Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Specialized PT by a friend in our parish, and I could not have been any happier. Jeff and Brad were wonderful in rehabbing my knee. They are very intelligent but made sure that I understood everything in non-medical terms. They, and the rest of the office, were always very friendly and helpful. And scheduling appointments was never a hassle, even when I had to call and change times due to work. My knee feels like new!!! I hope I don't need PT again, but if I ever do, I am certainly heading back to Specialized Physical Therapy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am two weeks into rehab for shoulder surgery and everyone here is very friendly. My Physical Therapist is very knowledgeable in explaining exercises and stretches and encouraging in my shoulder rehab.

Fantastic experience: Rock Valley Physical Therapy was outstanding in all areas. I went to them for a nagging inflamed Achilles, which had been bothering me for 7 months. Their facility was excellent and their friendly support staff, namely Madison provided great communication and service throughout. Cole, my physical therapist's knowledge and expertise were unmatched. He identified my problem and provided me with stretching and strengthening exercises, which addressed the root cause. After 8 weeks I'm back to my 100%. He also provided me with a maintenance plan that will allow me to maintain my active lifestyle. I highly recommend Rocky Valley Physical Therapy. Over the years I've gone to three other physical therapists and Rock Valley is by far the best.

Fantastic experience: My physician referred me to Jodi at Rock Valley Physical Therapy for PRI. I had chest pain regularly, which was diagnosed as a muscle issue. Jodi was very pleasant to work with. She gave me numerous exercises to strengthen my muscles in my chest and in my body. Within three months I no longer had pain. I have referred family and friends to Rock Valley. Jody Rocks!!

Fantastic experience: Since staring back late July, my Physical Therapist Cole Meadows lead me in my recovery from a partial tendon tear in my knee and it was definitely a great experience working with him as far as creating the best plan and workouts that would help me on my journey to get back doing what I love to do the most in life. I would definitely recommend his services if you want someone who is methodical, and very detail and a plan to reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I had two knee replacements within 3 months, so lots of PT needed. The therapists and supporting staff were all very helpful in getting me back into shape. I am walking better than I have for several years. Still need some strength conditioning, but not something I need a well-educated, trained PT for, so I am now graduated from their care. They are very careful to work with your health care provider in determining your needs for therapy. They quickly learn your name and recognize you with a big smile when you walk in the door.

Fantastic experience: Undoing decades of poor posture with severe upper shoulder & neck pain isn't easy but, it can happen if you find the right therapists and listen to them, then take the time to rehab. Using Postural Restoration Therapy, Jodi & Tom at RV worked with me to correct my posture which in turn, relieved my upper shoulder & neck pain and has improved the quality of my life 100%. I can resume my daily activities without pain, tho if I do suffer pain, I have the activities & stretches to take care of it almost immediately. Thank you Jodi & Tom, you saved my life

Fantastic experience: I went here for a couple month's because of an arm injury due to baseball. It helped speed up recovery time, and gain confidence to throw again. I'm back to pitching now at full strength. Cole was great to work with.

Fantastic experience: I personally interacted with nearly all the staff at Rock Valley over the course of several months. I enjoyed all my interactions. The staff are all professional, knowledeable, kind, friendly, giving and working to patients' benefits. I'm glad to have met and known them and better for it.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy journey was made successful and enjoyable because of the staff at Rock Valley! I went to Jodi Reerink for Postural Restoration (PRC) practices. Tom was her assistant and they both took wonderful care of me. Each visit they took time to listen and ask questions to gain understanding of how to best support me and my healing process. They were both so knowledgeable and caring with their therapy, and helped me reach my goals in therapy! Not only their excellent care, but they are both outstanding people to work with. I enjoyed getting to know both Jodi and Tom personally as we worked together. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to PT by my internist for my hip and back pain. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming! They dealt with insurance so I didn't have to. My therapist Kevin worked with me in developing a plan specific to my needs and easy to continue on my own. He was very kind and attentive to my comfort level. Also worked with Cole who shared the same kind of expertise and compassionate care. The time I spent in therapy was very beneficial and I felt great being free of the discomfort I had initially experienced. I would recommend Kevin and all the staff at Rock Valley for anyone who is in need of Physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: How fortunate for me to have found Rock Valley Physical Therapy at 108th and Maple Street in Omaha. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout my entire physical therapy journey there, which started the day after my shoulder surgery. I was guided along the way to recovery by an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist whose skill and knowledge of the profession was indeed impressive. I also appreciated the wonderfully designed new facility and the amenities offered there. I recommend this Rock Valley Physical Therapy location at 108th and Maple Street in Omaha to everyone.

Fantastic experience: In my 30’s, I developed chronic pain that kept me awake at night, woke me up (if I rolled over wrong) and, at times, even made sitting uncomfortable. Last summer, I was volunteering with a friend and she recommended I work with Jodi Reerink at Rock Valley Physical Therapy. I finally took the plunge and made my first appointment with her. Therapy isn’t an overnight fix but I’ve strengthened muscles, improved flexibility and learned how to readjust my body to encourage my body to use the right muscles and not overuse the wrong muscles, leading to ongoing discomfort. Initially, I invested 8 months, 47 visits with Jodi and Tom, and 52 practice hours for a grand total of 146 hours in physical therapy. It’s been two months since my two weekly physical therapy appointments, however, I continue to spend a minimum of 15 minutes a day on physical therapy repositioning, strengthening, and stretching. I wanted to quit multiple times as progress plateaued but I am grateful I finished strong. My chronic pain in my feet, hips, and shoulders are gone. I am continuing to increase my strength in running and pushups. I went from being able to do 5 pushups to now doing 25 on a daily basis. Thank you Jodi, Tom, Nancy and Maddie for encouraging and challenging me to find freedom from chronic pain and strength for my physical goals and activities.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy at Rock Valley for the last month, since rotator cuff surgery. I actually look forward to my therapy! The therapists are excellent. And the staff & therapists are very caring & friendly. I feel I am receiving the absolute best care I could have, & am having a very successful recovery from my surgery. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I went in with persistent moderate knee pain that I had for quite some time. Belake did a thorough assessment and came up with a treatment plan that I could easily follow at home. He tried different techniques to see which would work the best for me and he was constantly communicating with me so I understood what was going on every step of the way. Now my pain is more manageable and my mobility has improved and if I ever need to come back due to injury or worsening of symptoms, all I have to do is call Nancy and she will set me up with another appointment. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the team at Rock Valley Physical Therapy they really went above and beyond and Nancy was super patient and accommodating in regards to all the last minute schedule changes I had to make. The facility is super clean and the equipment looks new. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rock Valley Physical Therapy is wonderful!!! I was there for roughly 6 months for my lower back, and my pain has been entirely resolved!! The environment was clean, friendly, and happy, and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. The staff was friendly and always asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a physical therapist!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into Rock Valley I felt welcomed. The receptionists were so friendly and explained the process and benefits so well. I went to Kevin Robinson for PT, he was fantastic! I felt he really listened to my condition and quickly came up with a game plan to get me back to normal. Each visit I came home with exercise printouts to work on that were very well explained prior to leaving. Once my PT was over Kevin and I discussed exercises to do when I feel a flair up in my back. I highly recommend Rock Valley PT!!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at Rock Valley now for two injuries, one of which was after a surgery. The attention to personalized treatment and amount of care from the entire staff is what made me come back without hesitation for my second injury. I worked with Kevin a majority of the time, who kindly listened to my goals and worked with me to achieve those goals. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the lovely front desk staff you are surely in good hands.

Fantastic experience: The team at Rock Valley Physical Therapy are great to work with. I had an old knee injury that just kept getting worse. My sister-in-law suggested Rock Valley, as she had went to them after a shoulder injury. I called and was pleased at the customer service of the front desk team. I was able to get an appointment that same week. I met with a Physical Therapist, Blake, and a student, Jake. Both, very professional, caring and great listeners. Together, we talked through what the current problem was, recollections of how the injury had progressed and what my goals were. They worked with me, challenged and encouraged me with exercises during each appointment and gave me exercises to do at home. There is also an app that allows you watch videos of the exercises (in case you forgot any of them) and to track your progress. Throughout the series of appointments with Blake, I always felt heard, encouraged and cared for. In today's world where you may get only a few minutes with a provider at an office visit, you sometimes barely have an opportunity to ask questions or get clarification, before they are off to another patient. This is not the case for the team at Rock Valley. They listen, they ask follow up questions and really get to know the people they are working with. I'm pleased with the progress we made and feel that I'm on a path forward to a healthier journey. And if there are any missteps that I need some help with, I know I can call Rock Valley Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I chose Rock Valley Physical Therapy for shoulder rehab on the recommendation of my brother in law. I was not disappointed. I had no problem getting appointments scheduled that fit my time frame. And they were prompt in starting my scheduled therapy sessions. I appreciated the way they pushed me in my therapy and gave suggestions and advice for my at home care. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and help. I will not hesitate to contact Rock Valley if and/or when I am in need of additional physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Rock Valley for a mid back problem. I have had issues with my back for some time. Previous attempts at PT from other providers did nothing more than minimal relief. I hesitated trying again but so happy I did. Kevin listened to my problem and issues and worked out a program for the area I needed. After 2 months my pain is controlled and I have the much needed relief I needed. I am now able to complete tasks and function with much relief. My home/gym routine continues and is easy to stick with because of the results I have seen.

Fantastic experience: My right shoulder had been in pain for years, and I finally decided to seek help. I have already had my left shoulder and right knee replaced by the capable doctors at Ortho Nebraska and when I tell them where I'm having my therapy done they always say "good choice"! My third time having therapy at Rock Valley Physical Therapy with Jeff Zimmerman and his associates has not disappointed. In fact I have no problem trusting them with my needs and highly recommend them to everyone I know. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. I just picked them from a list my doctor gave me after my knee surgery because they were the closest to my house but I got lucky because I don't think I could have found anywhere better. Kevin was my therapist and he knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable about the body and how to get it back into the best shape possible. He explained each exercise he had me to do me so I understood the mechanics of what was happening and how it would help me. Some of them were obvious but some of them I never would have known to do on my own without him recommending them and knowing how they would either directly or indirectly strengthen my knee. He took measurements before I started and throughout the program he put together for me. It was encouraging to see my improvement materialized into actual measurable results. I regained the full range of motion as well as the flexibility and strength of my other knee and am certain both of my knees physically improved from my sessions. I worked with several other employees here when Kevin was on vacation and they are all very professional and great at what they do. Kevin put together an exercise routine for me to continue to do at home after finishing at the clinic complete with instructions and videos and everything. It's been about 7 months since my surgery and I am as good as new. Have been back to work since 3 months after the surgery and have been doing great. Haven't had any issues with my knee at all and I have an extremely physical job. On my feet all day getting in and out of a truck over 200 times each day, carrying packages up to 150 lbs up multiple flights of stairs, across rough, uneven ground, etc for 10+ hours 6 days a week. I would not be able to do this if the staff at Soecialized Physical Therapy didn't get me back into the shape that they did. I couldn't have possibly had a better experience than I had here. Everyone working there is friendly, professional, and fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend this place. Let them help you get in shape or recover from an injury or whatever it is you need. You will not regret it. You will get the best possible results with their help without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: The care and expertise at specialized physical therapy was amazing. They work with your needs your strengths and your weak areas and help you build back what you lost in an effective efficient time. Blake was excellent to work with and really made my recovery much easier. Fantastic experience: I went in to get a bicycle injury treated after being told by a doctor that PT was the way to go. I went in not knowing what to expect, but everyone there was very helpful in coaching me through it. And to when I had progressed far enough they helped me to build an at home exercises routine to continue getting better without them. It also helps that they were very clean there, they had people there disinfecting the equipment between uses and we're not a distraction when working with a therapist. Overall I'm glad to be able to walk out being better than before the accident.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in a bad car accident and needed therapy after having surgeries while in the hospital. Jeff and Brad were amazing in my recovery process. They were engaged in my daily activities to be sure I could get myself back into my normal routine and always focused on areas I was struggling on. They were always professional and kind. They pushed me through my exercises but were always attentive to my weaknesses. I enjoyed their humor as well-it made therapy fun. I must also mention the phenomenal front desk staff. They welcomed me at each visit by name, opened the door for me when I couldn’t, made certain I got to my ride safely, and just made me feel at home when I walked through the door. Fantastic experience: This past summer I had a serious accident involving a fracture to the radial head of my elbow, and torn ligaments. After surgery the next step was starting physical therapy. I had physical therapy at two different places in Omaha eight years ago for a sprained ankle. I was cautious in my choice this time around because I knew that not all physical therapist are created equal. My surgeon highly recommended Jeff Zimmerman at Specialized Physical Therapy. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped me understand my treatment process. I appreciated his honesty and strong ethical principles. Jeff pushed me hard each time and probably tried to keep my mind off my pain with lighthearted conversation and laughter. I was fortunate to work with another highly skilled physical therapist, Brad. He was always very patient and calm. Brad worked miracles with his hands for my healing. The staff was always warm and accommodating. They constantly cleaned equipment and kept the environment immaculate. Jeff and Brad put together a great personalized home exercise program for me. This support is valuable, and I will continue to diligently put in the work to further my healing. I am grateful I have been under both of their care. I would highly recommend Specialized Physical Therapy to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty extensive surgery in March of 2021, and I knew I was going to need physical therapy as part of my recovery. I did a google search to find a Physical Therapy Clinic that was close to home and met my scheduling needs; Specialized Physical Therapy was the first clinic that showed up on my google search! And I am SO incredibly grateful that it did! I have had the most amazing experience there over the past four months! Everyone is top notch; from the front desk staff always greeting every client with a smile, to the Physical Therapy team whose only goal is to ensure the road to recovery for all clients is as effective and thorough as possible. I had the pleasure of working with both Jeff and Brad during my time at Specialized Physical Therapy, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my therapy treatment plan! Both of these individuals teamed up to create an individualized plan that not only challenged me but allowed me to realistically attain my physical therapy goals. In the event that I need PT in the future, I will without a doubt, be returning to this clinic! I would absolutely recommend this clinic to all of my family, friends, and coworkers. Fantastic experience: For me this was my first time doing physical therapy and all I can say is that my experience with specialized physical therapy has been amazing. Kevin was my physical therapist and he did a great job assessing the discomfort I had with my pectoral muscle. Before doing physical therapy I would always have some discomfort doing things that engaged my pec muscle whether that be working out or other forms of physical activity. Near the end of my therapy and even after I’ve been doing so much better and I’m finally able to go back to the gym consistently and do other things with very little to no discomfort. I would greatly recommend Specialized Physical Therapy to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My personal physician recommended I see Jeff Zimmerman at Specialized Physical Therapy for a shoulder injury. When I need dog food, I usually throw the 48 lb bag on my left shoulder. This time I lost control of the bag, and received a frozen shoulder in exchange. Nancy and Devin were helpful in scheduling appointments at 2 locations, so I could maintain therapy with Jeff. Jeff seems to be the go to guy in Omaha for shoulder injuries, and is also an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist. If I was unable to schedule with Jeff, I scheduled with Brad. Brad is a TPI Certified Therapist. I was in very good hands. I was unable to make 3 weekly visits for therapy sessions. I received online videos and maintained my daily exercise program. My range of motion is better now than before the dog food fiasco. Please consider Specialized Physical Therapy for all physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. I had a shoulder injury that put me out for over a month, and I couldn’t paint, draw, or do anything I normally do. Kevin was my main therapist, and he did a phenomenal job working with me to get my shoulder feeling better. Jeff and Brad also worked with me a few times and they were all great. Very thankful to the whole team for helping me be able to do art again!

Fantastic experience: I used the services of Specialized Physical Therapy after two different surgeries during the past nine months. Because of the care and skill of the therapists, I never minded going. I liked the fact that I usually had the same persons to work with. The whole staff was welcoming and caring. I got good results from the therapy and recently graduated. Now I am doing the follow up exercises at home which they provided. I highly recommend this physical therapy service.

Fantastic experience: I just finished 60+ days of therapy for a torn meniscus and I can honestly say I was a little sad my treatments were ending. This was not the first time our family has used Specialized Physical Therapy and there was no question of where to go this time. I was always greeted with a smile from everyone at the front desk and if I needed to reschedule, they were very helpful. Kevin my therapist is experienced, competent and skilled. More importantly, he is friendly, sincere and honest...truly a great guy! I cannot give enough positive feedback about my time spent with this remarkable group.
