Fantastic experience: I highly recommend SOS to anyone needing physical therapy! First and foremost, the staff are wonderful in a friendly, comfortable setting - Arianna, Isabella, Gilberto - are attentive and focused on your treatment plan! Oh, yes, and Dr. Keith is also overseeing, demonstrating, explaining and/or providing service at every visit! The facility is a great combination of comfort-care and professional treatment. Of course, you will need to put in the work to reap the benefits and it will pay off! Mesa office is also a in convenient location for easy-in and out access, no stressful parking. Give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having problems with my upper back for a couple of years and in just a couple of visits I have found relief. Doctor Semken and his staff have been very helpful. Fantastic experience: My elbow was bothering me for over a year now. A friend of my referred me to SOS because of the great results she saw with her knee rehab. Dr. Keith did some stretching and dry needlework during my appointments and elbow feels better then ever. If you are tired of your aches and pains I highly recommend visiting SOS physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with SOS Physical Therapy, I went to see Dr. Semken to received help with a hand and foot lesion. I really like that he takes the time to explain the treatment and to answered questions. I also liked the atmosphere, and Dr. Semken speaks Spanish which helps as it's my first language. Tuve una experiencia muy buena en SOS Physical Therapy. Fui a este consultorio a recibir terapia en mi pie y mano. El Dr. Semken notó otros problemas en mi cuerpo y me ayudó a corregirlos. Me encantó que habla muy bien español y que se toma el tiempo de contestar preguntas, de explicar el tratamiento y de educarte para evitar lesiones futuras. Lo recomiendo 100%

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend S.O.S Physical Therapy! Everyone there is very nice and friendly. Keith knows what he is doing. I've been going there for about a month already for lower back and shoulder problems and totally feel and see a difference. Just with the first time I went in I felt a difference. Very nice, patient, and doesnt rush, plus they listen and care to how you are feeling and what you need to say. Everything is explained very well.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about four months for my rehab to rotator cuff tear. Keith and Adriana are wonderful, courteous and so polite. Keith really knows his stuff. I am 56 and been banged up and sent to P/T several times over the years. If you need in depth therapy and answers to all your questions, this place is for you. I just tore my acl and meniscus but know I will get great therapy in a comfortable setting.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful physical therapy office. Dr. Semken is very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He helped me with back, neck, and pelvic floor therapy. I have 5 children and was having a really hard time reaching my fitness goals. He was able to teach me many helpful things to fix my issues. He also helped my very active 6 year old with a leg injury. I would highly recommend him!
