Fantastic experience: For the past few months I've had the distinct pleasure and privilege of having my physical therapy at Dynamic PT Westwego location. I was given a regimen of exercises tailored specifically for my benefit. The professionalism displayed by the team led by Paul Naccari is exemplary. Every aspect of my recovery appeared scripted as individual goals were achieved. And I noted the communication between staff and patients had everyone knowing what was expected and desired. Kudos!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience at Dynamic PT in Westwego. A great place to rehab your body that’s well equipped with up to date and plentiful equipment and super helpful and friendly staff. Victoria Nagin was my PT and she is clearly well informed and up to date with new PT technology and methods. She listens well and identifies your issues and puts you on a solid path to get you healthy and stronger than before your injury. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy to anyone who needs PT! The staff is fantastic and will get you back on your feet (or your shoulders moving, or whatever is ailing you). As a patient, it's very comforting to see other patients talking and laughing with the staff and each other as they work through the exercises. It makes the hour go by fast! I'd never gone to physical therapy before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was grateful that everyone was very patient and helpful in explaining things, from exercises to assessing the injury to providing a recovery plan. I also got home exercises printed out with pictures, which made it easy to remember what I had to keep doing, even outside of PT. If you go around the holidays, there will sometimes be fun events -- keep an eye out for the flyers in the waiting room for those things if you want to schedule your appointment on a Fun Day. Also, when you "graduate" from PT, you also get a shirt, which was an unexpected and nice surprise! Thanks for taking care of me and getting my knee back to working order, everyone!

Fantastic experience: Paul and the Rehab Team does a Fantastic job helping my back improve. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing and the Rehab is an educational experience! They are very organized and the place is always clean! The Team always creates a friendly atmosphere and they are always willing to listen!! Fantastic experience: They are very friendly and knowledgeable, the place was always clean and they play a plethora of music! I loved using the traction machine for my neck issues (that's not how Phuong does it!! LOL). Victoria and Ana were my awesome Physical Therapist and Phuong and Jake were my main techs that helped me with my exercises ~ I still do not like open books :) I was there about 2 months and my neck is significantly better. I appreciate the entire staff that works there, from the front desk to all the techs who know your name when you walk by! If you need physical therapy I highly recommend going to Dynamics in Westwego!

Fantastic experience: After receiving therapy at Dynamic for 6 months before and 6 months after shoulder surgery(4 torn tendons), I have to share what a great facility this is for rehabilitation. The entire staff is focused on your individual issues. They offer different solutions to address your problems and discuss with you what might be best for you as an individual. Re-evaluation is done periodically to determine what is working best for you, so that changes can be made to provide maximum benefit of your therapy. The staff is always friendly and caring. Physical therapy is work, but I must credit Dynamic Physical Therapy for making the process pleasant and uncomplicated.

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Physical Therapy has been such an amazing place. It’s always so clean here. Every time I come here there is someone doing some sort of cleaning. I was nervous before I started but they made me very comfortable from the very first visit. You can tell that all of the therapists and techs care about their jobs. Every time I walk in they call me by my name and remember everything I’ve told them from the visits before. Kaylee was the first person I saw here. She is amazing at this job. She is also always making me laugh and keeping conversation throughout my visits. She is just really enjoyable to be around. Kaiya is the main tech that I saw during my time here so far. She is so sweet and caring. You can tell she’s always eager to learn new things. She’s always busy doing multiple things but she still makes time for each patient to feel heard and comfortable. Ana gives amazing massages. It feels like she didn’t just give me random exercises but that she put lots of thought and effort into it. She always has a smile on her face and brightens the mood. Even though I didn’t really have Craig, Dylan, Catherine, and Jake they were still a big part of my time here. They are so friendly and it has felt like I’ve known them for so long. They walk up to me and ask how I’m doing, how everything is going, and just make conversation in general. All of the people here that I have interacted with have helped to make my time here more enjoyable. You can tell it’s more than just a job for them. That they really care about helping people. Overall this experience has been amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a compound fracture in the L1 of my spinal column due to falling from my horse. I was in a lot of pain. Dynamics staff took me through a series of exercises to help aid my recovery. After a few weeks in their care I began to move with much more ease as the fracture mended. My pain levels dropped and now I walk more upright with my posture improving each day. I recommend Paul and his staff highly. They are caring and attentive to each person who walks in there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Toups is amazing. When I first started the PT for my pelvic floor I was extremely nervous. After spend time with Dr. Toups she explained everything that I was going to be experiencing and the reason why . . She put me at ease and I was no longer fearful. Fantastic experience: Throughout the times that I have been going through Physical Therapy, DYNAMIC PHYSICAL THERAPY WESTBANK (WESTWEGO) has been the location that I most enjoy going to first of all. The Therapist listen to your main complaints and make out a planned exercise list for you to do at home to help a little until you come back to your next visit. Then the Therapist will also have a planned exercise list for you to do while you are at the Clinical/Physical Therapy Visits as well. What is the best part of Working out? It feels great to be rewarded, right? Well when you go to Dynamic Physical Therapy Westbank, each and every day that you go to Physical Therapy you will get a Massage and or Tens Machine FOLLOWED BY HEAT. The service is always right on time! I always see happy faces on the whole TEAM. They work great together, help each other in many things, I've even saw where one of the new team members were a little bit behind and another new team member stepped up to help her by cleaning the matt that their coworkers patient had used without being told or asked to do so. I'm just saying that's just great teamwork!

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Physical therapy has a professional courteous staff and they are all very approachable and enjoyable to talk to. Each of the therapist are knowledgeable in there treatment plans and each achieve their goals. As a retired health care provider I was convinced I would need surgery to resolve my injured rotator cuff. Well I am happy and delighted to say I was wrong about needing surgery and after completing my therapy my shoulder range of motion is back 100%! No more pain or soreness! Fantastic experience: I’ve been at dynamic physical therapy for about 1 month and 1 week. Since being here after my ACL meniscus surgery they’ve guided me through the early stages of my recovery process. Paul and Craig are phenomenal and are both extremely knowledgeable about the recovery process and my specific type of injury. The whole staff is very nice and helpful. Fantastic experience: The minute you walk in the door from the reception desk back to the therapy area you recognize that you are in the hands of friendly and professional people. They make you feel at home, like you have known them all your life. I went in for a lower back discomfort issue and received some stretching and strenghteing exercises and some wonderful lower back massages. Within a couple of weeks I no longer groaned each time I sat down or got up. The immediate relief was welcomed and things got even better as time passed. All the personnel are so considerate and respectful. The facility itself is new and roomy with first rate equipment. Paul Naccari, the Westbank Clinic Director, also works as a Physical Therapist daily. Would you believe it? He even listens to his patients and what they have to say. Based on my input he made adjustments to my treatments and diligently searched for additional exercises for my particular need. Physical Therapy definitely worked for me and If I ever need it again there is no doubt as to where I will go because they are authentically DYNAMIC.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best physical therapy clinic! The whole staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. My therapist Paul was wonderful, and he took the time to explain the purpose of each exercise and technique. He pushed me every day and held me accountable for my exercises at home. He also gave me as much of his time as I gave him mine, so my knee is feeling a lot better thanks to him and all at Dynamic PT.
