WakeMed Outpatient Rehab’s licensed therapists specialize in treating children and adults with sports and other orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, wounds, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, speech-language deficits, swallowing issues and problems after stroke as well as many other conditions.

A physician referral is necessary for all outpatient rehabilitation services. WakeMed OneCall manages all physicians referrals and scheduling for outpatient rehabilitation services.  Patients may call direct or physician practices may call on their behalf.

WakeMed Wake Forest Road, WakeMed North Hospital and Raleigh Medical Park locations operate under the license of WakeMed Raleigh Campus. WakeMed Cary Hospital and Ashville Avenue locations operate under the license of WakeMed Cary Hospital. The physical therapy practices in the Physicians Office Pavilion at WakeMed North and Cambridge Village operate as independent practices.
