a 20 plus year old back injury that left my leg and foot completely numb for years and two recent arm injuries. Not every treatment will work on every patient, but the dry needling, in combination with the other approaches has made my mobility great. On top of the knowledgeable staff, you can expect to be treated like family by this amazing team of professionals. Don't let one more day pass before you call Earnest Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: Spencer is the most incredible person in the World! And his professionalism is off-the-charts. We had originally gone through an agency to have him assigned to us, before he left that organization to start his own business, we had him for about 3 full months. Now he is back on our schedule through his own company. We are so happy! He has the warmest and most compassionate social skills of anyone whom I have ever met. It comes from the heart. He cares for my 95-year old mother with his visits and makes her feel so important and special. Plus, he is diligent about her recovery. She had fallen last year and fractured her pelvis, so now my mother is basically in a wheelchair and walker to live her life. When Spencer provides his Physical Therapy services with her, I can see a massive improvement in her over-all wellbeing, and her spirit of life. There are many physical therapists out there, but Spencer has the biggest heart of natural compassion towards everyone he meets. And obviously he is qualified and so knowledgeable about his craft. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being trained under Spencer Ernest as a student physical therapist years ago. Now, I currently work as a home health physical therapist. Over the last 6 years I have worked with many patients that have had negative experiences at many of the local physical therapy outpatient clinics here in Vegas. However, I would not hesitant to refer any of my patients to be seen by Dr Spencer Ernest. I know they would be treated with not only the upmost respect but the best hands on treatment that is nearly nonexistent at any other physical therapy clinic. In fact, those patients that I have referred to him had nothing but great things to say about the care they received by Dr Spencer Ernest. If I ever need hands on physical therapy performed on myself I will turn to Spencer for my own care over any other physical therapist here in Las Vegas. You’ll be in the best hands in the valley if you choose Dr Spencer Ernest as your physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Spencer for two years. He is a staple in my wellness routine. He really cares about his patients and does a top notch job. My husband and I get dry needle and chiropractic work done by him 1-2 times a month. It helps with mobility and relaxes those annoying tight muscles. I always tell people it’s quicker and more effective than a massage. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Seeing Spencer at Earnest PT has brought me all the peace of mind one could want while recovering from an injury. His thoughtfulness, obvious practical knowledge, and his genuine sense of care and humanity make for a relaxed and confidence inducing session. The office is well done with a nice view which also brings a level of comfort I haven't experienced at other physical therapy offices. I would point anyone in his direction who is looking to come back stronger and informed about their recovery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Spencer for my lower back and sciatic pain for months now. He has not only taken care of my needs in the short term but is setting me up for success in long term. He’s been incredibly informative and he listens to what I have to say about my issues. Fantastic experience: I went through a hard time with a bad hip replacement. Spencer was my physical therapist he helped me through. I wouldn't go to anyone else for therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Spencer for multiple injuries and he has always known exactly how to fix them. He has helped me learn ways to strengthen my injuries so it won’t happen again later. He seems to constantly continue his education to learn about the latest research. I have gone to other physical therapist and he has always provided the best care for me and is very personable.

Fantastic experience: I was in a boatload of pain. When I first went to Spencer, I was in such bad shape I had to lay down constantly because of my back. Riding in the car (someone else had to drive!) was very painful. I wasn’t thrilled about having to do Physical therapy, but the pills didn’t really work. I was certain that surgery was my only real option. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Spencer dramatically changed the course of my pain treatment. He worked closely with me to make sure I was doing OK. In the beginning, I had to rest my back 10 minutes between exercises. It was awful. He never rushed me or pushed me to do more than I could. When my pain was at my worst, he was at his best! Spencer is constantly kind, helpful and caring. Step by step, I steadily got better. Despite my pain, I always appreciated how welcome I felt. Today I no longer need physical therapy, and I am no longer worried about having to undergo back surgery! I can run errands, cook, go to work, hang out with friends… I can enjoy my life again! I hold Spencer's ability to understand pain in the highest regard. He is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Spencer Earnest is the best! He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. He’s compassionate and you can tell he loves, and is devoted to, his craft. He takes his time and is very thorough. And, he’s kind. All these qualities are so important when you’re recovering from an injury or surgery. I’ve completed my course of therapy, but would definitely use his services again in the future, if needed!
