Fantastic experience: Matt was amazing! Very kind and attentive and thorough. Listened and took great care in my sons treatment. The office staff was very kind and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Had lots of physical therapy, but this place is very special. Worked with several people there and was so pleased with the staff. Without exception, there was concern for my well-being first. Helping me reach my physical goals was next. Everyone there is so kind. I look around during my appointments and see happy people. Patients and staff. Physical Therapy is not fun in general. They do work me hard but they try to break up the exercises to make it more fun for me. I see dedicated people who enjoy their jobs.

Fantastic experience: I took out my collar bone in a serious way while mountain biking. I ended up needing two surgeries. My past experiences with physical therapy have been rough. Its hard to find good physical therapists that are actively involved with patients. Coming to Spooner on Power was a really positive experience. They became like family to me. I had the pleasure of getting to work with PT's Alaina Gignac, Matt Getz, Dylan Miles and PTA/Clinical Director Ryan Bell. My life would not be what it is now without all of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. For everything. The countless sessions of you caring for me and helping me means the world. All of you brought something so unique to the table. You are all so smart and gifted. Spooner is so fortunate to have professionals of this caliber. I'm forever thankful for all of you. I am now back to mountain biking AND rock climbing. Each time I ride and climb, I think of this Spooner family that took such good care of me and it fills my heart with gratitude. It would be a mistake to mention all of this without showing love for the amazing women at the front desk. The attentive care you showed in helping me setup PT schedules, insurance coverage details and just being who you are. The kindness you showed as my mother was dying from leukemia. I will never forget you. To the techs! Every single one of you. I love all of you and have been so grateful for your help and friendship through my recovery. Always in great attitude and ready to push with me in the program! The exercise/workout plans the team has set up for me are challenging yet makes me want to keep pushing thru and, in addition to the atmosphere, it’s just a pleasant time and experience! Give these people a raise please

Fantastic experience: Honestly, when I saw this organization averaged 5 stars I was a little skeptical. However, I went and tried it and can truly say that I love this facility and the group Physical Therapist. The facility is top notch, clean, has all the equipment you would need, and most of all the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really listen to you and get to know and understand you and your goals. Because of this company my new knee and I are headed in the right direction. Thank you Spooner North Mesa!!

Fantastic experience: David is a wonderful therapist. He treats the individual as to make you comfortable while you are doing the routine. He follows up on your feelings and I believe he really cares about his patients. I have always hated physical therapy , I go once and never return again. I’m enjoying this and my body doesn’t even hurt when I wake up in the morning now. He also pinpoints other areas and makes suggestions so now I am going to see a Cardiologist. Fantastic experience: This Spooner location has an excellent manager and staff. Ryan Bell hires outstanding therapists and technicians. I have had experience with him before. He encourages team work and a pleasant environment. The front desk staff is great. They try to accommodate each patient's needs for specific times, and to help me physically when I need it. Alaina, my therapist is outstanding, cheerful, and dedicated.

Fantastic experience: I get severe episodes of Vertigo, and was referred by my ENT to Spooner north Mesa where I was seen by Alaina. On our first meeting, she was really attentive and very familiar with the condition. She was gave me some balance exercises to help reduce any occurrence. I feel much better and haven’t had any episodes since. I consider myself lucky to have found this place and know if something happens, someone will know how to fix it quickly.

Fantastic experience: I've been to other Physical Therapy places but none compare to Spooner North Mesa. Friendly staff and knowledgeable therapists work with you to recover from any injuries. Alaina Gignac, PT, especially is a gem, and in the short time I've been going there for my injury, I have seen remarkable results and improvements in my health.

Fantastic experience: When you walk into Spooner you are genuinely welcomed by Laura and Jo and the excellent experience never wavers throughout the visit. The high level of knowledge sharing and camaraderie between all staff members is very apparent. Dylan and Bryce were my main therapists, and they were brilliant to work with. Ryan and Anita worked with me occasionally and they were also excellent. My ability to walk has improved tremendously with this tune-up a year after my stroke and I am so thankful to everyone at Spooner. If you are considering therapy do yourself a favor and check out this top-notch facility.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile and my name. The therapists were always on time to started my PT. If I wasn't feeling great due to too much outside work at home, they would work around my pain. I always felt that the PT were very involved in my therapy.

What is the best is someone is working with you all the time. They listen to what I say and modify the exercises and techniques according to how I am feeling.

Fantastic experience: My son started PT with Laura last week. He has already made significant improvements and Laura finds way to make his PT fun. Yes she is challenging him but he thinks it is a game and keeps working. Can wait to see how quickly he is back to being himself.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall! The ladies at the front desk are really friendly and made scheduling very easy. The PTs, PTAs, and front desk ladies worked together really well. Zach is an excellent PT! He is a clear communicator, knowledgeable, adaptable, and he even made it fun. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and I really appreciated the at-home exercise plan he made for me upon being discharged. I would highly recommend Spooner North Mesa to anyone in the area who is in need of PT.

He has a knack of getting me to talk about something happy or funny as he is having to do something painful but necessary to my recovery. I have to give kudos to the ladies at the front desk. He was amazing, patient, and kind. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. I did also have a chance to work with Ryan Bell and he was great as well. Both Dylan and Ryan are filled with a ton of knowledge and will help you with any physical therapy needs. Fantastic experience: So far I'm very pleased with the care I'm getting ... it came to light that my hips were not aligned so the therapists ate "training" the joints, muscles, etc., to keep my hips aligned. The staff are exceptional, very educated, caring, and they know how to have fun. So far I've been with Brian, Jennifer and Ryan and their "assistants" what can I say except for how comfortable, easy to talk to about my issues, understanding and enjoying a good laugh to take the edge off. This is so far the BEST PT TREATMENT IVE RECEIVED!!!

I have never felt so confident On my progress to a better physical healing and strengthening to be Active. Look no further. Fantastic experience: I scored Spooner Physical Therapy a perfect 5 Star review due to the care I've received with the physical therapist (PT), technicians, and front office team, The front office team, Laura and Karen, always greet every patient with a smile, respect, and professionalism. Laura was very helpful with getting me setup and flexible in scheduling appointments at the times I've needed them. They are open early which really helps with my schedule. My main PTA is Ryan and lead tech Leah. They have taken such great care of me from being attentive to my physical challenges and finding solutions to help me improve and get better than I was when starting at their facility. Spooner PT even has an online tool to assist with completing at home exercises, which is very helpful. Watching the videos to ensure I am doing the exercises correctly at home rather than having to utilize the paper printouts (which they gave me those, just in case) each time has been great. I've had a long healing journey and I've gotten tired of seeing specialist. Ryan and Leah make it less daunting and I tremendously appreciate the care they've taken with me. Spooner PT is the best facility that I've come into contact with. They take care of their equipment, it's been a clean environment, and their building is always kept in order. Even during this pandemic, they've been able to space patients out so there's not many in the facility at one time and we've all worn our masks, every time. I've also seen other members of their team, Joey (PT), Alex (tech), Annouskka (PT) and her tech Aria. The excellent standard of care translates through all of them. I appreciate their assistance and care during this time in my life and can't thank them enough for walking me through this process. God surely gives you what you need and the people you need right on time. I am truly thankful! What's cool about this site is they all interact very kind with their patients, have themed days, they even dress in the same colors and themes on different occasions which creates a light environment given the heaviness of the ailments of us as patients. I recommend Spooner Physical Therapy Mesa. Their team, services, and facility are first class.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapist Sharin Lane is amazing! She truly knows her stuff and she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her, especially if you need pelvic floor therapy. She is passionate about what she does and she makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. Everyone at Spooner is super friendly and they have wonderful customer service.

Fantastic experience: Laura has been terrific in working with my brother Joe, who has dementia. He’s had surgery on one knee to correct osteoarthritis, and it’s still difficult for him to walk. His therapy sessions at Spooner have greatly improved his mobility while also reducing his risk off a fall. I appreciate everything Spooner does to improve Joe’s quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with Laura and the entire staff. Alex and Laura are very kind and attentive to my needs at all times. They take time to show me all of the exercises each time. I tend to want to go to fast, and I appreciate doing things the right way. They have set up a three week program and then assess where I am at that time. I have seem some improvement already. I have been through a lot of therapy for the back and feet, and I think they are the best. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Spooner Physical Therapy for 2 weeks now due to a hip replacement. All of the therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you understand how to do the exercises. They also clean the equipment after each use.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Spooner PT goes above and beyond every day! From my initial appointment with Garrett, PT and Director, to the daily sessions with Ryan, PTA, and Leah, PT Tech, and the smiles and billing/insurance assistance from Andrea, it has been an excellent experience. They always ask for feedback and adjust the exercises based on that feedback. If things are seeming too easy, they ramp it up a bit! They remember things I have mentioned (i.e. weekend plans, new restaurant plans, etc.) and inquire about it when I return. I would strongly recommend this clinic! They know what they are doing and do it with a lot of care and compassion!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best physical therapy facilities that I have ever been to. I work with Greg my physical therapist and have Had very positive results. He explains the process from beginning to end and maintains a very positive attitude. His assistants are very comforting when in pain, they're just as informative and they have made me feel very comfortable. I hope to do other physical therapy sessions with them in the future. Fantastic experience: I'm 58 years old, and have had multiple injuries and surgeries requiring PT afterwards. By far Garrett and his team have done the most outstanding job. From setting my first consultation, and my initial in office programs. To sending me home with a program to continue doing stretching and exercise while in bed for an upcoming surgery. They have all been great at both there sincere care and attitudes. To their fun and out going personalities. Always making it as enjoyable as PT can be. This will always be my location of choice!

Fantastic experience: VERY IMPRESSED!!! After hurting my back traveling to Mesa for a vacation, I looked for a physiotherapist to get me back to the point I could enjoy my vacation. I checked out a couple of physio clinics online and just felt from the reviews that Spooner was the best choice. I called to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day. In addition to the assessment, I received treatment, a home strength and stretching program as well as some time with a stim machine on my lower back. I walked out feeling 50% better with most of the sharp pain gone, and following the program they gave me, was back to 90% in a couple of days, and golfing in 3 days. I’ve been to physiotherapists before but I have to say Garrett at Spooner was the best I have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable, very focused on getting me healthy and extremely professional. Fantastic experience: My physical therapy for pain and stiffness in the lumbar spine has quickly begun to relieve the pain. I am impressed with the open therapy room with several therapists working under the supervision of the managing therapist, Garrett Johnson. I have found that this open approach, working with a group of therapists allow me to learn the exercises and stretches better by hearing it from different people. Garrett Johnson looks to revise the plan as progress is made. It has been a good experience. I highly recommend the Spooner Physical Therapy in North Mesa.
