Fantastic experience: This FACILITY is the best i was admitted in August and discharged October 13 im 27 i was fighting a bone infection that nearly left me with having to amputate my leg i was taken to this facility to under GO IV antibiotics treatment the staff is officially like my FAMILY the saved my foot and LIFE i was very aggravated when I arrived picky as well but the staff did everything in there power to accommodate my needs and where very understanding when i had days that i just need to be alone they made my life so much better i did have some issues that i addressed to management and by the next day all was taken care of i was even bullied by my own insurance company about things i need to live a healthy lifestyle BUT my case worker STEPHANIE put HER foot down and got all my personal necessities ON the spot she even got me transportation for all my doctors appointments now that im home PALM TERRACE in Riverside California is the greatest facility!!!! DAVID is a good MAN always made sure i was taken CARE of BETTY is a wonderful woman who always made sure i got around the facility with a BIG SMILE Nurses are the best they ALL made sure i was comfortable in my room i didn't even have to ask for things everything was always there for me .... POINT BLANK... PALM TERRACE is MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

Fantastic experience: My mother was sent there for rehab. The staff were so professional and nice to her, she wanted to live there! LOL!! They are very experienced when it came to rehab for my mother's condition. My mother passed away yesterday, and I will never forget what Palm Terrace did for my mother, and the way she was treated. Thank you Palm Terrace!!

Fantastic experience: I just visited this facility for the first time, and it is so well taken care and clean. The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The building was so clean and smelled good. Not your stereotypical nursing home.

Fantastic experience: My mother stayed here for 2 weeks after back surgery. I was very impressed with the care and attention they gave her. She stayed at Arlington Gardens for 2 days. It was horrible!! Palm Terrace is very nice, tucked away facility with great views. It was clean and everyone who workes there is very friendly. CNA Angelica Camacho was wonderful and very attentive to my moms needs. Mom is leaving to go home today. She actually told me she will miss eveyone at Palm Terrace. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!

Fantastic experience: My husband was admitted to Palm Terrace Care Facility, he was so weak from a long illness that he didn't have the strength to walk or even feed himself. After 15 days of their care and physical therapy he was walking, dressing himself and eating three meals a day. The nurses and physical therapy staff are excellent. A special thank you to RN Clint and physical therapist Sean. I have visited family at other skilled nursing facilities and this one is very different. They are cleaning all the time. My husband's bedding was changed frequently, they helped him put on clean clothes everyday. The meals are cooked at the facility and the food is fantastic. The CNAs are very caring and take good care of their patients. Medicare shows 5 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 for this facility. I give them a 10. Thank you for returning my husband to good health. Everyone working here deserves high praise.

Fantastic experience: I researched many facilities before placing my mom here. This one was the best fit. My mom has been here almost a month and I have only good words for this review. Kim and Laura in admissions are the best. Kim was wonderful to talk to to get things in order and if I have questions. Laura handles all the appointments and transport. The real deal is the nurses and physical and occupational therapist though! Those are the ones my mom raves about. The ones that spend the time with the family member are the most important! Noah and Nancy are the kindest and sweetest CNA's. I just adore them. They treat my mom so kindly. My moms nurse Paulina is great, and her wound care nurse Pricilla is great also. Everyone has been wonderful from the doctors, speech pathologists, nutritionists, social workers, etc. The fact that the facility has allowed me and my dad to visit so often and be a part of my moms recovery is the best part. That's huge when someone is rehabilitating. Having the support of one's family can make or break someone and the fact that they understand that makes this lace the best. As far as location and cleanliness this place beats the rest. The outdoor area is beautiful and has a view for taking walks. The inside is always kept clean and I know because I come all the time. Vaccines are required to enter the facility for protection to the patients. Otherwise you must test and do dinning room or outdoor visiting. Those are the rules at the moment at least. I thank them for even allowing me (fully vaccinated) to be with my mom because she was bed ridden for most of her stay. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family member recovering.

Fantastic experience: My grandfather was just moved here from another care facility that was lack luster to say the least. There nice to there patients and the view is amazing if your not vaccinated you can only visit with your loved ones which is totally understandable. I'm soo happy he is here now.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the level of care from attentive nurses but also the rehab department. They worked with my dad to improve his strength and mobility.

Fantastic experience: Transferring my grandmother to a rehab center was a difficult decision to make as a family. We where scared, especially with covid. Thank you to admissions, rehab and nurses for being so welcoming and caring. Especially the Director of Nurses Jane and Social worker Stephanie, who kept us updated with progress and communicated with us during her stay

Fantastic experience: I’m lucky my husband and I found Palm Terrace for my mother-in-law, to help with rehab after a life threatening fall, and two hip surgeries. The entire staff was great, nursing, therapists. My entire family is grateful for them helping us through that time. Thank you nurse Clint, you were so helpful and nice to my entire family, and my mother-in-law said how you always made her and the patients laugh, and made sure she was okay. We will never forget. Keep up the good work guys. We will all get there someday, and with people like you guys around, people feel safe.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for taking care of our Grandma Isabelita Enage. Great place for rehabilitation. She recovered fast. Nice to have picnic on Sundays and my mom always visited her.

Fantastic experience: I just picked up my boyfriend from a 3 week stay and we both can't say enough good things about the friendly and helpful staff there. They made amazing strides in how he is able to do things that we all take for granted. Thank you palm terrace for everything.

Fantastic experience: Es un hermoso lugar,la ayuda es increíble, le doy 5 estrellas, porqué se lo merecen este reconocimiento, tengo a mi mamá ahí y la ayuda que recibe es maravillosa, y el personal es un amor, ellos siempre viendo bienestar para las familias, es un respiro para los que cuidan al familiar enfermo, la rehabilitación que recibe es maravillosa ,las enfermeras/os los hacen con mucha paciencia y con mucho amor. Palm Terrace Care Center, es el mejor lugar que he visto, un lugar de rehabilitación,un lugar que inmediatamente te hacen sentir parte de su familia , yo lo recomiendo ampliamente, es un lugar donde tu puedes confiar a un ser querido. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive experience: Well I'd like to start with the physical therapy team. They are amazing Crystal and Nicholas. THANK YOU! My mother had a stroke 2 weeks ago we have been here for a week so far. The staff is very supportive and accommodating. The few issues I have brought up they are all over it. The place is very clean and does not smell. So far it has been very pleasant considering why we are here. I was lucky enough to find a bed here and real happy to have had the other reviews to help me in choosing this facility. I hope it continues to be a short but good experience. More to come..... 12/29/18 we left a week ago. The follow up the PT, occupational therapist, speech therapist are still great 5 stars for them. Mr. T and Carlos are super and very caring with the patients as they give them their meds. Social service Stephanie is so helpful as well. They do need help with CNA and organization as stated by others that posted. Answering, call lights instead of turning off and walking awsy to come back an hour later not good. I understand it takes time to change patients but really should look into having a floating nurse to assist in each section to make changes faster. Some have more to do than others. Making sure to check on the clients that have no ability to move and adjust every 2 hours would be good. My Mom didn't get this unless i was there which was most of my days all day to make sure she was ok. At night she would call me so i could call front desk for help or just water since no one answered her call light. Just make sure you stay on top of the care for your loved one needs. If you aren't on top on them bare minimum may be done. This is a job they chose which is to care for the sick so please do it with care...

Fantastic experience: Over the last 10 years I have had my mother in about 6 different Rehab Facilities. Palm Terrace is amazing! Every employee there helped out while friendly and cheerful. They only kept her as long as was needed for her benefit. I have never experienced the high level of service she had there. Didn't even know it was possible. I highly recommend them.
