The delivery of physical therapy services has changed dramatically over the past decade. Too many clinics are now sacrificing quality of care in favor of increased productivity. Treatment is routinely delegated to unqualified support staff, and patients are often juggled between multiple therapists. Unfortunately, these substandard practices often result in poor treatment outcomes, which prevent the patient from reaching their goal of returning to their normal life without pain or other limitations.

Concerned by the declining practice standards, we decided it was time to make a change. We opened Choice PT with a mission to do things differently. We operate on the simple principle of putting patient care above profits.

What does this mean for you? To begin, every aspect of your care will be handled by an experienced, licensed physical therapist who is truly invested in your care. In addition, you will be treated by the same therapist at every visit, which is essential to achieving optimal treatment outcomes. Finally, we will not allow your insurance to dictate your care. You will receive the care you deserve regardless of your insurance benefits.

We sincerely feel our high treatment standards are necessary to achieve the results you deserve. At Choice PT, we do not double book or overlap appointments. This means your therapist will not be juggling multiple patients during your treatment session. This allows your therapist to focus solely on your needs, while providing the hands-on treatment necessary to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

You will also be seen by the same therapist throughout your entire course of treatment. This is critical since continuity of care is proven to result in improved treatment outcomes and reduced number of treatment visits.

Choice Physical Therapy is a private practice consisting of independent physical therapists who share a common goal of providing the personalized, quality care that has been lost in today's healthcare system. Each therapist has extensive experience in outpatient rehabilitation, with the clinical knowledge and treatment skills necessary to accurately diagnose and effectively treat your injury or condition.

As independent practitioners with no affiliation to other healthcare providers or organizations, the therapists at Choice PT have no guaranteed referral sources. Their success lies solely in their ability to consistently deliver exceptional results by providing unparalleled patient care. In other words, the success of our therapists - and our practice - depends on your success as a patient.

In today's world of corporate medicine, profitability is often valued over patient care. In fact, in the corporate model, productivity requirements and insurance benefits often dictate a patient's care. This has many adverse affects on treatment outcomes, often preventing the patient from achieving their goals.

This WILL NOT be the case at Choice PT. Instead, we schedule patients for 45 minute one-on-one treatment sessions, ensuring your therapist will have the time necessary to accurately diagnose and effectively treat your injury or condition. In addition, our therapists treat hands-on, meaning you will not simply be given an exercise program. Instead, your therapist will provide the manual therapy that is often critical in alleviating pain and restoring function.

Fantastic experience: I had severe pain in both forearms for 11 months and visited three different doctors to find out what was wrong. I was tested for every disease and ailment there is. No one could give me any answeres or relief. I was preparing to go to The Mayo Clinic when I decided To give physical therapy another try. I visited Jeremy Kruger with Choice PT. What a great decision. He correctly diagnosed me with chronic lateral and medial Epicondylitis in both arms. His treatment and program got my life back. So thankful to Jeremy and the staff at Choice PT.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome! Staff is friendly, helpful and patient centered. BEST PTs in Lexington, hands down. PTs work individually either patients, not taking multiple patients at a time! Where else can you find that!? Literally worked magic on my problem areas!

Fantastic experience: Elaine Wilkinson- by far the best physical therapist I have ever had to help me with herniated disk & degenerative neck. Jeremy takes no short cuts and doesn’t expect you to do all of the work- he is hands on and makes it clear from the start that he can help you and he did just that! I have been in pain for over 5 years and been to 3 others- no one else even comes close! I am pain free thanks to Jeremy Krueger!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany is a wonderful therapist. When doctors didn't think my daughter would ever walk again, Tiffany was willing to put in the full effort needed to help my daughter walk. It took a lot of hard work on both of their parts, but my daughter CAN walk again! A few years later, when my daughter needed further therapy, we knew Tiffany was the only therapist for us. The hour drive to see her is WORTH it! There are many physical therapists to choose from, but there is only one Choice for us! Choice Physical Therapy is the BEST!

Fantastic experience: After getting a prescription for physical therapy, I chose Choice PT primarily because their office was opened after 5 PM, which best fit with my work schedule (my biggest concern), accepted my insurance and because they had good reviews. I am so thrilled that I made the decision to seek treatment there. Grace Miller, PT, DPT, has been my therapist and she's been phenomenal! I was initially injured in 2016, and the two doctors I had seen regarding my back pain did not give me a firm diagnosis and didn't really examine me past looking at x-rays and didn't really ask me about all of my symptoms. Grace was the first professional I've seen for my back pain issue to really listen to me and to do a thorough exam and gave me a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan. It was such a relief to have someone really take my pain seriously and give me a real diagnosis and treatment plan. She's been great to work with in the past couple of weeks into my treatment, and is very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I completely trust her and have improved greatly under her care. What I also like about Choice PT is that you see your same therapist every session, so you get personal care and attention, and someone who is an expert not only in their profession. but someone who learns and knows your case history. Their office staff are very cheerful and accommodating, and the office itself is a cheerful place to be in. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: We were first referred to Choice PT by my daughter's pediatrician. Tiffany and her husband, Jeremy are the therapists and owners and they helped my daughter very much! She had one shoulder much higher than the other and we had even seen a chiropractor and he just said some people are just built that way. Thankfully I mentioned this to her pediatrician and she sent me to PT Choice right away. I have had PT before for a lower back issue and sciatica pain and was NOT impressed , but that was at a large company where I never saw the same therapist each visit. I mentioned the issues I was STILL having after many visits and a fortune at the other place to Tiffany. I was hesitant to try again, but she made me feel like she could really help and she has!! I am already better than I was after only a couple of weeks! I am VERY hopeful that she will be able to get me running again! It's refreshing to work with one person and have consistent, real help! I highly recommend them!!!
