Hawaii Pelvic Therapy

Fantastic experience: Deb is the best. I recommend her to all of my clients. She was my pelvic physical therapist for my surrogacy in 2018. I went to her at 16 weeks just to establish care and make sure I had her advice for pregnancy and birth. Prevention is better! Then of course I went to her after birth to make sure I was on the right path with recovery. Peeing in your pants is common, but not normal! I’ve never peed my pants and I can still (after 4 pregnancies) jump on the trampoline with my girls. Go see her, ladies!

Fantastic experience: As a first time mom, I wanted to learn more about preparing for birth and strengthening my pelvic floor. My OB referred me over to Dr. Deborah and Dr. Ali and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. They are AMAZING physical therapists! Their new office is on the second floor of the Kukui Plaza and is super clean and comfortable. They even have their own private restroom which was super convenient in my third trimester. I learned how to isolate and strengthen my individual pelvic floor muscles in seven private sessions. Each week, they gave me “homework” to practice at home and would build on the exercises. Furthermore, they taught me the best labor positions and breathing exercises for birth. When the big day arrived, I felt comfortable and ready for the action. My L/D nurse and OB coached me to “push by holding my breath” but I remembered Dr. Deb’s and Dr. Ali’s training of “inhale by filling your belly and exhale to push downwards/bear down”. Thus, each push was “progressive” and helped hasten the process, resulting in a transition phase of only 20 minutes! I firmly credit Hawaii Pelvic Therapy for equipping me with the strength and knowledge for my first birth! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Deb Weber is a miracle worker! I am so glad I was referred to her by a friend. I had abdominal surgery due to a hysterectomy complication and she helped give me hope for a pain free healthy sex life and healthy pelvis! I had major nerve pain and scar tissue along with some vaginal scarring and pain. After a couple months of therapy with Deb I am a new woman and I am so grateful for her expertise and amazing care. Fantastic experience: Deb is a miracle worker. I severely damaged my tailbone during childbirth and had gone to several other PTs and they did not offer me any relief. After one appointment with Deb, I felt better and after just 4 appointments I felt 90% back to normal which was unbelievable! She is so knowledgeable, really cares about her patients wellbeing and is easy to talk to.
