Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pivot PT for PT and OT since late March. I have had a huge improvement in all of my daily activities. I've had a life long issue with clumsiness and as I'm aging, it's getting worse and was even affecting my hands. At 44, I couldn't tie my shoes anymore. I have a cerebellum ataxia which is a weird, genetic condition. I feel like I have been educated on how better to use my body. I really think that I've made so much progress because the therapists take time to explain the why as well as just the excersises.

Fantastic experience: I went to Pivot PT after my surgery to repair a torn distal bicep tendon. I worked with David Basirico for nearly 5 months, starting when I was still in a brace. We started off with 2x a week sessions focusing on getting blood flow back in my bicep and shoulder along with mobility work. My therapy concluded after 5 months post op and I have full use of my bicep, less pain and a better understanding on how to return to normal life again. The care I received from Pivot was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: In 2020, I decided to use my work from home time to not have one, but two knee replacements! The key to my successful recovery has been physical therapy at Pivot. From my initial assessment, Jenny, my physical therapist designed a program that worked for me. It wasn’t a cookie cutter plan for anyone who had a knee replacement. She took into account where I lived, my physical fitness and my lifestyle to ensure that each of my new knee implants brought me back to where I used to be. Jenny motivated me on the days when I struggled on those last few exercise repetitions and pushed me harder as I got stronger. She always patiently listened to my concerns and always had suggestions/solutions for me. Now, as I am in the middle of rehab for my second knee, I can attribute the success of my physical therapy to Pivot and their staff.

Fantastic experience: I heartily recommend Pivot Physical Therapy to anyone in need of this service. When I called with a serious case of Vertigo, the receptionist worked to find me an appointment with another of their offices that had a vertigo specialist who could see me sooner. The front desk receptionist, Kailey, was friendly and professional. She knew my name every time I walked in the door. Wearing a mask during Covid makes that seem near impossible but she appeared to learn the name of everyone who walked through the door. My appointment with Neelam was incredible. She was the first person in all my years who took the time to ask me questions, listen to all that was a concern, tested me, and only then made a diagnosis instead of prejudging me. She proceeded to offer a same-day treatment that immediately relieved my symptoms. After nine weeks of dealing with vertigo, this felt close to miraculous to me. Due to my prolonged illness, I developed a neck problem which she has worked to correct. I have noticed a steady improvement after each session and am so grateful to her for recognizing and treating this problem. I was surprised and well pleased to discover that all of their therapists are highly trained medical professionals with advanced degrees in physical therapy. These folks know what they are doing. I notice that all of the staff in this office display professionalism and develop a very positive relationship with their patients. What a pleasure it is to see a business operating in such a manner as this. Again, if you need physical therapy, you need to call this office!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and flexibility with appointments and working with their patients to find out the problem and the best way to tackle it. Very personalized for your specific issue and never felt like I was being pushed too far or being sold on another appointment. Everyone is very kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had a TKR on April 9h 2019. On April 16th I began my PT program at Pivot. I had no ideal what to expect. From day one my treatment plan was explained so I could understand the process. I was empowered to take the lead in my road to recovery. The staff was very friendly and professional. My Therapist, Ryan made every visit enjoyable by encouraging me to achieve my goals, I am now post opt 4 months and I am so happy I had the "Pivot experience". I give Pivot a 5 star service status. Their facility was always neat clean and inviting. Should I have to do threapy again my choice hands down would defiently be Pivot Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: This location of Pivot is wonderful! The front desk is really friendly and helpful. Holly is truly amazing, she is the best PT therapist I have ever had. She's so personable, her energy is positive and upbeat, and she has hands of magical steel! She's so intuitive and explains why you're there and how to fix it. I feel very comfortable with her and her you can really tell she's knows her stuff! I have watched the other therapists with their patients and they all seem very engaged, knowledgable, and have a rapport with them. I never have to wait and would definitely recommend this location!

The therapist is very tuned into what your needs are and very attentive to you the whole time you're there. I have been going to Pivot for one thing or another for over 5 years ... Low back, neck, shoulder, knee, leg.

Fantastic experience: First visit and was very pleased. A friend who is a PT but works in a different area recommended this group. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They work together to help their clients. I watched them escort wheel chair patients to and from parking lot. Amir was my PT. He is very professional and I appreciate the step by step explanation of what he was doing and what I need to do. I came in pain of about 7 and left down to a 3. For someone whose been in pain for over a month, I celebrated my relief. I'm excited about my next visits. I didn't realize that they didn't accept cash so the front seat attendant said I could pay on next visit. She was also such a great professional. Great with a smile and positive support. I recommend this location.
