Fantastic experience: OMG!!!!!!!! This is the place to be. Did I say to be……. I meant to go. The staff is very caring, and concerned with your physical therapy needs. They’re professional. When I first went there which I started in September 2023. I literally was in tears because of the pain I was having. They were understanding of how I was feeling and assured me that they were there for me and to help me get better. They made me feel like “we got you.” I finished my therapy recently. I’m sooo glad I chose this place to do my therapy. I’m feeling better. I got my life back. Thank you select physical therapists @ Blue Ridge rd. You guys are the bomb. com❤️❤️❤️‼️

Fantastic experience: Mr. Marcin was able to identify my problem and provided exercises specific to my care plan. As a first timer going to physical therapy not knowing what expect I very happy I was referred the the practice.

Fantastic experience: MARC IS AGREAT THERAPIST. HE HAS HELPED ME WITH MOTOR CONTROL/SLOW MOVEMENT AND IMPORTANT TO DO STRETCHING EXERCISES. MARC IS LAID BACK/ NOT PUSHY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE PT, THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY RELAXED/NO STRESS/AND THAT IS WHAT I ENJOY.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Select Physical Therapy by my GP for Sciatica that wasn't getting better. After my first visit I had immediate relief. Marcin Ostapinski was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to treat it and no pain meds needed!!! I'm now a believer in PT.

Other places I’ve been before tried to get me to schedule beyond my availability which was annoying, but at Select they work with your schedule and provide quality care during the time you have available. Therapists are all very kind and knowledgeable and it feels like they actually care about you and have a vested interest in your recovery and healing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I rehabbed here a year ago following lower back surgery, and I'm currently rehabbing here after shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff. The staff and service here are excellent. The therapists provide exceptional personalized service and are always focused on attaining the best results for every client. Scheduling is easy and flexible, and the environment is relaxed and welcoming. Geoff and Kenneth are highly skilled and professional and work diligently to create and maintain an effective, personalized therapy plan for every client.

Fantastic experience: Geoff, at Select Physical Therapy, is AWESOME!! He is SO REASSURING AND DOWN HOME, yet EXTREMELY professional!! The ENTIRE STAFF (Alexis and Kenny) is SO WELCOMING AND CORDIAL!! I feel like one of the teammates EVERY TIME I attend a session!! I feel confident that Geoff is committed to helping me identify a safe plan of recovery. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS!!!

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome and caring staff. They go above and beyond to see you through to your recovery. Also with the new normal of Covid, there is extreme care in maintaining social distancing with patients and with keeping each of the facilities equipment sanitized. I appreciate Select Physical Blue Ridge, they have been extremely fundamental in getting my body back on track. Highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: You wouldn’t think that PT would be “enjoyable” but this staff set that type of atmosphere. All were kind and made a valiant effort to use SD and cleaning all areas throughout treatment. Geoff was especially attentive, kind and encouraging to me as patient with my recovery :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Select Physical Therapy on and off for the past 2 years. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have been treated exclusively by Kenny Lynnes for a handful of different ailments from a broken finger to a torn calf to general maintenance and injury prevention. Kenny has been great at helping me through injuries as well as preventing others. He always takes his time, and I never feel like he rushed through working with me to get to his next client. Kenny is well versed in different techniques, from manipulation to dry needling, and he is good at articulating what he is doing and why he is doing it. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy and Kenny Lynnes.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a couple of years now and the care I have received has been above and beyond any other place I have been. All of the therapists are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything and really know what they are doing. Mary has developed a dedicated strategy to help me recover and im very satisfied with my progress. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience working with Kenny Lynnes over the past year. He helped to solve an ongoing problem and I know I can get an appointment when I need to. I wish I had enough time to go every week because it is so relaxing, helpful, and for the massive improvement on my back pain.

Fantastic experience: I recently started physical therapy at Select, my Physical Therapist is Kenny, and he is great. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with physical therapy but kenny makes it easy and really seems invested in his patients. Alexis the receptionist is also very nice and easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely painful sciatic nerve issue. I went twice a week. We had very good detailed conversations that I felt were very eye opening. The discussions helped me learn that I was over stretching one position and doing something I shouldn't with another. I was back to my usual self after 5 weeks. No pun intended.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Select was great. Professional care, flexible schedule, friendly staff, and most importantly, tangible results. Also, this is a small thing, but they always have good music playing, too.

Fantastic experience: My son is an avid football, basketball and all around athlete. He's been having issues with his hamstring and his upper back/ shoulders. After just a few visits with Kenny he's gained the tools to loosen up his sore muscles and safely stretch as well! I would highly recommend Kenny and his entire team at Select Physical Therapy!!!

Fantastic experience: I first met Kenny and the Select Team after my wife's foot surgery. As a result of her experiences and successful recovery, I used Select to address issues with my knee. The knee results were excellent! Based on my previous experience, I'm now back with Kenny and the Team after recent rotator cuff / torn bicep surgery. I would say my progress / recovery has also been excellent and is way ahead of schedule. I credit Kenny and the Select Team for this success. The Team, Kenny, Jessica, Mary Margaret and Alexis have all been great!

Fantastic experience: As all employees @ Select.... always demonstrates professionalism, competency and excellent bedside manner. Wonderful explanation and education of care plan and needed exercises. I had "dry needling" done for muscle spasms which released/corrected prior to me leaving office. Jessica's technique was very gentle and very effective.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for several months and consistently have received great care. The PT's are professional and knowledgeable. The entire clinic, from the front desk to all the PT's, provide top-notch service. Scheduling is easy and the PT's are flexible. They try their hardest to accommodate your schedule. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Select Physical Therapy for back/sciatic pain and I am very happy with the service and attention I get; Josh and Kenny are always focused on ways to improve how I’m feeling and whenever I address a specific problem they work on the area and put forth extra effort, which I greatly appreciate. I leave the facility feeling like going to work isn’t as challenging and I can tell a big difference physically with pain levels and my mood is improved. There is a physical therapy facility located in the medical practice I work at but with such great and knowledgeable staff that have improved me it’s worth the little bit of an extra drive to work with Josh, Kenny and Karen!

Fantastic experience: This is now my second time at this location. First time was for recovery from a meniscus repair and now for getting back my range of motion from a broken upper humus. The staff here are really great. Focused on helping you recover as quickly as possible and working on achieving your desired goals. Fantastic experience: I was at work last week when I realized that my back didn’t hurt when I leaned over. It has been awesome to work with Kenneth Lynnes. He has helped me work through my soreness and given me the exercises to maintain these improvements on my own.

They work around my hectic work schedule, verified my insurance benefits before my first appointment, and are always kind and accommodating. Most importantly, they've helped me regain my range of motion, and almost completely alleviated the pain I'd had for over a month-- there's no where else I'd go for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Kenny Lynnes has helped me recovery from numerous sports injuries, aches and pains. He is very friendly and skilled, with a commitment to helping me recover to continue active athletics, with a combination of in-clinic therapy and home exercises. This is a great place to go for recreational (or pro) athletes who want to go get back up to speed, way beyond returning to basic "activities of daily living".

Fantastic experience: I came in to see Kenny at Select Physical Therapy with a painful foot (tendonitis). After a couple of visits I honestly feel like I have a new foot. The therapists are helpful, professional and know their stuff! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure, I work for this company. I really enjoy spending time at our Blue Ridge location, the therapists and front office are a pleasure to work with! I would brag about all of their combined qualifications and offered services etc. but you would just assume it was an obligatory review. Instead, I will say that this is a group of just genuinely cool people to be around. They try to keep it light and no one takes themselves too seriously. The fact that they are experts in their fields (PT, Athletic Training, Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Therapy, Occupational/Hand Therapy and Office Administration) is icing on the cake. Fantastic experience: Couple of experienced and personable Physical Therapists at this location. Easy going and easy to talk to. The worst thing is when the person helping you heal is hard to talk to for an hour. Attentive to your progress and willing to change direction of therapy if it doesn't seem to be working.

Fantastic experience: I have used Select Physical therapy to help with pain in my ankles. Today, with continued stretches and exercises of my feet and ankles that they showed me, my ankles are much stronger and the pain is minimal. The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic experience: Kenny is great in such a creative approach to my foot issues, rehabilitating my joints, tendons, toes to be able to get back to my power walking exercise..so important to my well being. While my impairment is minor arthritis with aging, they take it as seriously as if it were a major impairment. I enjoy the appointments. The therapists are knowledgeable, relaxed and very focused on my needs. I could not recommend this group more highly.
