Fantastic experience: My counselor Vera is the best. She cares about her clients and wants them to have a new way of life. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

Fantastic experience: Vera is the Best counselor I have ever had. She ALWAYS understands what in going thru and gives me realistic goals that I can aim for. I would be lost without this program.

Fantastic experience: I think the Leonard clinic is a good place for people who are addicted to drugs to come and get help....the staff are all very nice and helpful I honestly can't say anything bad about them.....I want to thank Stephen Thomas, charmanique, Dario, Rebecca, Enrique, Kevin, hasanni lee, maria, Jessica, yavonne,Regina there are alot of other staff too who have been very helpfull fernando and cookie, white, also the guy who does the drug tests I can't think of his name as well as the nurses.....just wanted to thank all of you for being nice,caringand patient.....

Fantastic experience: The Leonard clinic has helped me a lot along with my counselor Miss Vera that's Ben guiding me thru my abusive times.I don't know where I would be without them. I thank God for them both.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived at the Leonard's methadone clinic I viewed its importance with the minimum of concern. Even tho I knew that drugs were destroying my life I felt as tho there was no hope for recovery. With the greatest of WILL power I couldn't stop using heroin. That is until I met my counselor Ms. SARA WIILEY. SHE CARESL ABOUT ME AND OTHERS AS THO WE WERE FAMILY SHE TOLD ME OF HER OWN FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HAD THE DESEASE OF ADDICTION. I COULD SEE THE PAIN IN HER EYES BENEATH THAT COURAGE SHE SO PROFESSIONALLY DISPLAYED. I BEGAN THINKING OF MY OWN CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. BECAUSE OF HER DUE DILIGENCE I HAVE ACCUMULATED 6 MOS CLEAN. I RECENTLY ENJOYED THANKING WITH MY FAMILY AND WAS TRULy thankful FOR THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF HER AND HER SUPERVISOR WHO ALSO OCCASIONALLY COMES OUT TO ENCOURAGE ME. THANK YOU FOR HIREING HER AND FOR A YOUR HELP GIVIMG ME A LIFE WORTH LIVING . Unfortunately there's a major concern with a HOSTILE WORK PLACE AS IT PERTAINS TOS ANGELINA

Positive experience: Ok I was there a few years ago n da worst experience I had was that on holidays or weekends da line went around da block but everything else was seemly tolerable

Fantastic experience: Miss Sharmaneke Outlaw is a great mentor and a awesome group counselor. She’s a great asset to the clinic and she always try’s to help everyone.

Positive experience: Personally I want to share that there are good counselors and bad counselors everywhere. And there's a few guys ones here at the lennard clinic. I want to personally thank Ms. Sharmonique Outlaw. She's one of the good ones. I really enjoy her groups. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: After many decades with The Lennard Clinic, I have only positive affirmative opinions about the services and staff of this facility. Nothing seems left to chance at TLC, you're afforded the counseling you need, the medical attention that is so vital, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant, with continual maintenance. I want to name a few folks, like the nurses (Betty and Mary are prize people, as they all are) and in administration there is Tanya Laughinghouse, and Carmen Moncrieffe, always available and friendly. Much credit is due to the Nursing staff, who are knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of treatment, and very attentive, especially Ms. Hyacinth. Security is especially sensitive to the varied needs of people, who may be impatient to be heard, which brings me to counseling services which are willing and very able to assist and guide. I can't forget our amazing "Ms. Cookie" who never met a problem she couldn't solve! After so long with Lennard (formerly ESACT-2) I've come to realize that all the staff goes above and beyond their particular job descriptions This is a place of hope and healing, with no judgments or attitudes. Folks have enough of that before coming in the door! So, in all fairness, it's important to show gratitude to the people who serve so well, in the very misunderstood disease of addiction . During this hectic time with Covid, I find TLC to be more than capable and very willing to assist and treat everyone, equally, and with a forward-facing attitude.

Fantastic experience: I want to say good morning to all the people that don't know just please save my life I don't live in Newark New Jersey anymore I live upstate New York South Troy three things I learned people places and things a change of heart loving caring and giving back you got to have God in your life we're out getting clean and do not have God in your life nothing is possible you got to work hard at it if you want to stop getting high do you want to stop drinking drugging I have did it and it changed my life forever I've been clean for about 5 years now God bless you keep your head above the water

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being counselled by Christana, she treated me like a woman never made me feel judged unfortunately she is no longer my counseller and I have been switched to someone else, and I am still struggling with the change , sometimes I feel I can not Express myself the way I did with Christiana, also since Covid, TLC seems run much smoother, I hope they keep Covid changes in effect, even after the state is back up and running . TLC you save my life each and every day. Thank you, Lisa K.

Positive experience: Let me just say that things have changed so much since I 1st started coming several yrs ago and since COVID-19 they have done everything to make it a pleasant and safe environment. I love Mr. Thomas he has helped me a great deal even though he's no longer my counselor and Cookie is a absolute pleasure. This is the 1st time I've managed to stay clean

Positive experience: It's a different type of experience y'all. It's rather small inside, however everyone is welcome. It works if you work it.. The staff there is excellent, especially the receptionist Cookie, she's a blessing.

Fantastic experience: Hi I feel blessed for being in this clinic the help me a lot with my addiction thanks to my counselor Theresa she is and angel for me she help me with everything the I need. And the receptionist Cookie she is a wonderful human being the clinic only work if you do you part they give you the tools and you got it use it and no matter how many people be around offered drugs the choice is yours no body obligated no body to get high my advice to the people struggling with drugs addiction just trying lennard clinic and you gonna get the help the you need God bless all the workers in lennard clinic

Fantastic experience: I am the Director or Prevention Coalition in Roselle. I have sent many of my people here to get healed and they all are fighting the good battle with the help of the clinic. Please use them. They are worth it to try.

Positive experience: Nice staff for the most part. If you're not going to give it your all don't bother going cause there will be more obstacles in front of you with all the hustlers in that area. Like some previuosly stated Miss Taylor is down to earth and Mr.Tony will help you also.

On The Serious Side, They Really Helped Me With My Treatment And With Me Being Pregnant Coming To The Clinic. If You are Looking To Come Off Of Pain Medications And Need Help This Is The Treatment You need. These Are The People That’s will Help You. This Clinic Works Hands On With Their Patients And I’m Speaking From A Client Fact. Everyday Won’t Be Peachy But If You work At It You will Get Threw Fast And Easy. You Will Feel Better After You leave This Place. Trust me they will make sure that. As Well As The Doctors and nurses. The D.O.N Is Really on Point too.

Fantastic experience: Tony is an extremely competant member of their staff who helped me to maneuver and resolve a bunch of problems during intake. i did not have the pleasure of having him as a counselor but Taylor had a sweet and accepting demeanor and felt like she came down to earth to meet me eye to eye at my level during conversation. The nurse Ms Carmen. The Doctor DrD lol and Christianne all amazing people helping the experience to go by easier

Fantastic experience: This is an update to my original review, I have resolved my issues with the clinic and me and my husband are planning on attending the clinic ASAP, we have had some issues with our schedules but we plan on starting and hopefully it will be a smooth and positive start to our recovery. I would like to thank Ms. Ware for her professionalism, and graciousness as she reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issues that had been keeping me from going back to the clinic. And thanks to Mr. Garcia for another chance. I have a feeling that we our going to have a positive experience moving forward. First of all, this place is the worst! I was attending this place and I wanted my husband to also go, and the director and the counselors kept asking when he was gonna come. He goes to do intake and he is told he has to start with IOP because of the amount of bags he is using, NO ONE starts with IOP there. No one! The director Mr. Garcia refused to speak to us about the matter and would only go on the opinion of the intake person. And we were told if he would not agree to IOP he could not attend!!! We had a grant from and I think they were either mad we were not self pay or wanted to rip the state off!!! Unprofessional, do not follow guidelines, because it’s In the guidelines, that IOP is recommended after you do Not stop using and a TEAM decided, not one intake person! Discriminated against us because we were not the correct color to attend this place!! A joke!!’
