QLI’s revolutionary Chronic Pain Rehabilitation program combines medicine, education and psychology to promote greatly improved physical function and emotional well-being.

Using both remote rehabilitation services and on-site therapy expertise, QLI’s Limb Loss Rehabilitation program helps individuals acquire and preserve skills and meaningful freedoms following the loss of a limb.

Fantastic experience: QLI is one of the most amazing places to work at. I came to QLI from the east coast, and it has not disappointed me. This is a work environment that does not compare to any other place that I have worked at. Their mission statement is highly valued and incorporated into every single activity that is done here. If you have a loved one with a TBI or SCI at this facility, know that they will be taken care of like they are family, because here, they are. I wish there was more that I could do to advocate for QLI, because this facility is so life changing for anyone that comes through their gates.

Fantastic experience: My husband was at QLI recovering from a brain injury from December of 2018 until May of 2019. The concept they follow of empowering the person to be as independent as possible is amazing! The staff is very caring and work very hard for each client to gain home independence. We highly recommend QLI!

Fantastic experience: After being away for so many years being on the campus again meant so much! QLI Means/ meant so much my last visit. To be around Qualified and experienced wheelchair individuals makes me love this place that much more when it comes to wheelchair equipments

Fantastic experience: I took a tour of QLI today. What an awesome place with people who really and truly care. I was so impressed with the facilities and the culture. Truly a unique gem for Omaha and the entire country. Great job everyone at QLI!

Fantastic experience: I am a courier driver for all local hospitals, so I see all the facilities in the omaha area! I would highly recommend this facility over others for the simple fact you can feel the heart strings in this place!

Fantastic experience: Very nice up to date facility for people to live, receive Top Notch services. Allows those that need to live here with the capabilities to have the freedoms to do as they please, with requirements by the facility that must be adhered to. Very nice Peaceful environment With On going services for the residents that Do live here. Available physical therapy, nourishing meals served 3 times a day. Laundry facilities available . Many amenities offered. Very qualified nursing staff. Beautiful courtyards throughout ~ , ')

Fantastic experience: My son has been at QLI for quite some time now after a terrible car accident. His experience at QLI has been a life saving event for my son and our family. The staff from top to bottom is unbelievable, the professionalism, compassion, expertise and competence is something that our family is very grateful for. Every person I've ever come in contact with has been friendly, helpful and has exhibited the compassion to my family and my son that separates this facility from any other place on this planet. Without QLI, I can't imagine where we'd be. Thank you!
