Fantastic experience: Dr Mumma did a fantastic job of treating my IT-band syndrome. I am a runner and triathlete, and after 6 months of dealing with this injury, she was able to get me back to running pain-free in a matter of just 2 sessions. I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge base and her ability to assess the root cause of what was causing the pain, and then develop a treatment plan that I found to be reasonable and well-rounded. Dr Mumma is super friendly and she's a great listener! If you are an athlete dealing with an injury, go see Dr Mumma. She too is an athlete and she understands the athlete's mindset. Triangle Chiropratic & Rehabilitation Center is a very pleasant facility. The treatment table is HUGE and very comfortable. I highly recommend Triangle CRC!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mumma is a invaluable source of information. As an CrossFitter, runner and mom of twins she has helped me in every aspect of my health. After seeing several other doctors for my Diastasis Recti and receiving minimal help, it was such an amazing relief to find Dr. Mumma. Her knowledge on Diastasis Recti and postpartum recovery and fitness helped me to see my first results in healing my Diastasis and it gave me the confidence to keep working towards healing. Dr. Mumma has also helped me work through knee pain while weight lifting has given me the tools to be able to lift pain free.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mumma is always very helpful and accommodating. I recently came in with a nasty case of plantar fascitis, which I had for several months wanting to take care of it myself. There were times I could not even walk because of the pain. After 4 weeks I am completely pain free and able to hit the ground running again, literally. I cannot thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: After three years of recurring lower back and hip pain, I was referred to Dr. Mumma. After the first visit, I left the office with a greater understanding of my symptoms than I had ever had before. She takes the time each and every visit to ensure I completely understand every detail of the treatment plan to correct it. She also ensures I have a way to contact her in case of questions or concerns between visits. I will go to only her from now on for not only chiropractic issues but for any physical therapy I may need. She is very knowledgeable and I like that as an athlete herself she is able to relate.

Positive experience: Everyone was super nice. However they don’t work with any insurance companies. My first visit was $120.00. My second visit would have been $80.00. I was told to come twice a week for 3 weeks in a row just to start. For some this wouldn’t be an issue but for others it’s just way too much. I also never received a set plan it was “let’s try this first and see what happens”. I think if they worked with an insurance company or offered a discount for multiple visits that would have helped. I went and saw a different office and have been helped for $15 a visit. My advice would be too pair with insurance companies too help your “patients”. If you are well off and have time they are a good option. let me make something clear everyone was super nice and welcoming. Just hard to fork out money I need for something that “could” work or could take a long time to fix when other offices take insurance and are just as helpful.

That’s not just because they have a competent, brilliant network they’re happy to refer out to if needed; it’s how you feel walking through the door. If you’re seeking help for aches or pains the work here can sometimes feel like magic. Triangle CRC has a holistic approach that takes into account your mind, beliefs about your body, and the infinite connections between parts of your body. Today Dr. Mumma did some weird thing w my shoulder that “magically” (my words) reduced my hip and foot pain. If you let them, they will take care of you, help to teach you about the power of your body, connect you to it in the ways you need to heal better, and hold space for your emotions. I’m pretty sure I’ve cried here before and nobody tried to change me. Today I left cheered and smiling. Come as you are!

Fantastic experience: My first experience with any type of chiropractic treatment. I must say I was very nervous and apprehensive. The staff and Dr. Kristopher are wonderful, they have a sweet and wonderful disposition that makes you feel right at home. Dr Kristopher takes his time and explains every thing to you. I would definitely recommend this office to family, friends, and apprehensive first timers.

Fantastic experience: These ladies not only helped me pretty much walk without pain but they also healed my soul. I am a very active person, between working out, my job, and a 7 yr old.. When I came in to see Dr. Mumma and Dr. Smith, I couldn't walk without pain, I could not bend forward, and I could not sit. For three months I went and saw a massage therapist, chiropractor, and PT.. I did not get any results from, my symptoms became worse...My first visit with these magical ladies I was able to actually walk correctly, my second visit I bent forward for the first time in months, and yesterday I did my first workout WITHOUT PAIN. I have never been adjusted before and after a thorough evaluation, she did a quick adjustment/massage AND gave me tools to strengthen the muscles at home. I felt instant relieve and even more today! Fantastic experience: I bring my 8 month old baby to see Dr. Smith and she is fabulous. So sweet with little kids and babies and she really knows her stuff! I also see her and feel completely comfortable opening up. She doesn’t just crack my back and send me on my way, but really listens, helps, and gives me exercises to do at home that are effective. This office is the most kid friendly doctors office you will EVER find! There is always a cool new toy or fun friend for the kids to play with. You will not find better chiropractors in the triangle than Dr. Smith and Dr. Mumma at Triangle CRC!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best overall chiropractic office I have ever been to. With lower back problems, I’ve been to a few. Dr. Mumma and Dr. Smith are both very passionate and thorough with their work. They not only take care of you during your visit, but also give you helpful advice for things to do at home!
