Fantastic experience: I have had the opportunity to benefit from the in my opinion number one rated physical therapy and aquatic center program in Minnesota. Exercise therapy with skeletal alignment and the pool aquatic therapy had relieved my 35 years of re-occurring chronic pain back spasms'. Continuing on with the exercise program is key to maintaining my skeletal alignment and pool therapy exercises has helped drastically. 3 years after I completed the program I failed to do the exercise and pool therapy exercises. I had to re-enroll back in the program. I am looking forward to more treatment from the IMPACT Physical Therapy Doctor and his highly trained staff.

Fantastic experience: Support staff are therapists are excellent. Their attention to detail, easily approachable, professional style and skilled at teaching methods/techniques that help relieve pain and get your body functioning right. Both on land and in pool therapy I would recommend this team to any person seeking help in managing your life pain free (as possible).

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming here! I told my doctors about this place as well. I learned about this by accident and I wish more people could know about this! If you have a brain injury and you are physically able to do this, this is one of the best facilities. From the reception workers to the therapists, I have had a great experience. My therapists are Cindy, Mara, and Jess. I love working with all of them and they are really good at communicating amongst themselves to help tailor a good treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Learning how to walk again is humbling and difficult. Christie had been patient and motivating. She is also knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. IMPACT offers a diverse array of modalities and services for rehabilitation and pain management.

Positive experience: I like the staff. Very well organized and a large array of equipment. The hard part about this place is the ENTRANCE. The entrance to this place is on the first parking garage level. They have a glass door to the left of the building entrance.

Fantastic experience: I visited off and on for a couple years. Christie really cared, and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately due to family issues I had to stop therapy and healing. She gave me worthwhile guidelines to use at home. Her patience, and knowledge was awesome. I am so thankful and enjoyed the experience.

The staff is wonderful the doctors is wonderful I love this place they are very kind I have been going to impact maybe for about 2 years and I am still attending my therapy sessions. I have a lot of issues going on different parts of my body so I continue to go there and get the service that I need I will not go anywhere else I tried different therapy but I will stay with impact great place to receive therapy they are wonderful and kind and my therapist Lindsey Scott is phenomenal. And Dr Audrey he is a fantastic doctor when I'm sad he makes me laugh. He gets the job done he is a phenomenal doctor

Fantastic experience: I swear this place has the best physical and massage therapists!! Dr. Agre is absolutely amazing. No matter how awful I feel, he always makes me laugh. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It almost feels like home being there. I would highly recommend this place. Cyndi is hands down the best physical therapist in the state of MN, possibly the entire country. 5 stars isn't enough!

Fantastic experience: Best pool therapy in town!! No other pool is around that has as good of a set up for rehabilitation or addresses the need for tailored therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have been super impressed with Impact! Alyssa really cares about her patients and really makes sure she's getting us to work the correct muscles needed...even if it takes multiple attempts to find just the right exercise, she doesn't give up on it. I'm so glad that I got paired with her! Also, I really appreciate Sam at the front desk. Sam's always has a great personality and is attentive to multiple people at once.

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been so much better than at other PT clinics, which were focused more on athletes and generally involved telling me to sit up straight. Impact is accessible and inclusive. I've had great experiences with multiple providers, far exceeding the quality of care of other major clinics in the area. In particular, for complex issues like hypermobility and flat feet, the care is fully comprehensive and practical. I understand my pain and its causes for the first time in my life. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My brother G. and I would rate six stars if we could for the support the entire clinic provided to him prior to and after his knee replacement surgery! G. has a learning difference which makes abstract communication difficult to process. Mark and Kari adapted their communication style to meet G.’s so that he could receive the maximum benefit from therapy. Having the same Physical Therapists over his six months of treatment meant that G. did not have to continually train in new staff on his preferred method of communication. Mark and Kari were both very supportive and took the time to listen respectfully to his concerns and address them with him. While they welcomed insight from family members, they always deferred to G. as the ultimate decision-maker. The staff of the clinic always took the time he needed for checking in. G. has had to do a lot of impromptu disability awareness training with his health care providers over the years—we are pleased to report that very little was needed for this clinic and its staff!

Fantastic experience: This is one amazing place. I came to them with a back injury, hardly able to walk without a walker and unable to stand upright. Through the aquatic center, multiple physical therapists, message therapy, pain management and Dr Agrea. They were able to relieve some pain, which allowed me to stand almost upright and then retaught me how to walk using just a cane for support. All thanks to everyone on their team.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Impact Ohysical Medicine & Aquatic Center off and on for many years. I keep coming back because of the great care I get there. The front desk personnel are Awesome and work with you to get appointments set up. They are kind and patient. Patti is one of many that give Awesome Customer Service. All of the physical therapists I have seen have been great, even though it can be painful at times. Kudos to my recent physical therapist, Mark, for his patience and understanding of my current condition. Thank you everybody. I do highly recommend this place for recovery of many physical ailments.

Fantastic experience: I had took my dad there for aquatic therapy for pain in his neck, arms, and back. The doctor did not rush the appointment and was truly interested in the conversation. The place had used a staff they had to interpret for my father and she did an amazing job in interpreting my dad's words with accuracy. The pool therapist was kind and patient in working with my father as it took my dad a while to do things since he was in so much pain. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The people that impact physical medicine have helped me so much throughout my journey since my accident in 2005. Doctor Mark Agre is an amazing, caring and sincerely understanding and helpful doctor, for whom my life would not be the same without. It is because of you and your help with managing my motorcycle accident injuries that I am able to walk in semi comfort and live a semi normal physically active normal day-to-day life and enjoying the things that make me happy in my life. Thank you Dr. Agre, the medical world needs more MD's like you! Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with chronic pain since 1995. After my first back injury and surgery. I have since been to many Therapy/Rehabilitation facilities. None of which have even come close to the results and enjoyable experiences I have recieved at Impact Physical and Aquatic Medicine. From the moment one walks through the door, one is greeted with courtesy and the utmost professionalism. The moment one check in, one knows this is not the run of the mill clinic. The staff cares and you can feel it. The office staff is quick, knowledgable thorough and above all quite pleasant. From the Owner "Mr. Stan Babble" to the Therapist and the office staff. This Clinic impresses. The clinic has a Doctor on staff, "Dr. Mark Agree". This alone sets Impact Physical and Aquatic Medicine apart from most. They even have Massage therapist on staff. Your Therapy experience here will be like no other. Every Therapist on staff is highly qualified and extremely thorough. From ones orientation to the conclusion of your treatment, they listen. Your feedback is actually an integral part of your treatment, very rare. Another advantages they offer is an onsite Therapy Pool, a fully equipped work out gym and even offer an onsite Orthotic department. This place is the full package. I have been coming here since 2007 and they have more than earned my loyalty. I will not even consider going elsewhere. When you find a clinic of this caliber, you stick with it! A rare gem, in a sea of mediocrity. I cannot possibly give a high enough recommendation to Impact Physical and Aquatic Medicine. You would be wise to choose them for all of your Physical Threapy/Rehabilitation needs.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Impact has been excellent. Everyone there is pleasant and friendly. But most importantly, my physical therapist Mara has helped me like no one else with my chronic back pain (and I’ve been to numerous clinics over the years).

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming to Impact for many years, almost 20 years, sometimes on & off, but I always come back when i need to help. I have multiple and complex physical issues since birth and I always find that Dr. Agre and the therapists are willing to listen to me, to work with me and to take the time to explain things to me, which I appreciate a great deal. Over the years i've had several different therapists, some land, some pool, and all have been , not only very competent, but also friendly and willing to make me feel comfortable, even when I feel at my most awkward. I love that Patty is always so cheerful and friendly when I schedule my appointments or have questions and that all the staff always fralways welcoming, even if I havent ever had reason to have worked with or dealt with them in the past. Impact is always going to be my 1st choice when I need help.

Fantastic experience: The therapists are awesome! They listen to you and are person centered. It's easy to make appointments and even change appointments if necessary. They are on the bus line and also light rail. Parking is free. They have a therapy pool too! I always ask my physicians to make referrals to Impact.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?! I have had such a wonderful experience at IMPACT. A perfect location, great customer service, and variety of resources. They offer a wide variety of services, including in-pool therapy! I’ve had the chance to meet many of the physical and occupational therapists, and I have always been more than impressed. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Impact for a number of years(5 Back Surgery’s) and each time they were instrumental in my my recovery. I did both land and pool therapy; having both options helped me recover faster. My two Therapists, Tripti and Mark were wonderful, caring but also challenging.

Fantastic experience: I have the hypermobile form of ehlers danlos syndrome and this is the only place I've been to for PT that has taken my condition seriously and gotten me the help I need! If you have EDS, Mark DeSchepper specifically is an amazing PT choice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Impact Physical Medicine,and aquatic Center has treated me like someone who truly struggles with chronic pain and some nasty injuries, from the call center to the physical therapists and orthopedist. I have avoided Rotator cuff surgery, and a devastated CAL on my knee is getting help. I have received relief frim car accident. However I have found the Therapists at Impact are among the smartest and most sincere I have come accross. I have been seen at Impact for about 6 years now an I would not go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: My experience at Impact has been wonderful. My physical therapist, Keri, is fantastic. She is easy to talk to, and most of all, knowledgeable. I was referred to Impact because of back pain, at age 53, which I had never experienced before. The pool therapy, as well as land appointments, helped tremendously. Within a few weeks 85% of my back pain was gone. I have a few more weeks to go, but am hopeful my pain can be completely eliminated. The entire staff at Impact is kind and helpful. I highly recommend Impact Physical Medicine.

Fantastic experience: Impact clinic is the only rehab clinic that has helped me in over 15 years of trying to get help. I have a rare genetic syndrome Ehlers Danlos Syndrome that went undiagnosed my whole life, I’m forty now and finally officially diagnosed. Other physical therapy programs and clinics in the past have only harmed my body or left me with medical ptsd from horrible treatment. Impact physical clinic keeps up to date on different newer conditions and actually seems to know and understand more than doctors I have encountered. My OT therapist Mara started with me on just my breathing and getting my ribs back in place. She didn’t throw me into exercises or dangerous machines or make me feel guilty about not having some huge exercise routine at home. She understands Ehlers Danlos syndrome and knows how careful she has to be not to do harm to my body and it’s loose connective tissues. She has to help get my body to a safe stable place before she can even think about strengthening exercises for me. She really listens to my body and works with it not against it. She’s helping me listen to my body and start a relationship with it at the age of forty. Thru the clinic I have orthopedic shoes and orthotics ordered. I’m also going to be getting ring splints for my fingers. They work with my Cadi waiver to help me get the other medical splints and braces I need. The clinic treats the whole body together. The staff who work in the front to welcome you are nice and remember your name as well. For the first time in my life I’m finding some relief from my chronic pain and fatigue and have some hope that I can make even more progress in OT therapy.

Fantastic experience: Best place I’ve ever been for physical therapy! I’ve spent at least 10 years of my life doing physical therapy, and I’ve had incredible success with Impact. When I started at Impact, I had lost hope that my pain would ever improve. Thanks to massage therapist Stephen and physical therapists Christie, Kari, Mark, and Jenni, I’ve experienced a significant reduction in pain, and I now have an arsenal of “tools” I use when I notice things getting worse. In addition to top-notch medical professionals, impact also has a state-of-the-art therapy pool (there are only two of its kind in the US) and a helpful, friendly support staff. You’ll never go somewhere else for physical therapy again!

Fantastic experience: Impact Physical Medicine and Aquatic Center has been my clinic for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy for the past 3 years. I’ve also received other services here, such as medical massage, orthodics evaluation, EMG, and a Functional Capacity Evaluation. Dr. Agre and the entire Impact staff have treated me with incredible care and attention. They go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: This is the third physical therapy clinic I have been to and the first to help address and alleviate my chronic pain. I was suffering from a misaligned hip, which over time, led to many musculoskeletal issues, pain and discomfort throughout my entire body. I knew I was a complicated case, but Cindy and Mara were patient and determined to help me. They were able to pinpoint the cause of my pain, allowing me to eliminate the behavior that exacerbated it (in my case, overstretched hamstrings--who knew!). We are currently working on strengthening and repositioning (to get my body back into neutral), which has allowed me to conduct my daily routine and light workouts without the pain and discomfort I started with. I have made more progress here than anywhere else and I sincerely appreciate the staff's knowledge, professionalism and dedication towards their patients. All the staff here are truly wonderful as well--Leah, Tasha, Amy, Ashley & Bailey to name a few. I would and have recommended this clinic to family and friends!

Impact Physical Medicine has a much different & impactful approach with their patients. They genuinely care & go above & beyond in providing the best state of the art care while maintaining unbelievable compassion. You don't find that much in health care today. I work as an interpreter and have been to many different places, I know that they do the best job here at impact. The therapists are greater than some other places I have been to, they are kind, professional, compassionate and empathetic toward their patients. I love this place especially the front desk ladies, they are always so kind, they greet everyone with a nice and warm welcoming smiles. I always feel so cheerful, happy and welcome when I go there. They also have the best massage therapist that will help to relax and ease the body tension that you have from pain. I have been treated for a year now in this place and it is one of the place I would recommend to those who has pain or injuries. Love impact!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: They’ve helped me get my life back. I’ve never been to such a great physical/occupational therapy clinic; they listen fully to your concerns and answer everything they can and go out of their way to find answers for the things they don’t know. I’ve never been made to do exercises that are uncomfortable or painful that have hurt me in the past. The front reception area staff are always incredibly nice as well and even happy to see me every week. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody that needs physical or occupational therapy. I’ve had nothing but an all around positive experience here.
