Fantastic experience: We love this place. It's better than what we expected it to be. They have done a lot of upgrades, it was already fine before but the remodeling has made it even nicer. What we love the most is that the staff is really great with my mother. They totally get Alzheimer's, they have activities all the time, and they are at their level. They are very proactive, they notice things before we do. Even on paper this was the best option. We like that there are activities going on all the time. So my mother isn't just sitting in her room by herself all day. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The staff and admissions coordinator go above and beyond. They did everything for my mother. Their standards are right where they need to be. They are rated five stars for a reason.

Fantastic experience: My mom had to stay here, and while she was here it was the best experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly. They took such good care of her too. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and if I had to, bring any family here again too.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing. Very clean and nice. It was well kept and you could tell the staff there were happy and friendly. They answered all my questions and the tour was amazing.

Positive experience: Mother was there for rehabilitation the experience was great a long with the smell of the place Cherry fragrance everywhere and always clean. Would like to thank Bonnie for calling and accepting my mom four stars for her. Now just to name a few people Donna the physical therapist five stars goes above and beyond, Shirley the CNA, nursing assistant five stars goes above and beyond really there is no words for her. Other supporting staff also Kayla RN, Elton physical therapist, thank you all for going above and beyond and other staff I did not name there was a lot of support and love we are grateful thank you.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to everyone here! I can't think of one negative thing to say about my stay. Everyone treated me like family and so helpful all the time. You are all so genuinely kind and caring. Your smiles and encouragement carried me through recovery. From management, to the nurses and therapists, to the kitchen, to the cleaning ladies, and so on. Every one of you always made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. If I ever need to go to a rehab place again, there is nowhere else I'll go. You guys are the best!!

Fantastic experience: Valencia Gardens is a great place to stay at. Very clean the staff is wonderful with the patients. They have alot of activities for the patients. My experience was great that if I would have to stay at a care facility again that is were I would let my Doctors and Family memebers know that is were I would to be sent to. The facility is a WONDERFUL PLACE!!
