Fantastic experience: Both my son and I have received treatment at Tanas. They are very professional, courteous and yield unbelievable results. We were both experiencing upper back/shoulder pain and found almost immediate relief under the supervision of the Tanas staff! I recommend Tanas physical therapy to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I've attended Tanas Physical Therapy for the past four years. I have fibromyalgia and assorted chronic pain issues, and the treatment and staff that Tanas provides are above the standard of other places. The usage of multiple techniques to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles gives me great relief whenever I go for a treatment. The staff are beautiful people, and I will be going here for as long as my life situation will let me.

Fantastic experience: Nabila is the best PT person in Raleigh-Cary area! I have terrible problems with trigger points and arthritis. She can get me back on my feet. Her excellent education in PT gives her a depth of knowledge and willingness to use that knowledge to help people. It is not just an in-you-go, and out-you-come formula PT experience. She gets to the root of the pain and works with you with joy and grace.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience at PT Solutions. My daughter (11) needed help with knee pain resulting from the muscles surrounding her knee not keeping up with her quick growth and later a sprained ankle. Phil did a great job of working with her to strengthen her knee and ankle so that she no longer has pain. I was also happy with his patience and ability to communicate with her in a way she could understand. Payton was also great to work with and always helpful. I would recommend them and we would come back should the need arise in our family again.

Fantastic experience: I walked into PT SOLUTIONS in April, 2021 with severe Biceptual Tendonitis and Severe Bursitis in my right shoulder. I literally entered the building holding my right arm across my stomach as if cradling a baby. I was unable to raise my hand above my head which made the simple things like dressing myself, reaching for stuff just across from where I was sitting or standing very difficult and painful. Imagine standing at 5 feet 10 1/2 inches and still needing a ladder to get something from out of the cabinets... NOT COOL AT ALL. It has now been 5 months, and let me jus say, the team at PT SOLUTIONS, is ALL THAT and THE BAG OF CHIPS! Arun, Becki, Danielle and Peyton are all very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and above all empathetic in their process! They put together a plan of innovative techniques and treatments that targeted the injury area as well as the areas surrounding the injury to heal, strengthen and ultimately rehabilitate and recover my shoulder. Today I can reach above my head into those cabinets, dress myself without limitations, and utilize my shoulder to full capacity as I did prior to my injury. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from hip pain for several months before my mother suggested that I go see her Physical Therapist. They got me in right away and I have been seeing Becky ever since! Today is my last visit and I can say I have absolutely no more hip pain! Becky was the best! She's so friendly, down to Earth and an amazing therapist. She will definitely make you put in the work to heal, but it's all worth the time and effort! She now sees other members of my family so it's a family affair lol. The front desk receptionist is the sweetest person you ever want to meet! Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Becky at PT solutions for my bunion surgery. Becky has been awesome! She truly cares about her patients. As my foot healed Becky listened and tried different treatments/exercises making sure my foot healed. Her advice was spot on as began running again. I highly recommend Becky!

Since I have been working with Arun and Becki my pain is gone, I can move and live so much better. I have been to so many PTs and this team is by far the most caring, kind, get the job done, motivating, and encouraging I have ever worked with. This is the first place that by the time I walked out of my first appointment I felt significantly better. They are both so smart and very well versed in what they are doing. Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Tanas for physical therapy. The staff are very professional and have great bedside manner! I have multiple issues through my back and neck, including bad curves, degenerative disc disease/ arthritis, to chronic trigger points. I have tried PT before and multiple other procedures without any relief. With Tanas I feel I have been making progress on some pain relief and better mobility. From the great stretches and exercises they gave me, to the deep massages, tenz unit, and ultra sound heat with vira. I am very impressed and let me mention the dry needling I get done with Nabila. She makes sure to talk to you as she is doing the procedure and will stop if she feels it is too much. I feel it has helped a lot more than anything I have tried. Fantastic experience: I'm a Vietnam Veteran and I had shoulder pain for a long time, I needed help with the pain, I was sent to Tanas Physical Therapy. My right shoulder is the worse. I had limitation with the right shoulder. They work with me with physical and massage therapy. Within 12 visits… the decreased limitation of my R. S. movement had increased.
