Fantastic experience: I spent 2 months visiting Select PT, i cant say i enjoyed it, i was in sever pain, but i enjoyed interacting with the fine members of staff including Dr Michelle, admin staff Elezabeth , and for first 2 weeks Kyle, would say friendly , courteous professional , and can pin point exactly what is wrong with patient's body. and find exact treatment needed. , i would also recommend them, though i can not compare them to others ( i have never been inside Pt clinic before and pray would not need it again,

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE.. They are so helpful and even though you're in pain, they help you so much. I have been going here for awhile due to a worker's comp issue and they are nice and they always ease my pain.

They have quite literally been helping me get back on my feet, I’m learning to walk again after a bad broken leg. I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after each visit. Working on my recovery with Michelle and Paige has been good for my physical and mental health… I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, knowledgeable of multiple recovery processes. The whole team (Michelle, Paige, and Beth) is amazing. In 6 weeks, I was able to perform tasks that I didn’t think were possible. My TMJ had improved by 5 degrees in 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my time at Select Physical Therapy. They put me through the paces when it comes to PT and it has paid off... within a few visits I noticed my pain subsiding. We continued on for a period of time and they suggested I was good enough to exit PT and recommended I continue what I learned from them at home. Super cool, they told me swing by anytime if I felt my pain coming back and they would assist me. Although they have to get paid for their services, it definitely never felt like that was their focus. They were always about me getting better first! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Select Physical Therapy on Benson Drive in Raleigh since September 2018. I specifically sought out a therapist who was a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists as I was moving from DC and wanted someone with the same credentials as my therapist in DC. Luckily, I found Michelle Sapsara who has been instrumental in helping me maintain some range of motion and strength before I finally decided to have hip replacement surgery. Now, she is helping me regain that lost strength as I rehab from my surgery. I enthusiastically recommend Michelle and this clinic. Warm and friendly environment, and knowledgeable therapists.

Fantastic experience: I do not believe i am finished with them yet but i have been doing Physical Therapy with them for about a month now and wow, they are very professional and friendly, the treatments they told me to do have helped me out tremendously. If i could give them 10 stars i would.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to Select Physical Therapy at 3301 Benson Drive. They really do an excellent job. I have pain in my shoulders due to an injury and over exertion. When I go there I am in a lot of pain and can barely move my arms. When I leave I feel so much better. I also enjoy the information that they email me on how to manage my pain and how to sleep with pain on various parts of the body. They really go the extra mile. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and staff at Select PT always do a great job keeping my 69 1/2 year old body functioning in high gear. An avid biker, swimmer and walker needs occasional stretching and tweaking to operate at top efficiency without pain, and I'm living proof that age does NOT need to restrict your activities...especially if you have Michelle pulling for you.

Fantastic experience: A PT recommended Select Physical Therapy and specifically, Michelle Sapsara to support recovery from a concussion. Although I very much needed PT, I found it difficult to even make the appointment. I am so glad I did. I have found Michelle and the whole office to be helpful and supportive.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Select PT from my rheumatologist to help me recover some strength from living with RA, and I am so happy that she did! The staff at SPT is super friendly and very helpful. They truly listen to what I explain about my pain and come up with targeted exercises for me that I can do at home to remain consistent in my therapy. I am very pleased with my experience so far and look forward to my therapy sessions here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: My experience with select physical therapy was very powerful. My weakness gave me strength, my strength made me stronger. Select gives you strength to over come and they give you courage to go on, because what you think as impossible select sees as possible . Give them a try and you will be like me the impossible dream.
