Fantastic experience: The physical therapists Sandy and Ben at the Long Beach location are excellent. They really know their stuff. They don’t leave you flailing. They really work with you to get your exercises right. Very high standards. I’m so pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: Second update 10-11-23. Way better UPDATE 6-23-23. Since my last visits all things are looking so much better , all staff very caring Doctors are actually acting like caring Doctors again, Thank God and health pointe for the great changes. omg, sI dont know what the heck is going on with this office , this office was a 5 star last year , the quality of there service has diminished tremendously diminished from the doctor to the staff to the receptionist. I don't know what happened to that office, but they all lie. The doctors don't look at your charts , in the front office staff lies to the patient's directly to their face. I don't know what's going on with people these days. They have lost their values , morals.ect. . God help us all . people have become desensitized to being rude and lying. This office is a great example of the moral deterioration . The service from the doctors are just as bad , they lie to your face , they don't even correctly read our (patient) charts. They have lost all good bedside manners . The doctors and staff dont even care about the patient, like they use to care .Doctors have become Very unprofessional They don't even address us by our name. Unbelievable they don't even look at you . They need to hire better staff and doctors that care about the patients not just a PAYCHECK

Fantastic experience: Very productive Dr office visit , Dr Nick Saeed one of the best Doctor I have Treated with, his assistant Corry makes a great team ,Along with the office personal .two thumbs up! Dr Katz is one of the most considrste Dr I have had the pleasure to consulte with, Fantastic member to Healthpoint staff of distinguish Doctors . The last visit I had on Tuesday 5/16/23 The staff was fantstic but not only that they realy do care about the patient .There was a patient who lost his temper and was a real pain in the neck ,The staff was under control at all time and conducted professional through the ordeal this staff is great and should be thanked for all the great service they do on a daily ! ! What is there to state about Dr Saeed and Healthpoint of long beach simply a fantastic crew well oiled system of service.

Fantastic experience: First off I met Alexis. She was marvelous. She was doing quite a few things attending to the patients as well as answering questions and showing the other staff at the front desk how to do things. Corey took me back and was very polite and courteous. Next came Dr Truong my pain doctor. This was the first time I met her. She maintained eye contact with me and listen to what I had to say. We went through a few things she thought would be good for me. Honestly, I look forward to seeing her again so I can move on with my pain management. Is been a year since I started going here and I have to give credit to the office staff. Liz, Jessica, Alex, Daniel, and Erica are all amazing. I rarely have to wait to see the doctor. Still really am happy that I am going here for pain management

Positive experience: The experience you get is great. They take extra PRIDE in knowing that the patient's needs and end results are the utmost importance. Never had physical therapy before but the customer service they provide is top notch EVERYTIME. Thank you for taking my experience personally yall rock. Oh yea the medical receptionist so pleasantly pleasing when making appointment and juggling the patients coming in all at once. Hat off to you appreciate your patience with all of us ????????????????

Fantastic experience: The staff was very nice and helpful if possible. The facility was very clean not over crowded with a bunch of kids running around. I also liked the fact that ŕŕthere was very little wait time. The waiting area has a nice size tv to watch and the walls are decorated with beautiful senic pictures. It is one of the nicest doctors offices I've been in really love not having to deal with a bunch of kids running around . The office building and grounds are well kept parking was no problem. Overall very impressive.

Positive experience: Everybody was helpful ,but some of staff is not so friendly in Long Beach and not accommodating sorry but that’s what I observed but in Anaheim they are very nice especially Dr. Zia and his Front desk assistant Ana, as well as Dr Hui is very knowledgeable , attentive and nice Thanks to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Castro is amazing at what he does. He is willing to stay late so that one can make their therapy sessions. Therapy office is clean and well equipped. Appointment reps ask you questions as to why you rescheduled your appt. in my case it's none of their business and should reschedule as needed. Overall, long beach location is the best therapy facility.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was nice they call you for your next appointment don't have to wait there which is awesome doctor trys to help u as much as he can helps u with my medication that I need and physically therapy

Fantastic experience: Appointments are usually 5-star, but this appointment was not good due to wrong chart in my room which caused a huge delay and Dr Nick was not happy! After that was cleared up and a prescription was written, it took 45 minutes for me to receive the prescription while waiting in the outer waiting room! Maybe just a bad day! Overall, very pleased with the company and service provided!

Fantastic experience: All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were professionals. The place was very clean. Corey was very took my initial report before I saw the doctor. He was very easy to talk to. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable to speak to. I couldn’t complete my initial application completely because I have had surgery a few days before my appointment, I let one of the front desk staff know and they were very understanding and very accommodating. Later one of the representatives approached me in the lobby area where I had been waiting in my wheelchair and she proceeded to help me to complete the necessary intake paperwork. After I met Dr. Katz I was very pleased he was very relatable and easy to talk to. He was very easy to talk to he was very patient and listened to all of my questions and concerns at the end he was very informative very understanding with regards to my health problems. He offered to give me a pain medication in order to get immediate relief from my shoulder pain. At first I was somewhat hesitant since I was still recovering from recent surgery surgical procedure but at the end I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his assistant I ended up having the injection my shoulder. Over all my experience with Dr. Katz and his staff was a TEN! Great group of medical professionals. Zoe Smith

Fantastic experience: I love healthpointe !!!!Dr. Hester has been such a blessing in my life especially after my car accident when it took me to a dark place in my life. I was believing I wasn’t worth much mentally and especially physically after my accident. With Dr.Hester I felt real care not like I was just another name on a case folder. I’m finally seeing the light at the end of this long dark tunnel I’ve been in for awhile now. Let me tell you it feels good to see the light and the hope I feel now after being guided and given the right tools to start my healing… Thank you Dr. Hester/ Healthpointe

Fantastic experience: Health pointe staff have been extremely helpful since day one. Dr.Nick has been kind,compassionate and patient with me and my care. He is very open with letting me know that he is there to help me control my pain. First dr I have seen in a long time that makes me feel comfortable every time I see him. The receptionists have always been kind and very welcoming every time I come in. Thank you guys for helping me in every which way possible!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hester and front staff are the best. Front desk is always nice and on top of their duties. Dr Hester is a really good listener and challenges my thinking. I may not always agree with her but That’s life. I’m just glad to have an awesome team to take care of my needs.

Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate the friendliness and great service. The folks took time out & explained exactly the procedure, it being my first time it put me at ease . I must have seemed a bit nervous & that’s because I was ! Henry is awesome with his conversation & Dr Ho isn’t far behind at all , they did get a few smiles out of me . I hope I won’t be in need of anymore nerve test , but if I do this is the place ! Highly recommended!!

When I called talked to Josway so nice, friendly & helpful I asked if any closer location. Cause it was so far of a drive. Fantastic experience: The staff at the Long Beach physical therapy office was great, but my 2 therapist Sandy and Ben was outstanding they worked with me every time I came for therapy. They were very knowledgeable about my injury and what it takes to get me back to 100%. I also watched as they worked with other patients and the patient they showed all with a smile. Sandy and Ben were the best therapist I've ever had. They deserve a raise

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic for a ganglion cyst removal. I had Dr.Hailey Dizay perfom the surgery. It was a great success. Never before had I had a surgery. Special mention to her. For her professionalism, her people skills. She will make you feel at ease all the time. I can't thank her enough. Although. It's only fair to mention I did have a bad customer service experience from one staff employee. I did address it to their own claims department. It did get resolved. After the clarification with the claims rep. My experience there was flawless. I would not like this bump to shadow the great experience I had with the service of Dr.Dizay.

Fantastic experience: Overall a good, trustworthy health provider. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite part is Dr. Allen, he is the best neurologist I’ve ever had. He actually takes time to hear how I’m doing and getting the care I need. He is the perfect blend of professional and personable! I will never go anywhere else.
