The girls were very upbeat, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and always concerned with my comfort and pain level. They took the time to teach me the why and how to do my exercises!!! 4+☆

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They researched good shoes to help with my walking/balance issues. They helped when my insurance company wanted to stop PT. They are very supportive and work with you. Everyone in the office is very nice.

Fantastic experience: I got some PT here on my doctor's recommendation. I was not expecting much, to tell the truth, but I was feeling better after just a few days of the recommended exercises and the therapy providers at LOPT Pine Lake were unfailingly knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience, and my arm is feeling 100% better.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen for several months at the Pine Lake location. Everybody there was so kind and patient, and made sure she understood what she needed to do. The office staff was phenomenal. We had to deal with insurance issues, and they were very helpful and patient dealing with a stressful issue. If my daughter, or myself for that matter, ever need physical therapy in the future, we will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: It is too bad that Google limits Stars to 5 as I would give them all a 10! My wife and I discovered what a phenomenal place Lincoln Orthopedic Physical Therapy (LOPT) is following a season ending pickle-ball injury. Upon rupturing my Achilles, I was referred to LOPT by my orthopedic surgeon and I began a regimen of rehabilitative exercise under the expert guidance of Laura Freeman, PT, DPT. The surgeon told me to expect a minimum of 6 month to a year for my recovery and then wrote an order for me to begin physical therapy. I am happy to report that in the span of about 6 months Laura and the staff at LOPT got me back on my feet. I have just about returned to my former self of walking, golfing, grand kids and travel. With that said, I cannot tell you how happy I was to graduate from PT last week and I know I couldn’t have done it without the expertise of the professionals with the friendly faces at LOPT. Thank you ladies one and all, I am forever in your debt.

Fantastic experience: I would high recommend LOPT, especially at this location. I've had to use PT quite a few times and this was by far my best experience. The people here really care about you and your outcome. The work they did with me coupled with the work they gave me to at home helped me fully recover.

Fantastic experience: This pt office is amazing. They provide an integrated approach to match your personal needs. My son's back is so much better and he enjoys physical therapy because it makes him feel better. That's a win. They have also improved my back and I love needling. I encourage everyone to use this location because the people are so nice and so successful treating clients.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Sharee Petersen and the team at Pine Lake LOPT! I fractured a bone in my shoulder that didn't require surgery, but needed a good rehab program. Sharee was my primary PT. If I could give her and others who stepped in for coverage more than 5 stars I would (Sarah Brown, etc.). Among other things, Sharee is a fantastic listener. In addition to my shoulder injury I have an underlying condition (rheumatoid arthritis), so she developed a very personalized program that delivered results...getting my shoulder back to better than it was pre-injury. Thank you Pine Lake LOPT!

One on one with my therapist, so unique and personalized. I have been to other PT places and this is by far the most beneficial therapy I have ever had for my knee and back problems. Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing! Absolutely loved working with Laura through the first half of my therapy care. Then moved to Omaha and have been using Athletico, huge difference in quality of care and knowledge of the therapist. I highly recommend LOPT and am considering making the drive to finish out my therapy.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care at the Northeast LOPT following a break, dislocation and torn ligaments in my ankle earlier this year. I worked with John Linn and Adrian Brandt for 12 weeks. Both provided outstanding goal-based care, transitioning me from a walker to a cane and I couldn't be more pleased with my outcome. You exceeded my expectations - thank you for all you did!

Fantastic experience: The PTs at the Pine Lake location have challenged me to build strength and flexibility to cope with my issues. They gave me a set of exercises to continue to work at home. I appreciated their expertise and their sense of humor as they "wore me out" (in a good way) in the variety of exercises. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharee Petersen is seriously the best physical therapist. I have not been able to run more than a mile in about 10 years because of my compartment syndrome in my calves. Through a few sessions with her containing dry needling and other exercises we are able to manage my symptoms. I've now done two adventure races and have felt better than ever. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Everybody at this location is amazing. They were there when I needed them after my shoulder surgery. The therapists I worked with; Kim, Sarah and Bryce are so personable, caring and dedicated in what they do. My recovery was all I could have hoped for. Fantastic experience: My experience at this LOPT location was very positive. I primarily saw Kim Knopik for my frozen shoulder. She was able to show me with books and models the exact nature of my problem, and that helped me understand the reasoning for the stretches and exercises that she gave me. She took measurements of my progress over the weeks as I worked through the prescribed stretches and exercises. I made very good progress and have completed therapy. All of the assistants and staff here were helpful as well. Thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience: They were great! I went in with pain that I though was from an injury. They helped me figure out that the pain was from my anatomy and worked on ways to reduce the pain.The staff knew me by name and were so welcoming and nice! I will definitely continue to go here

Fantastic experience: My experience at Lincoln Orthopedic Physical Therapy was great! I received treatment from Kim Knopik and team after double knee replacement surgery. Everyone there is very personable, while at the same time focused on helping you get better. They had me up and walking without assistance two weeks after my surgery. Fantastic experience: PINE Lake location is asume,the 3 people that worked with me were Megan,Josh and Bryce .Bryce was the PT aid floater as I call him.I had a total knee 6 weeks ago my out come has been great and I say that because of these wonderful people at LOPT. They have other worker there too but they worked with other people but mind you when you met a big goal they all pitched in and noticed . Everyone was kind and did there job to perfection and we also had alot of fun.Bryce is the sweetest young man always so helpful in any way he could and always had a minute to visit with you and was always there to listen.Megan is the leader and is so great at it.kind sweet and always making sure you meet your goal and you are set up at home with exercises and what ever you need .Josh was my other therapist went Megan was busy and he is the neatest man.kind always concerned about how I was doing .always making sure my questions were answered every day I saw him.loved talking sports .was always willing to give me a great workout and there to cheer me on. I can't say enough about this great group of professionals I would recommend them as your therapy spot if need be. I won't hesitate to go back there for any future needs.thank you all so much.I hope you all realize what a difference you make in people's lives every day.Bryce good luck in school you will be a great therapist . Fantastic experience: I came here in February struggling to walk after fracturing my knee in October, I really could not see the light at the end of the tunnel, I'm not even sure if I could find the tunnel! The experts here found the tunnel and the light at the end of the tunnel! Each small accomplishment seemed like an enormous accomplishment! I set my goals and have reached most of them so far. Kim, I will be sending you a picture from the mountains in August. I am truly thankful that this is where I decided to go for PT, the staff is Awesome!!! Thank you to each and e eryone who worked with me. I am beginning to feel like me again!

Fantastic experience: The staff was always incredibly nice and always easy to work with. Mallory took over my ACL rehabilitation and helped me physically and psychologically be more prepared for return to sport.

Fantastic experience: Went here with a problematic shoulder which had been bothering me for over a year. After a few weeks of therapy, I am almost back to full use. Great results and a very convenient location. Mallory was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Super place to get fixed up! Jan at the front office is friendly and keeps you on track with texts as to when your next appointment is and all of the therapists are wonderful, always friendly and a smile on their face! Mallory was the one assigned to me but others would help also and I just can’t say enough about the wonderful care you get. You do look forward to your next visit and would like to stay longer than you should but they (and you) know that you need to move on once they put you back together! I came in after recovering from a fractured ankle and Mallory got me back on the road to walking without the limp that I had after 2 weeks of a cast and then 4 weeks in a boot! It too bad that there are only 5 stars to rate…I would like to mark more! Super job! Thank you to all of the staff!

Fantastic experience: Kim and Dawn are both extremely knowledgeable about physical therapy, but more importantly, they are very caring. They are encouraging and always positive. The entire staff, including Jan in the office and all the PT techs, is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using the Pine Lake location.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great therapy services! After experiencing difficulties with recovery after a surgery for compartment syndrome in both lower legs, I was prescribed physical therapy with Lincoln Orthopedic and felt relief after my first visit. My therapist is great about explaining to me what is going on and why I am still experiencing pain, and how we are going to fix the problem. My sessions are going great so far and I look forward to every visit!

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL about 2 and half months ago and the road to recovery at LOPT - Pine Lake has been nothing short of great. The employees are so helpful and all are very understanding when it comes to these injuries. My PT is Mallory Armstrong and she has helped me progress so much in such a short amount of time. I'm pretty sure this is all due to her. You feel at home when you walk in to LOPT - Pine Lake and that is why I will continue my rehab as much as possible with them. I encourage anyone who has had an injury to check these guys out. All the other PT's are helpful and so is the Tech. He always has a smile on his face and loves to be there helping out people. Top notch in my book! One last thing, Jan who is the first person you see every time you walk in is so amazing and helpful. Cannot count her out.

Fantastic experience: I was having numbing pain down my left leg and pain in my hind quarters. It was fun to say that work was "giving me a pain in my butt", however, I did need to get rid of the pain. Mallory Armstrong is my PT and she has been amazing! It's only been two months and my pain has gone from about an 8 (on a scale of 1 to 10) to a 1.5. Most days I hardly need to take an ibuprofen. I work retail and am on my feet on concrete surfaces for 8 hours a day. Mallory taught me wonderful strengthening and stretching exercises to do during the week that has helped me. Kaden has been super helpful and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It's great to be greeted my name when I come in the door. Way to turn lemons (back pain) into lemonade LOPT!

Fantastic experience: Mallory did an excellent job of evaluating my motion limitations on my right foot and then designing a therapy regiment to get me back to normal. Very friendly, encouraging and helpful throughout the therapy visits--Job well done!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder surgery in June of 2016 which involved my rotator, bicep tendon, and some other things that the surgeon thought would be best for me. The surgeon is finicky about who he will let do physical therapy on his patients and out of all the Physical Therapy locations here in Lincoln, LOPT was who he would let me go to. Kim, Dawn, Mallory, Caden, Kristi, Jan go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, and do their best to make sure that all you need to worry about is getting better with your injury. Very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and understanding of all issues related to whatever your injury may be. I would without a doubt recommend staff on Pine Lake to anyone looking for a physical therapist. I am now completed with my shoulder therapy and I have completely recovered from my injury. If my surgeon, who is top notch, was picky enough to only allow me to see their staff, that is the biggest compliment one could make regardless of anything I could say. Trust in them for your therapy needs, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted by Jan and she always wants to check on how you are doing. The PT techs are always fantastic! The physical therapists Kim and Mallory will take excellent care of you and will always make sure you get the personal care you deserve. Just a wonderful place to get care and I look forward to every visit. I have been in two car accidents within the past year and the level of care is the reason I came back the second time. I would give 10 stars if it was available!
