Fantastic experience: Amazing!!! I am a difficult patient because of fibromyalgia, joint disease and arthritis but Bert is amazing! I feel myself getting stronger daily and my pain goes away more and more with each visit. His knowledge of how to attack certain areas that are needed is superior to anyone that I’ve ever worked with!

Fantastic experience: I've had physical therapy many times before. However, the therapist never explained why I was strengthening a set of muscles and how I should be using them in my daily life to keep the pain from returning. This was life changing and a whole education in body mechanics. This had been the best results I've ever had with physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Page has been wonderful between lots of advice about my problem and provided treatment as well as exercises . Body Central was very flexible with scheduling and availability . Communication is good between BC and the patient. My therapist (Page) was friendly, understanding, informative and outgoing. Check in is pretty straightforward and not much waiting . I would recommend Body Central

Fantastic experience: I fell and twisted my knee so walking was painful. Thomas and Sam evaluated my problem and designed a plan to strengthen the damaged muscles. They were thorough and working and visiting with them always made the time more pleasurable. I am half way through my treatment and notice the improvement.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this BodyCentral Physical Therapy TEN STARS. First, the office staff (Corinne) is the sweetest, friendliest woman I’ve ever met. Always greets you with a smile and does her absolute best to figure out how they can work with their availabilities and your schedule. Secondly, I see Tonya B., the OG physical therapist of BodyCentral Physical Therapy, for my pregnancy. I’ve even told her… I need to record her positivity for when I actually go into labor because she is so calm and reassuring. Extremely talented and knowledgeable. She listens to my achy concerns and addresses them each visit. I’m so happy I ended up with her at this office for the second half of my pregnancy. I’m a happy pregnant woman because of her and I’m in my third trimester when the pains gets real! If you can get into this location… do it!!

Fantastic experience: Out of pain almost instantly. 10/10 recommend! Corrine is always welcoming and warm and helps me feel like part of the Bodycentral family. Therapies I have received there have been the catalyst of my 3 year long recovery and I will always think Bodycentral first for recovery and total wellness needs!

Fantastic experience: Excellent physical therapy at this location. They not only have sports medicine trained physical therapists but instead of a PT tech you get additional help from actual physical therapists who are going through their sports medicine training program. Hopefully I won't need more PT but if I do I will definitely schedule with them.

I cannot thank all the staff, specifically Corinne manning the helm with the most kindness, sincerity and going above and beyond with person-ability and making sure you feel welcome, seen and taken care of. What a blessing! And oh my goodness, Dr. Tonya Bunner is a LIFE SAVER. I have been in so much unanswered pain and torment, even before this first pregnancy, and she figured out what was wrong within the first couple minutes! She has gone above and beyond with patient care, even showing my husband how to set my hips and pubic bone in place and collaborating with a local PT to help with all my pain/pelvic floor issues.I cannot thank her enough or be more excited for the future! This has been an answered prayer for a life time ♥️

She’s educated me so much on my issue and introduced me to helpful exercises and better habits, and I’m seeing the improvement. Highly recommend this place!

I recommend her to anyone!!! Plus, corrie at the front desk is amazing, caring and very efficient. They make a great team for body central.

Fantastic experience: The people here are amazing! Even having gnarly social anxiety, I always feel very comfortable during my appointments. The exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated, and everyone knows their stuff. There's always some immediate relief after going and the exercises they send home are lifesavers! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I love every aspect of Bodycentral physical therapy. I’ve been struggling with lingering issues for the past 2 years that my last therapist was unable to resolve. I’ve been going here for only 3 weeks and the pain is almost gone. Highly recommend if you have any lingering issues. Ari is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Erin for a few months. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she doesn't let that get in her way when it comes to listening to her patients. Every concern I voiced Erin either easily put at ease or was able to help me understand the situation better. The issue I was seeing her for isn't common for men but Erin did all she could to make it as comfortable as possible. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat and I'll make the drive from Tucson to Mesa to see her again if my issue ever returns. 11/10

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to BodyCentral PT. Tonya is an incredible physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable and is really helping me get back to more of a normal with my body. Corinne, the receptionist, is also amazing! She is so fun to talk to and is really good at scheduling. I love this place!!

Fantastic experience: I followed Sharin the pelvic floor PT here from Spooner. The difference is night and day. No spending 30 mins stretching and making awkward small talk with technicians (especially weird when you’re there for pelvic floor and it’s a guy). At BodyCentral, your entire appointment time is spent with your physical therapist. You’re also their only client. It was not uncommon at Spooner for Sharin to have 3 clients in an hour and be rushing through her solo time with 1 while the tech ran back and forth occupying the other 2 with stretches or again, small talk. Not here! Full attention from your PT. BodyCentral is spacious and clean and quiet, because it’s not crammed full of other clients. It doesn’t feel like a “physical therapy factory”. If you’re doing pelvic floor, BodyCentral has EMG machines for biofeedback, which the chain physical therapy outfits I went to (Spooner and 360) do not have. You’re cheating yourself out of a big chunk of therapy if you don’t go somewhere with biofeedback. Corrine at the front desk is SO nice and cheerful. Seriously, not to make it weird, but I love her and her positive energy. From the first phone call I could tell BodyCentral was going to be much better. She can also text with you, super convenient. Sharin has moved away but I was seamlessly transitioned to Tonya. They had discussed me thoroughly so I don’t feel like I’m starting over; great continuity of care. Overall I’m very pleased. I DREADED my appointments at the corporate chains but I honestly don’t mind going to BodyCentral (which is the best you can hope for with medical stuff ). Definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend has been going to Body Central Mesa location for a month now, having multiple appointments a week and we've never had a bad experience. Ever! You're greeted with a warm welcome from Corrine before coming inside and starting your appointment. All of the therapist are great at what they do and answer any and all questions you may have. All having unique and fun personalities but all with the same goal . To get you back on your feet again and back to full mobility again. I can't say a bad thing about Body Central Mesa location. We could not have been recommended to a better Physical Therapy clinic. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is the best PT! I thoroughly enjoyed working with her-she made efficient use of the time offered. Their hours are great for someone like me who works an 8-5 daily. New and convenient location, great interior, good set up, all the equipment one needs for a PT Session.
