Fantastic experience: Front desk staff was slow and took way too long to give paperwork to fill out for a new patient. But the Dr there as well as the X-ray tech we’re professional and I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The two Cramer Doctors brothers are truly life savers, words alone wouldn’t be fair or enough to express their talents, I had suffered a chronic lower back pain from a major fall, and car accident for many years until I came across these Doctors at Hider Spine, they fought for my L5 S1 surgery until it was approved, that surgery actually was so successful it helped me get my life back on track, and they’re always continuing to care and monitor for my situation even after the surgery, Thank you both Doctors Cramer.

Fantastic experience: Had major back surgery and my results are better than I thought they would be. I know each case is unique and I am one of the lucky ones but having a surgeon that knows what he is doing controls much of the outcome! I was blessed with Dr. Cramer as my surgeon!

Fantastic experience: my name is Moises, i want Recommend dr Babak Khamsi he did a surgery in my lower back, lumbar spinal stenois , he did a good work, i wasn't able to walk more then 10 minutes, or stand up for 7 minutes, wihtout numbness from my lower back to my feet. After the surgery on 1/16/2023 i can walk without numbness. i don't have any problem. i still recovering. but everything is going good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cramer is amazing. I had cervical decompression surgery and fusion, not only did he make me feel comfortable and confident that I had the best possible team for my surgery and I feel surprisingly good only a day later all considered. I genuinely look forward to continuing my care at Haider Spine Center, I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: After a life altering car accident at 52 years left me somewhat disabled and in excruciating pain. I hopelessly remained on a surgical waitlist in Canada with no hope while my life, and my families lives, passed bye and remained on hold. My Uncle who was a patient of Dr. Cramer and his dear wife Vicky who was also a patient, live in California and introduced me to Dr. Dennis Cramer and his incredible team. Once I was able to prepare for the long flight ahead combined with the completion of the grueling paperwork and tests to leave Canada and return post surgery, we went ahead and booked surgery within the month. I was frightened but so hopeful to have some relief from pain. The day of surgery was so pleasant and relaxing, the staff was attentive and thorough, I was very comfortable. Two weeks post surgeries and the minimally invasive procedures compared to the Canadian procedures. I have at least %50 less pain and have mobility that I had forgotten about for the first time in 2 years. While my recovery will continue for sometime going forward, after two years I am already a much better version of me. The future looks so hopeful, thank you Dr. Cramer. Fantastic experience: Good afternoon My experience with DR Kenzie on my past surgery , It was successful. Thank god for his hands and staff that help in my spine surgery ,I can continue walking and trying to do my life again it’s hard sometimes because when we are in older age our bones are not the same but we could do life normally in a different way but I can do this so I can thank to my DR that did my surgery on my spine and staff surgeon. Fantastic experience: Dr. Khamsi was very clear and has been very clear of my treatment. I am so glad I was referred to Haider Spine Center. It has helped me knowing that the doctor has taken his time to explain the surgery procedures and my recovery after that. Staff members have done an excellent job. They are courteous and promptly with all my needs. It's so hard to find a facility that have both doctors and staff that care. At Haider Spine Center I found both things. Dr. Khamsi is amazing. Very much recommend this Center.

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter had a spinal tumor. The doctor was great and very caring and through. People in the office are also great. Don't understand the low marks on the reviews.

Positive experience: Doctors Haider is great that who I see but the reception sucks they don't call you or they set appointment then they don't you tell you it's closed on the day of appointment there is no one to call like on call doctor now I don't have my meds and suffering if there is anyway to get ahold of dr Haider please let me no

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Cramer from 2009 with my back Surgery the only problem why my back didn’t get healed was all my fault. I went back to work way too soon I had to care for 5 dependents two children and two parents and a brother. I could not be off for work that long and had to be on my foot in 2weeks

Positive experience: A man violently threatened me and physically lunged at me after he cut in front of me in line. The front desk staff person and other staff jumped back and were very little help. I don't feel safe here as I am here right now without my own transportation. I threatened to call the police if he kept it up he then said, "better check yourself". My heart is pounding as I am disabled and feel in fear of that man they still let be in this office. I don't feel safe or supported by staff.

Fantastic experience: The office is obviously a little outdated and the front office is completely understaffed but the girls are so sweet and helpful. The doctors are always very nice and they’ve provided really good treatment for my husband over the year. My only complaint is that the girl in the back office Veronica is very rude and sometimes it’s hard to get through the phone lines but other than that I’ve had a very good experience and always refer my loved ones.
