A team of licensed and certified rehabilitation professionals is available at every level of care, from inpatient hospitalization, to acute rehabilitation, to outpatient therapy.

CHI Health Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute, a CARF-accredited acute facility, offers services to help patients reduce physical and cognitive limitations caused by conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma and stroke.

CHI Health's many outpatient locations offer physical and occupation therapy, for orthopedic and neurological issues, speech and swallowing disorders, lymphedema, pelvic floor and balance issues.

Each year, CHI Health - Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute compiles a report which details our quality tracking and how we measure up to centers throughout the country.
