Fantastic experience: I am a patient at the Sunnybrook Rehab Center. Getting out this week. I have nothing to say but great things about the staff here. Sometimes I'll lay in my bed and wait for complete silence before falling asleep. In the mean time I hear Nurses and Nurse Aid taking care of patients as they have dealt with me. They have the sweetest spirit when dealing with us. They always remain calm. I don't want to start naming names out of fear of leaving a name out by mistake. I met lots of other staff members here and they too were nothing but pleasant. The PT and OT staff I think I fell in love with them just by our first conversations. Simply amazing people that are here with love in what they do to help patients. Bottom line, I felt and heard much love here. Thank you Sunnybrook Rehab Center.

Fantastic experience: My mom was at Sunnybrook for about 13 days. Everyone there was excellent. Management, nursing, aids, therapists and staff were so caring and considerate. It was truly unbelievable that every person in that building went above and way beyond to take care of my mom. If I could give a rating above 5 stars, Sunnybrook would get it. I was blown away by their compassion.

Fantastic experience: My father in law has received wonderful care at Sunnybrook. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. There has been no questions that we have had that went unanswered. We have had experience with a couple other rehab facilities in the area and Sunnybrook, by far, has been the best!

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to sing the praises of Mara Hammett, director of admissions at Sunnybrook. I first contacted her while organizing a skilled nursing facility for my mother after her discharge from Rex hospital. Unfortunately, my mother's plans and decisions changed, and she will not be going to any rehab facility. Mara called me weekly to check on the progress of my mother. She is full of compassion and genuine concern. Mara is one of the many angels that I had the pleasure to communicate with on this very difficult and emotional journey. Thank you for your generous support and care for me and my family!

Fantastic experience: My father is very sick. The service provided is quite well. The foods good. And it’s the only place where the food made my dad want to eat anything other than a protein shake. The ladies and men that work here do a better job than some of those facilities in Cary. The floor layout is one floor two main wings. Nurses can jump around to rooms with ease. And the rooms are big. If you’ve got very few choices where to go. This is the spot your loved ones can be. I trust the people that work here. Very well communicating crew. The old man didn’t want to be anywhere else. Thank you sunny brook rehab!!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10, food prepared well, CNA’s treated both my mother and me well during her brief stay, was well thought and cared about during our time here at SunnyBrook! Special thanks to Ashley Erwin, the admin, who was very kind, and CNA’s Katelyn E and Shante, who were there almost every day and aided to my mother who can be fairly difficult…. But they kept a positive attitude and you could tell they took time and love to help all the residents but especially for their dedicated work!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff who care! CNA's do a terrific job, and the Care Team works with you to ensure your loved one is receiving appropriate treatment. DeAnna, the Nurse Med Manager, helped work through some medication errors that were made in the hospital which greatly aided my father, and I cannot thank her enough. The food at SunnyBrook is wonderful! The chef made sure to see that my father's food was perfectly prepared to suit his semi-solid diet, and every meal was delicious. Facility could use some updating but they make every effort to ensure your loved one is cozy and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked into this facility til the time I walked out, I did a lot of observing. From the receptionist, Atina, to the office mngr.,Raymond, to the cna's, two of which were Odette,and Linda, to the speech therapist, the physical therapist,the RN's (Jerri AND Judith Barnes come to mind)and even the housekeeping, I saw everyone working as quickly and as well as you would find in the best of facilities. I and my family were treated with respect and dignity and as much care as they could give. Any time I called to anyone for help ,they were there as soon as possible. I could not ask for more. Fantastic experience: First and foremost, i am not now or have ever been affiliated with thIs facility...no one is breaking my arm or paying me any money to post this review. I was a patient here for about 3 weeks to gain strength and mobility back from a heart procedure. Have nothing but good words and praise for everyone. Wish i could remember and mention everyones name...Ms Andrea, Ms Anna,Ms Dee Dee.....are just a few. Positive experience: Don and adon are really great and trying to fix the place up. But a very bad shortage on cnas they will work you very hard here.

Fantastic experience: My third time here. I requested to return here again when I needed physical therapy and rehab. Excellent and thorough staff and program. I would recommend Sunnybrook to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with the care that I received at Sunnybrook. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff works very hard to make sure that the patient’s needs are met in a timely fashion. The PT/OT staff is very attentive to each individual’s limitations and work to help the patients reach their goals. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunnybrook!

Fantastic experience: My mom was at Sunnybrook rehab for almost two years I loved it and she loved it she called it home. The staff is great and friendly. The ladies in the business office was spectacular they went above and beyond with any questions I may have had. I really do miss seeing them everyday, and so does my mom. Thanks for everything. Fantastic experience: I am the Activity Director at Sunnybrook Rehabilitation Center and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a better team and a more caring family. And yes I consider everyone in this facility to be my family. The amount of compassion and care that the staff show throughout the day is tremendous. We have such a wonderful therapy team and nursing staff and it shows in our residents. I would honestly recommend my family to stay here at this facility.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say that my experience here at Sunnybrook has been a pleasure the staff is very warm and kind to the patients and the social worker has helped me get from the beginning to the end she has worked with the staff here helping to get things posted on the outside so that my transition will be smooth the social worker Miss Allison has stuck by my side through thick and thin even on weekends she's had to come in to try and help me out so I'm very thankful to staff your son
