Fantastic experience: I personally think this place is great — at least the Pain Medicine department. My partner is a patient of Dr. Zheng, and she & her team are always wonderful to him.

Fantastic experience: These people literally saved my life in the Fibro group. I went from basically bedridden to playing stage shows as a musician.

Fantastic experience: This place is simply fantastic. I have frozen shoulder and my therapy has been top notch. They care so much about the comfort and happiness of their patients. I see them give this type of service to everyone that goes there. My therapist is Adam and that man is actually healing me. If you want world-class physical therapy then you'll want to go here. If you want to be treated with care in a pleasant atmosphere then look no further. The staff there are healers......As for the bad review left here. I have seen none of these issues when I go there. As for calling they always return my calls. or even call me directly if there is a change in schedule. Maybe they have a much better staff now. The current staff seems really great and my therapy is excellent. I so sorry your experience was not like mine.

Fantastic experience: I don't understand the negative reviews because I've always had pleasant experiences here. The staff was kind and respectful towards me every time and Dr. Bernstein was attentive and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I can't believe that the bad reviews i'm reading are about the same place. I'm going here for OT after surgery on my hand. Every employee has been courteous and friendly and the therapists are all very knowledgeable. My hand is recovering very well and they care about my overall wellness. They do their best to work around my schedule. I've recommended them to many others. I researched facilities and feel that I made an excellent and well-informed decision. Parking is easy, although it's $5 in the lot. Even the parking lot attendant is super nice. I would give six starts if I could.
