The Movement Science Center

Fantastic experience: I have treated with Troy for two different issues, and he is exceptional. Further, everyone on the team goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: Initial eval performed by Troy Bourgeois who was skilled, professional, and exceptionally personable. I am doing home exercises for now but will return in the near future.

Fantastic experience: After suffering atrophy in my foot from a bad break, I had a leading medical institution (Ochsner) manage my Physical Therapy and after months passed with 3 different PT's I was not happy with the progress. I was not able to walk and at my wits end, I asked for a second opinion, so off I went to that Orthopedic Surgeon at Ochsner who recommended I go to the Movement Science Center. After the initial consultation before Christmas, I have been to 3 sessions and am walking again. The staff are amazing and friendly, thorough and focused on getting you healed, not how much money they can take off you. Not to mention the cost of treatment is way cheaper than the horrible service you get a big named PT's. I had 4 months of wasted therapy at Ochsner and in a couple weeks at the Movement Science Center, I can walk again. PLEASE make sure you look at MSC before you choose another PT. You may also save yourself from needing surgery too! I was told I may need it but I did not need it! Don't waste your time anywhere else!! MSC are fantastic and you will walk away feeling extremely satisfied with your healing!

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor/ therapist. Two people worked with me including the doctor and the specialist and they couldn’t be better. They quickly diagnosed my leg length difference, and more importantly talked me through all the issues related to it. I was promptly treated and I am ongoing treatment. I highly suggest the movement center.

Fantastic experience: I have required physical therapy off and on for the last 5 years or so. Unlike other physical therapy places in the Metairie area, they do much more than simply watch you exercise. They work hard and stretch your legs or arms, so you can have the range of motion that you would expect. They truly work with you ,so you can make real, if not dramatic progress.
