Fantastic experience: I had hip and leg problems. Brett putt me thru some different stretching exercises at his office for a couple days and gave me the info to do the same exercises at home and in a little over a week I was without any pain. Now I do these exercises on a regular basis at home and doing great. Thanks Brett.

Fantastic experience: Went in for lower back issues. Brett performed the initial assessment and then he put me to work. Over the course of about 6 weeks he pushed me a more and more each visit. He gave me a variety of exercises and stretches I can use at home or work. He always did a good job of explaining why we were doing a certain exercise or stretch. We even did a video of me jumping to show my poor technique and how it could be part of how I ended up in pain to begin with. The change in my flexibility and reduction of pain to a minimal level have really made me excited. As a small bonus, I think I gained about 3"-4" in my vertical! Now it's on me to use the things he taught me to make sure I don't need to go back!

Fantastic experience: I went to Peak Physical Therapy to help strengthen my elbow so I could avoid Golfer's Elbow, which had plagued me in late 2017, and Brett Armstrong was exceptionally helpful in giving me exercises to stretch and strengthen the appropriate muscles, and I've been able to play golf pain-free after a month of rehab. He also analyzed the other muscles affecting my golf swing and gave me some easy exercises to improve my strength and flexibility, since I had more flexibility and strength on one side of my body than the other--something I would have never realized had I not visited with Brett. I'll go there before each golf season from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my experience at Peak Physical Therapy. I had been experiencing lower back pain for quite some time. I had tried different treatment and chiropractic care, but nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. After a few visits at Peak I was given specific stretches, exercises, and instructions for treating the pain I was having, and feel better now than I have in years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I owe everything to the amazing team at Peak Physical Therapy. After my third umbilical hernia repair I was down, unsure if I would ever reach my goals. But they coordinated a perfect fitness plan for me that let me work completely at my own pace and strengthen my core with out injuring myself again. I've made so much progress because of their support and perseverance. They pushed me in the best possible way and I'm thankful. Today was my last appointment and I leave confident that I will be reaching my goals in the future. I highly recommend them!
