Fantastic experience: I had already seen 2 MDs before I was referred to California Rehabilitation. I was giving up on ever resuming my normal active lifestyle. Dr. Karlyn was the first to hold out hope. She really listens. After only six weeks of therapy I’m out of my ACL brace and walking and sleeping with minimal pain. This is a no frills facility, with really knowledgeable therapists and kind staff. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am getting physical therapy to build strength and mobility of my left hip/leg. Most of my challenges are not only physical, but neurological as well. I was assigned Taney, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. She has been able to give me exercises that have already helped me. I appreciate everything she has done for me and look forward to continuing my sessions with her.

Fantastic experience: I have been going fo PT for @ least last 6 yrs to different places. For sure this center by far is the best, most caring, caring and super friendly place I have seen. Fantastic experience: I was referred here while recovering from a trimalleolar ankle fracture. I worked with Tori who is amazing. I am back to doing all of my daily activities, and I couldn't have done it without her. She is very knowledgeable and made the sessions fun. I also had a session with Scott and he's fantastic too. I highly recommend this place! But I hope to never have to go back! :)

I have made great progress from my shoulder replacement surgery thanks to Scott. I actually look forward to every visit. Scott is enthusiastic professional and extremely knowledgeable!! Fantastic experience: At the tender age of 71, I have visited my fair share of re-hab facilities. I hope I don't have to visit too many more times, but if I do, I found a "home". My experience and possibly a little too active life style has landed me in everything from personal "re-habbers" to the inattentive "cattle re-habbers" (ding-ding-ding...next station please...YUCK). So when I wandered into Dr. Scott's facility, I was...hmmm, a teeny-tiny skeptical. Well, I went from skeptical to relaxed in about 2 minutes. First, I was ushered into a private room, one of two, and given an education of what I needed and what "they" were going to do. The larger room has 8 tables which is perfect...not too many, not too few. As a kinesiology minor at UCLA, I do feel I have a bit of a handle on the highways and by-ways of the human body, so you can believe I listened carefully. And to be honest, was waiting for the "hiccup"...that statement that I would question and possibly correct...never happened. These guys know their stuff. Dr. Scott and Tenay were (are) my primary target-therapists as they work on me most often. Smart! Not only smart but their delivery of information is clear, concise, and delivered with enthusiasm and maybe a touch of humor, when appropriate. If you land either one of these Physical Therapists, no worries. They will set you right. However, there are more physical therapists in the facility; a total of 4 or 5. Though I haven't had them personally, I observe, and I like what I see. Let's not forget the wonderful students who are learning their trade under Dr. Scot et al. They pay attention and I feel quite comfortable if any of the therapists need to get another patient started and the apprentices take over. Last, but certainly not least, is the incredibly kind, warm hearted front office manager. She handles the paperwork with little fuss and upon completion, hands it off to the therapist for review. Fill that paperwork out completely so when you begin your journey, they have necessary information to work with. Yes, these guys are the best, and though I am not looking for more surgeries or injuries, I know where I am going to be healed and get back in the saddle. P.S. They play good music, too...but should your prefer something else, just ask...a very flexible group, that I can say with the utmost confidence.

Fantastic experience: It's been extremely beneficial. I look forward to going. It's the only thing I look forward to doing at 7am. The workouts aren't easy but Scott and the group are extremely encouraging. I walk much better afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT place with experienced, qualified, friendly trainers. Small facility allows for individual care tailored to your specific needs. The place is also very clean and all of the equipment is like new.

Fantastic experience: I developed a severe pain in my leg and my doctor sent me here for physical therapy. The sessions and the home plan really helped a lot and I can walk a lot further with less pain than previously. The therapists are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I would recommend this facility 100%!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Scott and his entire staff. I hurt my wrist and after 8 sessions it’s 80-90% better. Scott is professional, kind and personable. He’s intuitive and pinpoints the problem immediately. His plan of care and instructions are clear and concise. I felt genuinely cared for by Scott and his entire team. If I ever need PT in the future, I know where to go!

Fantastic experience: Tori is great! She’s fixed my forearm and is well on her way to fixing my back. I love the attention each PT gives to their patients. They aren’t trying to juggle 4 patients at a time. And they have awesome 7am slots to get tuned up before work.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his team at this office. Scott is clearly an expert in his field and I feel very fortunate to have had my care from ACL surgery in his hands. As this is my third surgery I know what normal recovery is like and this one has been my fastest recovery by far. I wholly trust his therapy regime and am thankful for his patience as he always clearly explains what is happening, pushes you to a level that is always just right -comfortable yet progressive. His team is also very professional, dedicated and kind from his receptionist to his aides. I look forward to going into therapy as I know I will always come out feeling stronger and mentally healthier. I am fully indebted to this team and will recommend them to anyone in the future.

Fantastic experience: Almost two weeks ago, I was suffering from increasing lower back pain and could not get in and out of bed. I was so fortunate to be seen the same day. After an hour working with Scott, I was able to get up from the table unassisted. He also provided a printout of recommended stretches which I do daily. I'm so very grateful to Scott, Tenay, Chris, Michelle, et al. for their knowledge, professionalism, great conversations, diverse music options, patience, and kindness! I'm also being treated for rotator cuff and hip flexor pain. I will always come here for my physical therapy needs. They are AMAZING!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more grateful that I found this place. The staff are kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make it a good experience. Scott has been WONDERFUL and obviously has a genuine love for his job. He really wants to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain/issues and help you get relief and also get stronger! I have gone in in tears and left feeling not only better but also more hopeful that things can continue to improve. I also appreciate the breadth of modalities they use to supplement - cupping, adjustments, massage. Plus, parking is SO EASY!!! Being able to arrive 2 minutes before my appointment and not feel stressed about it is huge when you have a busy schedule and/or there is traffic. Five stars/highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Scott and his team have been instrumental in helping build strength in my right hip before and after my hip replacement surgery. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Scott Crutchfield after shoulder injury in 2019. His care and and expertise was unparalleled. He took care of me in 2020 after foot reconstruction. Scott treated me with compassion and encouragement and got me back walking! His knowledge and professionalism and mastery of physical therapy has made the drive from Fullerton (where there are many “capable” PT offices) very worthwhile. I would not go to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: I have been very fortunate to work with the team here for the past six months. I deal with hyper mobility and the need to build strength and stability has been an ongoing challenge for me. Dr. Crutchfield and his team are always supportive, encouraging and helping me come up with ways to stay motivated. I am getting stronger and experiencing less pain, which helps me with everything I do in daily life. Everyone here works so hard to support our recovery and make us feel welcome. I am grateful for a positive space to visit, no matter if I’m doing well and being consistent or struggling, we seem to pick up where I am and get to a place where I s feeling better. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I was told there was a 70% chance I needed hip surgery and was sent here to physical therapy before getting the surgery. After 2 months of stretches and exercises for my hip mussels, I am happy to say that the doctor said I no longer need surgery and that my hip is on route for full recovery. I credit this to my physical therapist Scott and his amazing team in not only teaching me the exercises to strengthen my hip, but also explaining what mussel each stretch activates, how to perform them correctly, and how to progress each stretch to the next step in continuing to strengthen my hip. At first I was dreading having to go to two appointments a week for who knows how long, but because of the friendliness and commitment of all the staff in helping me get physically better, I was always excited to have appointments come up on my schedule. If I ever get injured again and require physical therapy, this is where I will go.
