Fantastic experience: Lancaster Rehabilitation is an outstanding facility. From the receptionist to the social worker to the caretakers and all other staff that are part of the Team, they are caring professionals taking the extra steps to be sure all the residents needs are taken care of quickly. As a family member, you can always count on quick responses and know your loved one is getting the best care. During the Covid-19, Lancaster Rehabilitation kept families informed by updates on a regular basis. That was so important since we were not able to visit in person.

Fantastic experience: In to visit with Social workers and they are all so kind and inviting. Facility is always clean and staff greets you when going down hall.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with the staff at Lancaster rehabilitation. They know their patients and seem sincerely interested in their lives. The residents appear to feel at home and I know when I call about my husband they are very responsive and express care for his situation. It helps ease the separation to know he is safe and thriving. We hope to bring him home in a few months.

Fantastic experience: I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful at all times. I have watched them help those who needed it at lunch time. The resident didn’t have to ask for it. They just knew what was needed and did it .Generally the nurses and staff knew what was needed in advance. They were courteous and took time to be sure everyone’s needs were attended to.

Fantastic experience: We just had a fabulous art class there with Urban Legends Art from Lincoln. All the class clients had fun, visiting and sharing ideas. Activities help their souls shine and smile! Good job Molly booking this!

Fantastic experience: Placed my wife here couple weeks ago and she seems to like it very well. She was here for three months last year and when the time came to readmit her permanently this is the place she chose. You can tell the friendliness of the place the moment you walk in the front door.. the staff takes their responsibilities seriously.

Fantastic experience: I love my job. I love the beautiful building and am proud to come to work every day. My job is challenging and rewarding, it's a huge building so there are many employees. I like almost everyone I work with. Management works hard to reward hard work and extra efforts. Attitudes and outlooks are becoming more positive. The work is hard and teaches you a lot. The facility runs 24/7, has 5 units, 2 floors, and many departments so there are plenty of days to pick up hours and plenty of positions to move around to if you aren't happy where you're at. The company and management likes to keep the valuable employees for upwards of 25 years in some cases, so you have job security if you come to work consistently, do your job to your best ability and strive to grow and learn. Work life balance is difficult because when you love where you work you have a hard time staying away for long. Bonus' for shift pickups helps employees make quick money added to their paychecks. Most enjoyable part of my job is the residents and the culture. A good balance hard work and down time.

Fantastic experience: My mother has been at Lancaster Rehabilitation for a week. During this time I have not heard a cross word from staff. They have been very helpful and kind. During the care team meeting, they were all very informative and listened to what mom and family members had to say. She really likes the food and loves the whirlpool bath. I am pleased with her care.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed visiting family here. Went at Lunch and the food looked good. The staff serving was very friendly and quick with service. Helped family member back to room; which was large and and comfortable. Ck in and out was easy and fast. Would recommend to anyone who needs rehab.

Fantastic experience: My grandmother was the first loved one that I loved who was a resident at Lancaster Manor and that was years and years and years ago. It was a loving place then and still is today. In the past two years we have had one former high school friend and one sister who have been able to enjoy the gentle loving care that all residents receive at Lancaster Manor

Fantastic experience: Crystal was awesome during my interview. She was very informative about what they were looking for and their procedure's. She also seemed very interested in not only my experience with past jobs but with my ethics and the type of person I am. Seems like a good company to work for and I'm hoping they consider my application

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Lancaster Rehab center. When arriving I had to sign in and give information about myself. In my own mind I was thinking what a great way to insure the safety of the residents! The staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. This place is very clean and no odors anywhere. The hallways are bright and cheerful as are the rooms. The person I visited said the food is great and that she has gained weight since being there. I would recommend Lancaster Rehab center very highly!

Fantastic experience: You take very good care of my Dad and we sure appreciate it! The staff is friendly and helpful and my Dad is very comfortable here. The amenities are great and we sure appreciate the snack bar! It is nice to have when we visit or when Dad wants something different to drink or eat.

Fantastic experience: The front desk woman was barraged by visitors, phone calls, requests, and a resident gentleman in a wheelchair who was quite a handful, but she was kind and attentive to all. They place unvaccinated residents in a separate room for visits and have a sign in and out Covid protocol in place. It is a tenuous open period.
