Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place. The team of Physical Therapists and assistants, along with the front office staff, are all professional to the core and they take really good care of their patients. This is my second time being treated by this team, and they are all great at what they do. I believe they have my best interests at heart, that they care deeply about my progress and recovery, and that they will do what it takes to help me recover from my injury. I have seen the way they care for all the other clients who are there when I go for my PT sessions and it's consistent, thorough, and professional. I work in the medical field myself, and I often take care of patients who have sustained injuries for which PT is a perfect adjunct to their recovery. I have no hesitation about giving the name and location of this practice. (I receive no kick-backs or referral bonus of any kind--I just really believe in this company and their standards of practice). I've become a big believer in the power of Physical Therapy to heal after dealing with my own injuries and getting the help I received here from a group of professionals that is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I can't rave enough about Spooner Physical Therapy and especially Jessica, my physical therapist, and her assistant Trent. Everyone there has quickly become like family! I have been very impressed with their knowledge and dedication to my full recovery from an ankle injury. Courtney, at the front desk, is amazing and efficient. It's so great to go in ean day and have such a caring staff, who is truly invested in your care and well being. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Even at 6am the staff is amazing. It’s a welcoming feeling of walking in and being around people that truly love what they do. And are good at it! My PT process at times doesn’t feel so great but my trainers listen to my aches and my goals to try and not to have surgery. I am very happy with my doctor choosing this facility for my physical training.

Fantastic experience: Spencer is my husband, Jeff Turnbow’s, PT. We were referred to Spooner by our doctor who always refers to Spooner because of its seasoned staff, numerous locations, and strong favorable feedback they receive from the patients they have referred. Therapy sessions are very effective and they have a patient portal allowing the viewing of recorded exercises to eliminate any vagueness in recalling how to perform the exercises at home or the gym. Ladies at front desk are very helpful and friendly, therapist assistants are focused and helpful, and Spencer thoroughly explains how and why exercises are performed. When he says we’re gonna fix you, he knows how, is intent on making it happen and we have confidence that it will happen. We highly recommend Spooner, Spencer, and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Definitely five stars plus! I just completed three months with Tanner Chitwood at the Mesa Gateway location. I can not say enough good words about him. He was patient with me, but he pushed me beyond what I thought I could accomplish. I learned that I actually could accomplish those exercises. Beyond the physical strength I gained, I also gained confidence in myself. He helped me transition with a plan for my community fitness center so I could continue my exercises. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing therapy.

Fantastic experience: I love my Jason Dooley, my PT person, he pushes me and makes me laugh and just wonderful to talk to....and the rest of the staff are also awesome, especially my Susan and Patty....keep up the good work, I still have at least 4 to 5 months with these individuals....they are very good at what they do.....

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Spooner Mesa Gateway for 4 weeks now after a total hip replacement. My first visit I entered with a walker, after a couple weeks I wasn't even using my cane. Every therapist is attentive, helpful and friendly. They work together as a team. If you are working with one therapist and another therapist sees you doing something incorrectly they jump in and help you. Spencer has been my primary therapist and he is amazing. I won't say it's "fun" but I actually look forward to going to PT because the next day I can see such a difference in my mobility. I, honestly, highly recommend Spooner Mesa Gateway for all your PT needs!

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. The team that works here is exceptionally invested in your journey. I worked with Spencer, who was personable and always fluid with my care plan based on my needs day over day. Spencer not only guided me through through my recovery, but invested time in educating me on how to manage my care on my own too. The assistants are fun and patient as you learn. Lauren always greeted me with a smile and genuinely listened to my needs, questions, and snarky comments. This is my second experience with the Spooner chain and it was just as beneficial as the first.

Fantastic experience: Tanner and Chris have been working with my son for a couple of months now trying to strengthen his quads so that his knees aren’t compromised during sports! They have been wonderful every step of the way! They are both knowledgeable and professional during every session! Further, the entire staff is very welcoming every time we come for his sessions! The ladies in the front are so friendly! This is definitely the place you want to go for any rehab services you might need!

Fantastic experience: I broke my hip and had a partial hip replacement after the 3 screws from first surgery failed. From the first time I walked through the door I was greeted by the friendly staff, their professionalism was evident. The amount of equipment at the location is impressive for many different levels of rehab. I feel very comfortable and confident with the therapists I worked with during my rehab. My confidence grows from one appointment to the next during my sessions. Completely satisfied with my course of rehab. The folks who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never been more impressed with PT as I am with Spooner PT Mesa Gateway. I highly recommended this business to my surgeon and anyone who has to choose someplace to go to for PT. Fantastic experience: From the minute I called, I was treated with care & respect. The attention to detail from the front desk to the PT to the trainer - just an outstanding place. I immediately felt comfortable walking in. Garrett Johnson was able to tell me very quickly where my pain was coming from and within about 20 minutes I had relief. I had not had any relief for over 6 months. He put together a treatment plan and they also gave me some at home stretches to do as well. The atmosphere is fun & friendly. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Mike Stratton has always been our "go to" person when we had issues with our muscles/bones. As we have gotten older, more things seem to go out of whack but no matter what ails us, Mike can fix it. We have both been to other physical therapists and found little improvement with them, but that is not the case with Mike. He is a perfectionist and he is who you want working on you when your body is not functioning properly. All of our family has seen Mike at some point and we all have found therapy with him to be uniquely outstanding.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for Physical Therapy. I am a recent amputee; Garrett and the entire staff has done a great job working with me. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. After every session my balance and my confidence in my ability to walk grows. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and the staff is awesome! I had a severe ruptured L5 disk and needed surgery. One week after surgery I re-herniated. I also had drop foot and had a hard time walking. Needless to say when it was time for physical therapy I was super nervous. They read through all the doctors notes and listened to my concerns as well. They talked to me about their plan for me and I felt very comfortable. My experience has been wonderful and after just a few sessions I am already walking better. I am so please with them and I look forward to my sessions each week.

Fantastic experience: I've been to 4 physical therapy clinics in the past 2 years. Not until I started coming to Spooners 4 months ago did I start seeing the improvement in my hip and lower back I only hoped I'd feel. The whole staff is awese. I won't mention all their names, but everyone from Jami at the counter on back are all great.

Fantastic experience: Spooner Therapy is amazing!! I tried two other physical therapy places and bottom line was money not my health. I was about to go to pain management for spinal injections and more pills for my back and neck pain, but because Spooner has worked with me I am feeling SO much better. The best part is most of the therapy taught can also be done at home. The staff CARES!!!! Not just one therapist but all of them. If you need help these are the people to go see. Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I can’t recommend Spooner Physical Therapy enough. Not only do Katelyn, Mike Rich, and Mike Stratton know their stuff so do the PT assistants, Nick & Duncan. They make you feel at home, listen to your needs and really strive to get you back to 100%! If you’re in the Queen Creek/Gilbert area and are in need of amazing physical therapy, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: My review is based on 1 week of experience, however, I feel confident when saying that I picked the right place for PT. The staff has been kind, friendly, and informative; I find the value in understanding why I am doing what they have me doing. As far as results, I have made a huge improvement in movement and how I feel overall, in just the one week. I’m very much looking forward to working with the team at Spooner to complete the rest of my therapy.

Fantastic experience: Mike Stratton is an amazing PT. He not only treated me with care but dignity as well. Mike was very informative with each step of my PT and treated me as a person and not a number. I have also worked with Duncan and Brad which they treated me with as much care as Mike. If I had and or have any concerns about my plan all I have had to do is state my concerns and or questions, at which time the answers have been provided! I have and will continue my treatment plan with Mike and Spooner PT and tell anyone and everyone to use them if needed. Fantastic experience: Spooner Physical Therapy- Mesa location had me feeling better within 2 weeks! They work you to your ability level and continue to push you to get stronger. The staff is very friendly and everyone is willing to help out!

Fantastic experience: I have only been going to Spooner for a few weeks but my experience is great. From the front door on everyone is friendly and they all seem to have a sense of humor. They listen, have compassion BUT stay on track with the work they need me to do. In the last 30 years I have needed therapy four or five times and I know I am getting the best treatment out of all of the others. Also, I was sent there by Dr. Wesley Crisp, from Barrows Neck and Spine in Ahwatukee and I think he is also great..

Fantastic experience: Spooner Physical Therapy was highly recommended to me from my PCP after I was rear ended at a stop light about 8 weeks earlier. Everyone I've had contact with has been friendly, helpful and very knowledgable . The therapists seem to work as a team, they know my name, are willing to help my therapist when shes busy, so there isn't a lot of down time for me between the different stretches. I highly recommend giving Spooner Therapy a try.

Fantastic experience: I over analyze stuff. But Garrett, and all the Staff at Spooner, really listened. I usually tuff it out, not this time. I've been amazed the various techniques Garrett has employed which have targeted my pain. He takes the time to explain the "mechanics" of my problem. ....how other muscles are compensating for the problem area. I find that extremely useful.....actually comforting. I highly recommend this Facility, the very kind and accommodating Staff and Mr. Early in particular.

Fantastic experience: I am currently using spooner PT for my post full shoulder replacement surgery. Katelyn Bakey is my therapist and I feel I'm getting a thorough PT with her and the support staff.
