Leavitt Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I've gone to Leavitt PT a few different times for different issues, and have always been very happy with my treatment and experience. I even brought my 14 year old daughter to them when she pulled her hamstring. Everyone at the office is friendly and efficient. Jeff is very knowledgeable & personable, and provides personalized care. I will definitely be back if I have a need in the future, and I don't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Actually I, Arthur MacMillan, was the one being treated by Jeff and his assistants after low back surgery. Jeff and his staff were very friendly and did a great job of getting my back into shape again so that I could return to golf and other activities. I’m forever grateful and will use Jeff again whenever needed. Thanks Jeff.

Fantastic experience: I found myself at Jeff’s office about 6 months after my ACL graft. My in-house PT from my surgeons office wasn’t cutting it and, in my opinion, stunted my recovery significantly. Upon my arrival, the entire staff made me immediately feel at home. Jeff talked to me about my range-of-motion issues and the pain that accompanied it. I could tell he wanted to help, he wanted to give me that portion of my life back. I was Jeff’s patient for several months and since my first therapy appointment, I saw results. Had I not ditched my original PT, and gone to Jeff and his team, there is no doubt in my mind I would be in pain and struggling still. If you’re looking for a caring, compassionate and smart physical therapist, go to Jeff and his team. Can not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Jeff is awesome! The treatments are effective and always feel custom. He is super professional and an all around cool guy! Could not recommend a better physical therapist for outpatient therapy!

Fantastic experience: Jeff and his team are very friendly and highly skilled. I had a very severe pilon fracture of my right ankle. Fantastic experience: I began my journey one day when I walked into Leavitt physical therapy. My rehab was just starting with my freshly completed "Total Knee Replacement." They were very welcoming and I felt at home right away. My Journey started with caring and gentle people. Since day one, the entire staff took me under their wing. They had patience and they measured my needs and implemented a plan. They never pushed me into pain. They have patience, caring hands, and caring hearts. Due to my military career I have traveled all over the world. I have had injuries from various situations on the job and off. I have sampled many physical therapies throughout the world. Does this make me an expert? No! I feel qualified enough to give this facility five stars and I rarely give five stars to anything. Jeffrey and his team have had me since mid September. I was recommended to them by several friends. Since mid September, I have experienced nothing but a "Forward March"! Not one set back. These experts know exactly what to do and how much. I go three days a week and I wish more! It is now almost to the end of October and I can do the following: a) Bench curl 70 lbs with my legs. b) Step up and down steps with minimal discomfort. (Its still early). c) Bend knee to almost an expectable and livable bend. d) Drive long distances without pain or meds. e) NOT DEPEND ON PAIN MEDS! (Thank you Leavitt Physical Therapy!) Thank you again my new friends and I will always remember the time you brought me out of the REHAB Blues!
