Fantastic experience: Outstanding when it comes physical therapy services, usually you're referred to this organization by your doctor or surgeon. I have seen the therapist many times before several years ago and can for sure nothing but good things about the people, knowledge and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Ross and BJ gave me professional healing care n great new exercises n stretches for my aging body . I can’t say enough of how well they both massaged the right areas n corrected my maladies . Great job . Also Spencer out front in support services always a bright attitude n willingly to accommodate . Kudus to the rest of the support staff also too many names to list but I’ll remember all your faces . Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Jaco Rehab. I attended seven sessions for a knee issue and had great results. The main thing I liked about Jaco Rehab was that the PT stays with you for the entire session. At other places I've been, the PT spends a few minutes with you before handing you off to a tech who counts reps and corrects form. So I really appreciated that at Jaco, I was with one PT who could track my progress throughout the session. Another great thing is that the PT massages the affected area to loosen it up before you begin the exercises. It's really an excellent massage. Five stars for great service and results.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have used Jaco Rehab and my experience was great! The physio therapist Katie L is top-notch and provided me with the tools to keep my neck pain in check. The exercises and stretching were targeted and effective. Fantastic experience: I love Jaco. I had both hips replaced within 6 months of each other. I had Andrew and Mara as my therapists. They were awesome. Working with them got me back to playing tennis and surfing. The staff is so friendly. I recommend JACO and ask for Andrew and Mara as your therapists.

Fantastic experience: Best PT I have ever been to by far. I had Patrick and Kate and they were some of the nicest and coolest people I have met here. I always looked forward to seeing them during my session. I had great progress with my back and shoulders, and I have left feeling as a much more physically capable dude. Fantastic experience: I had a frozen right shoulder and I went to JACO before and after shoulder surgery (manipulation). All the staff and therapists are really nice, friendly and professional. My mobility improved a lot. I was especially impressed with Andrew's knowledge and treatment. He pushed me to improve, but also paid close attention to my non-verbals to know when he was pushing too hard. His massage before stretches and motivation helped be to finally be able to BANZAI again! Thank you team JACO!

Fantastic experience: I first used Jaco Rehab about 20 years ago. Since then I have seen them over the years for different reasons and all with great outcomes. Recently I went to see Ross who was awesome as he helped me with my tennis elbow problem. In helping me rehab that, he also helped me to see other issues I had which caused the tennis elbow to begin with and how they are all connected. They are truly the best in the business and wouldn't use anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Best experience. This has been my 3rd or 4th time going to JACO for different injuries. Every time has been nothing but excellent. If this wasn't a place to go to for injuries and recovery, I would say I wish I could go every day. PT Mara and PT Peyton were nothing less than amazing and spectacular. Besides their great knowledge in my injury and workouts, they were both extremely friendly and supportive each and every single day. I hope I get to see both of them again one day (hopefully not in an injury capacity). I also want to point out the excellent customer service and professionalism of all employees, especially the front desk receptionists. Receptionist Akaneese (I hope I spelled that right) was always so friendly and wonderful. Thank you very much JACO for always helping me, and especially PT Mara and PT Peyton. Fantastic experience: I've been to Jaco Honolulu a number of times, and they have been nothing short if excellent. The staff is super nice and helpful! This time Katie & Zach worked with me and they were both super nice and gave me excercises that not only pushed me but helped me get stronger quickly! It was nice to have someone who encouraged and pushed you while you worked out. I will miss my sessions with them but that means they did their job well to get me back out there. What I really liked is now I also have more tools to strengthen my areas on my own so that I don't get injured again. Thank you Katie, Zach and Jaco!

Fantastic experience: Much gratitude to Jaco Rehab for helping me recover & resume my usual life! I entered Jaco Rehab with an injury that resulted in a pretty severe & noticeable limp and walked out (after 3 months of therapy) perfectly. A shout out to Maddie H.; she was my primary therapist (although I had other great ones, too). Maddie worked tirelessly to craft and revise a personalized recovery program that was a “just right” fit for me! Maddie’s unwavering dedication to my full recovery was evident in the time, effort & care that she took with me throughout my time at Jaco. I highly recommend Jaco Rehab!

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to JACO rehab, having had a positive experience the first time, my doctor ordered Physical therapy through JACO again. My amazing team of Physical Therapy heroes: Nelson, Maddie and BJ were all terrific and just so awesome to work with. They all knew their stuff and it was enlightening to learn just how my injuries occurred in the first place and vital that I learned techniques to prevent and relieve the pain. Nelson my primary physical therapist is the best! He showed me multiple exercises and stretches that helped to alleviate the pain and taught me to rearrange my work desk to help make it much more ergonomically friendly which made sense as I spend most of my time at work. While going through the stretches and exercises, I’m all the wiser- since he is basically a walking medical Wikipedia. LOL. Seriously, his people skills is on par, kind, caring, easiest person to talk to, your session will fly on by, so adept at all aspects of healing. I was very lucky to have been a patient. Maddie-she’s strong! Manual therapy aka massage she attacked the knots in my body like a boss! She showed me to use a ball to massage out the knots and my dog’s leash to align my arm out. The therapists show you that you can use everyday household items to work out your therapy-don’t need to spend money. BJ is awesome, another kind soul, he helped me to correct my incorrect maneuvers. While showing me the techniques and exercises, he understands I’m a visual person and as he gets how I learn things, I could understand his directions perfectly! They all are so awesome, I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated their care!

Fantastic experience: As I slowly age like a fine bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 and work like as if it's the only thing there is to do on earth. My body aches and get slightly injured. My first time at JACO, Danny and Samantha were a terrific duo with my lower disc issue. Excercises and getting to know my limits with work was an extreme benefit that I learned. This time around ,Mara was ever so patient with me and my new issue, that i now call "44" (my age). It was a Rollercoaster of an issue, was good and then bad and good again. Again..learned some new stretches and Mara ,along with her knowledge and skill, was a great pleasure to be around and at least get a laugh or two in. I don't plan on injuring myself any time soon..but if I do..this is the place. Mara ,Danny and Sam are the best in the biz. Cheers

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Jaco Rehab. Both of my PTs were very attentive and knowledgeable. They were able to make adjustments for my particular physical needs. I improved greatly by doing all the exercises they gave me and am very grateful my doctor recommended them!

Fantastic experience: I was very much improved after having PT at Jaco honolulu after my knee surgery. Joey and BJ were my therapists. It was a pleasure working with them. Also appreciated the seeing the. Boss, Jaco. He takes a real interest in the clients. So thanks to this PT clinic. This was my third therapy course there. I’m a return customer. I have been satisfied enough to keep returning for my PT.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer and Joey took amazing care of me and my shoulder. From the beginning of my program till the last appointment they remained attentive and so incredibly helpful when working on exercises and providing feedback. My shoulder is far more stronger and they assisted with overall stability for my upper body. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help in my recovery. Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy I have ever experienced. My right shoulder was rebuilt and the physical therapy provided immediately following my surgery got me back to 100% very quickly. The staff focused treatment not only on range of motion, and strengthening, but also really supported my mental health as well. Very caring people at JACO.

Fantastic experience: I came to Jaco Rehab for treatment of frozen shoulders. I received PT treatments from Rachel Montenegro and Melanie Bean. They both provided excellent treatments and each session was a joy. Great discussions and conversations during each session. Thanks to them I have regained mobility in both shoulders and am now virtually pain free. I am now armed with a kit of stretching and strengthening exercises to maintain the health of my shoulders. I highly recommend Jaco Rehab, and particularly Rachel and Melanie. Aloha.

Fantastic experience: Went to JACO rehab following surgery for a torn labrum in my shoulder. Experience was great, enjoyed the combination of manual manipulation with prescribed exercises. My therapist Maddie was awesome, really appreciated the attention to detail and she was always able to solve any confusion or issues I was having with any exercises. My time in each session was so valuable, because rather than just watch me do stuff I could be doing at home, the time was spent showing me new techniques, discussing how to fine tune my exercises, and tailoring my therapy towards my individual goals. Best experience I’ve had with physical therapy so far.

Fantastic experience: Great place to recover! I had partial frozen shoulder, bone spurs and small muscle tear. Both physical therapists - Madison and Melanie were so patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable about what exercises to have me do. My shoulder is great now and if I ever get injured again (we’ll, more like “when”) I’ll definitely go back to JACO! Thanks Madison and Melanie!

Fantastic experience: I had a minor hip pain and tightness of my leg. I took a x-ray and I had a minor arthritis. My doctor recommended physical therapy at Jaco. I received very good care. It was really helpful. I feel a lot better now. I highly recommended BJ, he was excellent.Thank you!

I liked it that they gave me pictures of the various exercises they did with me so I wouldn’t forget and I’m more of a visual person so that helped tremendously. Fantastic experience: I had a frozen right shoulder and I just completed twelve sessions. Now I can move my arm freely without any pain. Thank you for all the therapists who helped me to get in shape. Connor, Shanon, Melanie and Ross, they are all excellent therapists. In the last 10 years I had three different orthopedic problems and each time Jaco Rehab (Honolulu) therapists did superb job to restore my physical conditions. Also thank you for the friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: I injured myself while bodyboarding, pulling a back muscle causing pain that prevented a good night’s sleep. Working with Sierra D. not only helped relieve the pain and tightness in my back and neck, but also equipped me with stretching and strengthening exercises to maintain my posture and prevent future possible injury to this area. Sierra D. is a competent Physical Therapist who also has great people skills with a patient. She is a coach that challenged me while also being a empathetic, compassionate cheerleader employing encouraging comments as I did my therapy and exercises. The JACO Waikele clinic in the Waikele Center is in a good location for me as a resident of Waipahu, and also easily accessible from the H-1 Freeway. It has ample free parking. The staff was very welcoming to me and others who are experiencing various types of physical pain. I am glad to have been referred to JACO Waikele and to work with Sierra D. towards my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Super satisfied with the results from Jaco rehab. I came to them hoping to avoid shoulder surgery but ended up having to go through with it per a specialist recommendation. My first visit included an initial assessment and some light assessment work. Afterwards Maddie Hayes (my PT) put together a plan for my rehab. Throughout my visits she would always explained, write down and demonstrate the exercises for me while also ensuring I did not aggravate my injury. Because of her professional and friendly demeanor, along with her knowledge and willingness to work an individual-based plan for me, I steadily progressed with each visit. I was able to progress nicely and regained strength and close to full function. Because of my visits with Doc Maddie, I am able to do everyday tasks without the pain I previously had. Thank you Maddie for all your help and support! Thank you also to the fantastic office crew for always scheduling and sending reminders for my appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have been referred to Jaco for 4 different problems and was successfully treated each time. The last 3 times I worked with Ross Lum who is very professional, exceptionally skilled, and a genuinely nice person to work with. While I hope never to have to use Jaco's services again, I am comfortable knowing that I can get the help needed to fully recover if the situation arises.

Fantastic experience: This place was exactly what I needed! I had two years of back pain due to an abdominal surgery. I just never figured out why my back was hurting when my surgery was on my abdomen. I tried a chiropractor, but got minimal results. I was feeling very discouraged until my doctor mentioned physical therapy. She had to mention it to me twice before I finally went, but it was such a smart decision!! Ross was my therapist for my first visit. He assessed my pain and range of movement through questions and various physical tests. He was very informative about how our muscles react to trauma. I knew that night that there was some hope for me. My remaining visits were with Jennifer. That first day, she totally blew me away with her abilities. She was able to piece together why and where I’ve been having pain and muscle dysfunction. She explained it all to me in a way that made sense. Finally! She was super attentive and personable as well. Over the next few visits, we worked on exercises that would help build and stabilize my core so that my back would feel more supported. She also massaged my trouble areas at the beginning of each visit. She is a super star! Even though I only saw Ross once, he made sure to say hello when he saw me and to ask how I was doing. It felt really nice for my pain to be acknowledged by these great professionals. Even the receptionists were extremely easy to work with. If I wasn’t moving this month, I would have continued my sessions with them. Thank you JACO! Aloha.

Fantastic experience: My second time needing PT (2 different issues) and improving quickly both times at JACO thanks to the targeted exercises I learn to strengthen and stabilize muscle groups I didn't know were there! Maddy was great to work with, patiently explaining proper form and how one thing affects another. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It has been such an amazing experience to have a talented Physical Therapist like Madie Hayes. She was very patient with me, and was diligent enough to explain in detail the different therapies and exercises that I can do at home. I will miss the weekly sessions I had with her. She taught me how to nurse my shoulder back to health, and for this I'm sincerely grateful to her.

Fantastic experience: I attended the JACO Kapolei facility and had the pleasure of working with Marco, Nicole, & Becca as my therapists during my PT appts. They assisted me in regaining my range of motion, rehabilitation, muscle strength, flexibility & prevention of the injury happening again. They were all professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable ! Everyone at JACO Kapolei, from the front desk to the phone operators were friendly & efficient! I would highly recommend using JACO rehab Kapolei for any Physical Therapy needs and definitely ask for Marco, Nicole, or Rebecca (Becca)!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have been to JACO, the first time a few years ago and the quality of their services is still excellent. That time was for bursitis in my knee. This time I had frozen shoulder, which was no fun. Ross was my PT and was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. (By the way, I came to JACO during the COVID pandemic and the staff handled safety and sanitation smoothly and without incident.) Hopefully I won't need physical therapy can again but if I do, I'd come back to JACO.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery last October and started going to JACO twice a week for 5 months. My PT's were Peter and Kelsee and if it wasn't for them I feel I would of been pretty depressed. They both brought me back to full recovery but also made every visit enjoyable. I looked forward to seeing them both every week. Now that I have completed my therapy I truly miss going. Their level of PT experience and their thoughtfulness is something I will always cherish. JACO facility is the best, even the front desk people are always very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend JACO and ask for Peter and Kelsee :)

Fantastic experience: I believe the Jaco rehab facilities are the best out patient rehabs in Hawaii. His therapists are top of the line, experienced, well educated and I believe they love working for him. I have met Jaco and his wife who are obviously therapists themselves. They own several facilities but still take direct personal interest in clients. In my case Jaco himself answered some of my questions about pending knee replacement, and when I went to Dr. Office just prior to starting my post surgery PT Jaco came upstairs to my Dr. Office (Orthopedic Associates Dr. Morimoto) and was there for my exam and then arranged for my immediate assessment at the facility in the same building so I could start my therapy ASAP. He has also stayed informed about my progress and though I adore my direct therapist it feels great to know the boss is also keeping an eye out. As out patient facilities go I think they are even better that Rehab of the Pacific. If Jaco ever opened a rehab facility it would be the best in town.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend JACO Rehab! My therapist Ross did wonders to my knee and gave me enough great tools and resources to keep it mostly pain-free. The facility has tons of exercise props, is sparkling clean, the entire staff was nice, and their extended hours make scheduling appointments easy. Mahalo!

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapist: Rachel Montenegro I went in for post-knee surgery physical therapy but I also have a lower back problem, so Rachel created an exercise program that suited me, we adjusted it throughout my visits, and we even worked on my back, too! Furthermore, during my sessions, Rachel educated me on what is going in with the muscles/joints/ligaments/etc in my body and made sure that I did my exercises with the right form (ie activating the right muscles that are weak), which makes a difference. She's knowledgeable and good at what she does! JACO: At JACO, you'll get assigned a physical therapist from their team for your initial evaluation, then beyond that, they have you schedule appointments at the front desk with either that same physical therapist and/or others depending on your scheduling needs and the individual schedules of the physical therapists. You'll probably have 2 or so physical therapists that see you due to the volume of people coming through their facility. Personally, my other physical therapist was Leandi Venter. I only saw Leandi for two sessions, but Leandi was good as well! I just didn't get to interact with her as much as my main physical therapist. Overall, I'd say the overall culture at JACO is excellent. One heads up, the front desk didn't handle copays nor seems to get any updates/information about what went on between JACO and insurance. You have to call their billing department. Also, their bills for copays are billed in bulk - I'm yet to get my bill for all my copays which are supposed to come in the mail at some point. Whatever the case, JACO seems trustworthy and on your side. The lady I talked to in the billing department was nice and informative. Great place overall!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many physical therapy locations and they are the only people I trust that can actually help get you better. They don’t just stick you in a room and say do your exercises like a lot of them do. They work with you and they make sure you understand your body and how you need to build up certain areas to help overcome whatever issue you have. I most recently had spinal fusion and that is something that takes a long time to heal but with the help of my therapist we are progressing at a rate better than expected but not overdoing it. They have given me hope that I will get better. I can see the changes already even after only a few visits. And this is not the first time I have used them. That is why I keep coming back to this place.
