Fantastic experience: What a great place for physical therapy! I’ve been to several different physical therapists over the years and Dr. Warren and his team have definitely stood out as the best for me. It’s super rare to find a physical therapist with the credentials he has and the experience to apply what he knows.

Fantastic experience: I have personally gone to Dr. Warren for the past two years ranging from ankle, arm, and back pain treatment stemming from competitive softball. His number one goal is to always get me back to playing as soon as possible through a series of treatments. However, he never takes my injuries lightly and works to help me recover and better myself so I don’t continue to re-injure myself. He has even taken the time to provide treatment the day before games to ensure I am physically ready. I recommend Dr.Warren for all high school athletes!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Warren is the best!!! I don't need physical therapy often, but whenever I feel a tweak or pull or concern during my marathon training, I call Courtney!! I really appreciate that he takes the time to figure out how I got myself injured and gives me exercises or stretches to prevent future injuries. I always say "diagnose me" and he puts on his super sleuth hat . Three weeks ago he figured out my day to day work position while talking with my patients was tweaking my hip and tightening my IT band. He did some PT magic, talked about better work position and a stretch and strength routine and now I'm great! Thanks Courtney!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Warren is AMAZING. If you are looking for a quality provider with a diverse set of skills - you have found it. We first met Dr. W when our youngest son was sidelined with Osgood Schlatter and could barely walk. He had him back in competition in a matter of weeks. We have 2 competitive athletes in the house and Dr. Warren has helped with ankles, groin, back, knees, etc. We also love the cash pay option for odd-ball injuries as they pop up. My older son picked up a bone bruise in his heel just before a soccer tournament and was limping for days. Dr. Warren was able to fit him in on a Friday afternoon and he played 4 games without pain. He is the best - look no further!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Doc Warren for over 2 years now and he's just amazing. He listens to my needs as a patient, is willing to help educate me on ways I can work through my pain discomfort on my own and providing me with the tools to help take what we're doing in PT and implement it in my own routine to avoid pain down the road. Not only did he help my initial issues, but he's now helping me maintain as I am more active now than I have been in years due to assistance. I'd recommend him to anyone (and I usually do)!

Fantastic experience: I am seeing Dr Warren currently (1 month now), for a partial tear 70%, of a tendon on the medial side of my elbow. He has the knowledge, technology, and equipment to help with my recovery at an elite level. I will continue making progress under Dr warrens guidance, and hopeful to make a full recovery without the need for a major surgery.

Fantastic experience: I was refereed to PR Lab by a friend. I came here on two different occasions to seek treatment 1) grade 2 lateral sprained ankle and 2) lower back strain muscle. Dr. Courtney Warren and Wendy were very thought with the treatment for both of these injuries. I was able to make a fast recovery and go back to my regular activities due to dry needling and cupping therapy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks physical therapy or overall treatment for range of motion.

Fantastic experience: Courtney, in a word, is remarkable. I’ve seen him now for three different injuries and my experience with him in recovering from all three has been the same. He is a consistently good diagnostician, which means we don’t waste time with treatments that won’t work. His table-side manner was ideal for me - during treatment he regularly checks in with me to make sure that I am comfortable, he answers my questions completely and competently, and he helps me to continue my progress between sessions with clear and easily doable instructions. Fantastic experience: I want to start out by saying that I am a dental hygienist; I spend most of my day hunched over people, craning in weird positions and holding my arms up for long periods of time. When I was going to the gym often, things were okay but I’ve been really bad about going for the last year. It got to the point where my neck and shoulder were extremely painful at work, and would go numb after looking down for any period of time, even just reading or using my phone. Even sleeping on my side was beginning to be somewhat painful. Today was my second time seeing Dr Warren (my first visit was 3 weeks ago) and it has made such a huge difference already! He used a combination of electro-therapy, cupping, and a few other techniques to help my muscles relax and repair the damage I’ve done to them over the years. He gave me a handful of quick, easy stretch maneuvers to do at work and at home that have been very helpful. I’m so grateful to have found this office and I’m so excited to be on the road to being pain-free!
