Fantastic experience: It is my pleasure to share a few genuine observations and thoughts regarding my recent Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital placement. My initial impression throughout the facility is one of attention to quality detail. The spacious private rooms and baths are impressive environments for patients. Upon engaging in treatment it is obvious the entire diverse professional staff are dedicated towards the patients achieving ongoing individual goals. The extraordinary talented multidisciplinary staff of doctors, physical and occupational therapists, therapists, registered nurses, and ancillary support staff is impressive. A commitment of excellence is paramount towards the patients. A positive atmosphere permeates the entire program which is a testament to the management team. In closing I would be remiss without acknowledging kudos to the culinary staff. The expansive daily meal choices are excellent and the quality is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I visited this rehab facility early January. My wife and I were very impressed with with the staff, very nice and helpful always with a smile. The nursing staff was very professional and friendly making our patient very comfortable and calm in a difficult situation. We truly thank them for this. I would recommend Dignity Rehabilitation for your rehabilitative needs.

Fantastic experience: I Raymond Martinez had a wonderful time at Dignity Health Rehabilitation hospital because the staff was GREAT just to name a few Kameron, Steven, Aaron, Scott, Chris and everyone else cause they have me doing everything for myself such as getting from my wheelchair to my bed or to take a shower or to the bathroom and so on, Thanks again for them that I leave here with a big smile on my face... Thanks again...

Fantastic experience: I've been here 3 times and the staff/team has always been good and strong. Even if I had Kardashian money - I would still wait for a spot here. The food is excellent. They will rebuild you up to health. And since they have outpatient now, they will keep you up to health.

Fantastic experience: My husband suffered a stroke while we were celebrating my birthday in Las Vegas. He spent 3 weeks at Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital. The staff from check-in to discharge were amazing. What stands out is the true professionalism and dedication. Thank you to all!

Fantastic experience: My husband has been admitted to Dignity Health Rehabilitation facility and we liked the private room, it is clean and all facility staff’s from Doctors, Nurses, Therapists (Respiratory, Physical, Speech, Occupational), nursing aids did a great job.

Fantastic experience: My mother stayed at this facility and I am so thankful to RN, CN & also all the staff here who have made my mom's recovery process easier for her. We cannot thank enough the OT(specially Monica) and PT teams for their patience, readiness to help, and motivational words. We are grateful they shared some easy tips and tricks to combat bodily pain from surgery. Special thanks to Franz, who knows exactly when to push during exercises. I have not seen a facility before with such down to earth people, who are so kind and treat everyone with respect no matter what their background is! The doctors are also very helpful during their visits. The house keeping crew is awesome too! The room set up is exceptionally good with built in bathroom which can provide privacy to every patient with their individual needs! FIVE STARS! We feel blessed to have such a wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: My mother had several surgeries in her lifetime and she’s been in different rehab facilities, so far Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital is the best rehab facility she’s ever been to. The professionalism of the healthcare workers in this facility is outstanding. They definitely patiently understand the care of every patients need. Thank you Kim for reaching out and keeping us informed. This is my mother’s second time in this facility and their patient care remains outstanding. To all the therapists, nurses, doctors housekeeping THANK YOU for all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: My first time with a stroke and I hope that no one has to go through that experience. I was sent to a hospital then to Dignity Rehab. The Hospital was a disaster it was dirty and staff was there for three hours then left no matter what you may need help with. I was hoping that all medical facilities were not the same. After I arrived at Dignity I got the same treatment as the hospital and I thought not again with the bad service. However I soon learned that they give the same great service all the time 24 hours a day. The doctor even had a great sense of humor and kept me up to date with the medicine and treatments that I had to do everyday. The Nurses I had were very understanding and paid close attention to what I was going through and feeling. They let the doctor and other staff know what is going on so that I had a great place to get better. I am one the people that heals quickly and expressed the thoughts that I needed to go home since I felt caged up and could not get the full exercise I thought I needed. the PT Trainers listened and also came to the same conclusion and released me with record time. Now that I am home I have made remarkable recovery so far. When I left I was using a walker to get around and one week later I am not using any thing to walk and not dragging my foot and walking up and down stairs without assistance. If they would not have listened to me so that I could recover as soon as I did the process may have taken a lot longer to get to where I am now. I still have a long way to go but without Dignity Rehab I don't think I would have been on the correct path to recovery. Thanks to everyone that works there for the help that I received. From management to all the nurses therapist and everyone else for such a great experience. Highly recommend them to everyone that needs rehab. Update to this Post DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY Before I went to this rehab I made sure that they were in my network and all of their staff agreed that they were in my network and that everything would be covered under my insurance. Since 3 months after leaving I am billed with unbelievable debt from this institute and they are refusing to help with any of the bill. Just as a reminder they will stab you in the back with a huge bill that you can not afford and then threaten you to collect it. Just be aware that of the billing problem with these people. My druthers use anyone but this place.

Fantastic experience: Kim is very helpful and very knowledgeable of the facility. She was aware of my concerns for my mom’s physical challenges as an amputee. The staff CNA’s, RN’s, OT’s, PT’s, ST’s, doctors and including housekeeping and front desk were amazing, took care of my mom treated her with respect. I do recommend Dignity Rehab hands down over anywhere else. But the only down part is the case manager Byron, promised things but doesn’t follow through I hope they get someone else that follows through with supplies to care for your love ones at home and constant communication with the family and patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been to rehabs a few times the past year. Dignity is by far the best. Didn’t know about it until Kim came to my hospital room and told me about it. My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Loved the private room and bathroom. The staff was kind and gentle. The food was actually good and very personalized. If you go try the turkey burger…. Yummy!!! To my surprise when I was released a couple of the upper management team was waiting at the front door clapping and thanking me!!! Very sweet Also special thanks to Kim and her continued help, director of case management and that department. Thanks to all the physical and occupational therapists. Thanks to all the CNAs and RNs and everyone else who made my stay as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic experience: My grandfather suffered a stroke and has a long list of previous medical conditions that are very complex. In the past, We have gone through a lot of medical facilities, rehabs, and hospitals. As we were very biased negatively by past experiences in life, we came in expecting low standards of treatment for him..... But this facility has restored our faith in the ability of medical staff to treat patients with the utmost compasion and care. Absolutely every single medical employee we have encountered has been nothing short of amazing. They throughly care for every single patient and it shows in the way they treat, care, and talk to the patient and also the family members. My family and I would like to recognize the staff members who have taken amazing care of my grandfather and by extention us even with a language barrier as the language my Grandfather and most of my family speaks is spanish. My grandfather has stayed on the 2nd Floor currently with these amazing staff: RN, Grace - Rehab Asst, Lisete - PT, Lesley - OT, Michael - SLP, May - CNA, George - RN Krilleza. Sorry if I mispelled any of your names. And my apologies if I forgot any. This team of medical employees are the best! So experienced and knowledgeable. Every single question we had for them, they took the time to answer until we fully understood. Id highly recommend this facility to anyone needing it! You are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I had a total hip replacement , and went there for 13 days, they Are the Greatest. Staff, PT's wonderful, it's a great place!

Fantastic experience: My mother's case manager Tamika, as well as the entire staff, did a wonderful job helping my mom transition back towards independent living. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism shined through the actions of every staff member. They have my undying gratitude.

Fantastic experience: I've been out of the rehab hospital for a little over a month now. I have to express my gratitude to this facility for my amazing experience. The staff in particular made this traumatic experience so much more bearable. My physical therapist Doug and my occupational therapist Katie spent every opportunity they had to help me improve. They hyper focused on problem areas and I improved almost daily bristles of the motivation and support they provided. They would give me the credit but i can't thank them or the facility enough. Amazing people doing amazing work with a real heart and passion for recovery. Thank you. Special thank you to some of the nursing staff as well, Grace, MK❤️, all the cna's all so attentive and caring.

Fantastic experience: I was unable to move from the neck down, & in 2 months I could function on my own. OT Michelle + PT Shane are commendable professionals. & I'm very grateful for the help I received there

Fantastic experience: Dignity Healthcare provided exceptional professional medical service when my Mother was recovering from an auto accident with very serious injuries. She is 90 percent recovered now and further progressing thanks to their care and commitment. The doctors checked up on her frequently and nurses provided constant care 24 hours a day. Her survival is directly correlated to the quality of the medical team at Dignity Healthcare. The nurse to patient ratio is also the highest in Nevada and the rehabilitation therapy was highly effective. I would like to express my deep appreciation to the entire medical team at Dignity Healthcare for playing a key role in my Mother's recovery and I strongly recommend this facility for any patients who need to utilize the best rehabilitation healthcare facility in Nevada should the need arise. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: They honestly provide really great service. Being in the medical profession we have extreamly high standards and they have taken wonderful care of our grandma. The nursing staff and therapeutic staff are very encouraging and compassionate. The administration has also been very supportive. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility. Exceptionally caring nurses and ancillary staff. Administration is on point with regard to running a highly functional rehabilitation facility understand the needs of patients and families. They really do care about all aspects of patients care and focus on returning someone to prior level of function. The nurses are extremely responsive and are very compassionate. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brand new facility. My elderly relative was here for a couple of weeks. The hospital is clean and the majority of the staff and doctors are wonderful. They do weekly meetings to get everyone on the same page with how your loved one or yourself is doing. The rehab assistants are good. The only exception was Nika or Nikia (not sure how it is spelt). Its very obvious that she only works here for a paycheck, not because she actually cares. She does have some bit of an attitude. She made my relative use a bed pan and then left her in just a t shirt all night, no undies or pants.. Luckily, that was the last time we saw her during our stay. At least put a gown on the patients if you rip their clothes off. All of the occupational and physical therapists were kind, updated us every single day and listened to what we had to say. Dr Gao was mostly pleasant. Sometimes he is short when talking to him because he is busy, but overall no complaints.

Fantastic experience: I am currently being treated here Room 320( well, they will move me to room 208) .... but the entire staff that has been taking care with me it’s amazing!!!! I really thought that it will be painful and a bad experience but ended up the totally opposite. I won’t mention names cuz i don’t remember all of them and I don’t want to leave anyone out but, to the entire staff of the third floor and my OTs and PTs a big thumbs up!!!! Thank you so much for all the care, cheers and encouragement. I certainly have no words to thank you all. God bless you!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is nice and respectful I'm always starting a positive conversation with every staff. They have taken care of me and still are.

Fantastic experience: A friend has been here for a couple of days, the staff as a whole has been friendly and professional. The facility is clean, beautifully designed and decorated helping people feel comfortable. It opened in May of 2019 so it is fairly new, it is just west of St Rose Hospital with beautiful views of the city from the third floor equipment room.

Fantastic experience: My loved one was sent here for rehab. After a tuff battle with Anti-NMDA. He had been at other facilities for “intensive rehab” which they failed. After he got transferred to Dignity Health Rehab Hospital within the first day he was a whole different person! They helped him shower and started right away with all of the Rehab (SPT , OT and PT) in a week and of course with my loved ones effort he was up and going! The rooms are clean and peaceful. Everyone here deserves to be recognized for their amazing staff. Very friendly, professional, sweet and they make you feel like your loved one is safe ! There’s nothing negative to say about this place really! Thank you Stacey and THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
