Positive experience: Staffing very professional and courteous. They are engaging and listen to clients issues or concerns. They will give you follow up instructions for your personal care plan. Henry was my primary physical therapist and was absolutely wonderful and very supportive of my healing process. Over all the staff are wonderful employees and very assisting and they have a nice establishment. Make sure your consistent with your therapy schedule because they can be fully booked and lack of consistency will make you healing process extended.

Fantastic experience: I first started going to Active Method PT back at the Medau location. I tore my ACL and went through extensive PT. Henry is awesome. He is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely kind and passionate about his job. Without his care, I wouldn’t be able to do normal activities such as walking or working out. I owe a lot to him and his excellent skills that put me on the right path to getting stronger. The rest of the staff are extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend Active Method PT because they care about your well-being. I have had nothing but a great experience and have extreme gratitude towards Henry. He is 100% dedicated to all his clients and is always ready to challenge you to get stronger.
