I am going to step up my physical exercise, get a custom brace and get out there and play 3.5 tennis!

Fantastic experience: I had my first post op appointment 11 days after knee replacement surgery. By the time I went to that appointment my pain level was half of what I had been living with for a number of years. I told PA Andrew how grateful I was and what I thought about Dr Shah and his team at Arrowhead Ortho. Yes, I recommend them, absolutely.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time in this office great stuff .I saw a doctor Bret Powers he is the doctor you want to see after over 2 months and suffering from the pain and scheduling an appointment from Murrieta office he make it easy on me he show respect and caring for his patient he took his time to explain everything to me and make it a little bit easier on me I want to thank him so much for treating me with respect I'm not rush to get out and saw other patient thank you doctor Dr bret.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghazal is an excellent doctor. He’s kind, understanding and has a lot of patience with his patients. But the receptionist in the front in other hands are not good at their job. I had an appointment on Tuesday 6/27/2023 at 11:40 am but was not seen by the doctor until close to 2:20 pm because of lack of communication at the front office. I understand they are busy and I’ve waited to be seen for an hour or more but this time close to 3 hours was ridiculous. Overall Dr. Ghazal is an excellent physician

Positive experience: Upon trying to make an appointment over the phone the receptionist we got spoke in a tone that screamed of not wanting to be there. Luckily, we were able to get someone else with some improved customer service and had an OK experience making an appointment. We were referred to this location by our primary doctor and were told that the office would contact us which never happened and we had to do on our end which resulted in our barely mediocre experience with the front desk. On the day of the appointment, we arrived 1 hour early and were not seen an hour after our appointment time. I was hoping things would go differently compared to what many reviews said but this was not the case. Compared to the wait time the consult and treatment time was brief. Once we were physically at the office customer service was slightly better at the front desk and the doctor and other staff that attended us once we were finally called in were polite and attentive.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice, understanding and kind. I felt listened to and heard. This is my first major injury. I've never been so nervous of the unknown but the staff were compassionate. Dr. Powers was awesome. He listened to my concerns, went over my chart and even pulled up my xrays and explained them to me better. I now know what's going on and we have a plan. Please be kind to the front office staff. They were very busy when I checked in. They are doing their very best to get you in a room and seen. It could be because the doctor takes his time with you that there is a wait time. Honestly that is okay because you are heard and leave feeling confident about the care you receive. Worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: PA-C. Andrew Rives is a great person. I had two surgeries done January and March 2022 Both hands had carpal tunnel both hands had trigger finger. Dr. Sang Le with Arrowhead Orthopedics did both of my surgeries and I’m 100% better with no limitations. Dr Sang Le is a very good surgeon. Most of all my follow ups were with PA-C. Andrew Rives and I must say that PA-C Andrew Rives is very knowledgeable and he listens to what you have to say and he’s never in a rush he takes his time with his patients and does a thorough exam. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gahzal was awesome. He answered every question I had about the surgery and even showed me actual video of the procedure. I had rotator cuff repair. So glad I changed to Arrowhead. Surgery went well with only 4 very small incision marks. The staff at Arrowhead office were very polite and professional. The staff at the surgery center were just as professional and polite and very friendly. You're there for surgery so they know how to keep you calm and relaxed. 5 stars for the Arrowhead surgery center. My overall experience is definitely positive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very nice and professional. Not sure if he was the PA or Dr but Mr Andrew Rivas is the greatest. He was very informative and provided the best care. I don't wish to come back to this place being that I was here because my 12 year old fractured his wrist but if I do have another unfortunate event this is the place I trust.

Comforted by his bedside manner, care and concern for me and my mobility issues also pain levels. Since receiving Cortisone injection my pain is tolerable. Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew was very nice and thorough and I appreciated his explaining the x-rays and next steps in mmy recovery. The nurse who removed my stitches was gentle and very sweet. X-ray tech was gentle and patient. The casting nurse was soeedy abd patient.

Dr. Hadley did a great job on my surgery and I want to thank him & everyone that assisted him on the surgery.All Nurses that assisted me before and after my surgery treated me above and beyond and made me very comfortable both before & after my surgery. Also wanted to thank Megan Straw for making the process go so smoothly and helping reassure me that everything would go good before the surgery. Dr. Ronny Ghazal has everything that I have been looking for and I recommended him for all my family members as well as I highly recommend him for whom ever has been suffering dealing with many greedy and unprofessional doctors. Fantastic experience: Dr Ghazal is the best in the business.. hands down! He spends whatever time it takes to discuss your ailments and recommends treatment plans. It’s an added bonus that he’s a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME)! This means he’s certified to write comprehensive medical narratives for disability claims. He genuinely cares for his patients and it’s clear that he’s very passionate about orthopedics! The staff at Arrowhead are exceptionally friendly and thorough; they were all very customer/patient-centric and make you feel welcomed and cared for. Oh, and if you’re a military Veteran, I would highly encourage you to have him review any VA disability claims associated with his Specialty. Not only is he patient-centric but he’s also very Veteran-centric! So whether or not you’re a Veteran, he will undoubtedly take care of your medical needs! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I get early A.M. appointments. Do not have to wait long at all. Dr. Grames is thorough but quick. Staff are very nice & competent at their part in the office. (If people had a long wait it's probably because the Doctors' are taking good care of patients ahead of you).

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery in 2018 after a severe car accident. Dr. LaRose identified the issue right away, and performed the surgery. Unfortunately, things happen not in a doctors control in a little bit of pain persisted. Second surgery in 2020 resolve the issue. He’s a very skilled surgeon, very to the point and takes care of his patients. His office staff is very professional and on it. Best experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Alan Ceralde, PA was extremely patient and attentive during my visit. I left with very good advice and a better understanding of my situation with the confidence that it was based upon my input and history. It was clear he was familiar with my case when he walked in. I highly recommend him to others!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ronny Ghazal, is my orthopedic surgeon here in the High Desert. He is a very good surgeon, thorough, and concise. He is very good at being a real person to his patients, does not treat us like a dollar sign, does what he has to do, without being concerned about what the insurance company wants to say about it, and does a wonderful job at it...the facilities that he operates out of are also top notch, and the support staff working with him are very good also...the surgery center that he had me go to was also very nice, clean, and helpful, to me and my driver . If I had to do this all over again, I would work with this doctor again. I also recommend him for anyone who would need surgery on their shoulder, which is what i had done...please take the time to search out his office, that would be nearest you...

Fantastic experience: I needed a left knee replacement and had great success three years ago with the right knee replacement through Arrowhead Orthopedics. I was a bit skeptical knowing the first surgeon was not available. Soon found out there was no need to be concerned. Dr Jahng was wonderful with a super personality. Staff also have a way of putting the patient at ease. I knew what to expect on the road to recovery but again the results greatly surpassed my expectations. With everyone’s care and my personal commitment to physical therapy and exercise, recovery was swift. Skilled personnel were there to explain every step. Fantastic experience: I unfortunately broke my ankle! I have an hmo and it’s nit easy to navigate through the referral system sometimes. This time, it was easy and fast with Arrowhead ortho. Once I received my auth I got my appointment the next day. The front office team was really nice and quick. The back office team was great. They were friendly and supportive. I was lucky to see Andrew to care for my fracture. He was awesome. I felt confident that everything was taken care of. I have my follow up plan and I am ready for my recovery! I would recommend this place for sure!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy team is doing a great job. They show compassiin and personal care for each client. Im going three times a week for shoulder therapy recovery. I must say the best reward is the electric therapy. It hurts so good thanks

Fantastic experience: They are busy, but I never have to wait long to see the Doctor. Staff is very nice and try to accommodate me. Dr. Solomon is very gentle and kind. His demeanor is calming and he is a smart guy. He is quiet at first. But he listens and I dont feel rushed by him. Just a sweetheart.

Fantastic experience: The nurse staff was amazing very polite very nice and when u call for a nurse thay respond right away as for Alan from Dr Hopkins office he is very professional and courteous I kind wrights down everything u say and a great patient respect. Fantastic experience: Arrowhead Orthopaedics / Riverside is an excellent facility. The staff and medical assistants are friendly, polite and professional. Dr. Powers is a superior orthopaedic surgeon. He cares about his patients and takes his time asking questions and reviews the scans/mri's that were done with you. Dr. Powers completed surgery on both of my knees (different years) and the results each time were terrific. I highly recommend Dr. Powers and his medical staff. Fantastic experience: I arrived at my appointment slightly hesitant because of the bad reviews I read. My experience was very good. I arrived about five minutes late. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My appointment was at 9:30, I was called back about 9:45. The total wait and appointment was about an hour and fifteen minutes. I saw Dr. Kadambi, who was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff assisting him were polite, I didn't come across anyone rude. The office was quite busy. I don't normally do reviews but after reading so many negative reviews I figured I'd share my good experience.
